The food was good, so was the service. Kathleen took care of us and had a fresh pot of coffee for me. The store and diner were very clean and not crowded at all.

I have loved these restaurants since I was a kid and they had saw dust on the floor and biscuits and corn bread to die for. I haven’t been in one since I was maybe a teenager, so the nostalgia and the feels were real. We walk in and it looks like any other Cracker Barrel(minus the saw dust) and I am brimming with excitement. The hostess gentleman kinda did not know what he was doing, mostly because he left us at the front without saying anything and then said ever so softly, «Follow me». We were seated and I started looking over the menu. Now I figured they have changed their menu over time in order to grow business wise so I was just hungry and excited for some good food. Our waitress, Rosa, was a dud. By «dud», I mean a complete, lifeless zombie. Not even an attempt of a smile. Now I am in Customer Service and even if there is something wrong going on in my life, I fake a smile and make sure my customers are having a great time because at the end of the day, smiles = tips. So our food comes out and oh my gosh. I have never been so disappointed. It was obvious that the food was either canned or bagged. This food use to be fresh and everything came back just warm and room temperature even though some of the food came at different times because it was«in the oven«. Rosa only came to our table to take our order, bring our food and give us the check, and not even a «have a good evening» or «thank you for dining this us». I left this place with a bad taste in my mouth. The cashier was peppier and excited when we checked out, he is worth the 1 star.

Slow rude waitress named Amanda … 45 minute wait AFTER we ordered. Vegetable plate was microwaved over cold. Chicken sandwich, bread was toasted hard as a rock, cheese slices were just placed on top. not even warmed up. sadly way below standards. Manager simply apologized and slumped away.

Overall we love the Cracker Barrel and its food. Reason for this bad review rest solely on the waitress, Kailah. She was so rude to our table. Barely even acknowledged us, even though she was friendly to table next to us. Twice we had to ask other waitresses for basic necessities like drink refills and rolls. Kailah’s responds to the rolls was, «Oh you wanted the rolls before your dinner.» It’s always nice to have it to munch on while waiting for food. She also never brought us corn bread, saying it wasn’t ready & would bring when done and a few minutes later she dropped some off at another table. We were also surprised that cashier didn’t ask follow up after we advised we had bad service and left no tip. Overall horrible experience.

Wait 20 minutes for cold breakfast. and the manager thought it was funny. He wouldn’t own it and that is just is poor management and customer service. I like Cracker Barrel but I’m beginning to re-think their food preparation and quality. The standard has become low and gradually gets lower with every visit. I hope someone reads this and take some affirmative action. Or else they could lose me as a customer. *edited post: I left Cracker Barrel and went to Jims. Not to my surprise it was busy. However we sat ordered our breakfast. The food was served hot and we waited maybe 10 minutes if not less. Future note. just go to Jims

The best thing here was the service, the food is nothing to rave about, bland, cold, tasteless, good atmosphere they do have, but the food need LOTS of work

took mom for her birthday. the waitress’Nikkie’was verry rude she kept saying she was sorry for not having time to give us better service. but we were one of three tables .she never came back to see if we needed refill for our drinks. insted of offering us desert(Which i did want) She slapped the bill on the table and told us to have a nice day. its too bad, cause mom really likes the food.

we stopped here for breakfast. charming country store where my wife bought some greeting cards, candy, etc. Menu is straightforward for breakfast. Wait was about two hours — breakfast was reasonably priced and portions were appropriate.

The biscuits and gravy and other bread items never disappoint! This place is located right across from The Hilton Express and a bunch of other airport hotels. Hilton Express has free breakfast, but the egg option was obviously something they just microwaved. Looked gross. Glad that Cracker Barrel has REAL eggs that they can cook any way you want. If you like designing your own breakfast and getting sides etc. this is a good place to go.

The only thing keeping this from five stars is that there is no WiFi. We had our Nooks with us and would get a connection, then it would drop. The manager comes by and asks how things are and of course we mention the wifi ‘problem’. He says that during building, the place was wired for WiFi, etc., but they didn’t turn it on. Lovely. Anyway, let’s talk about the breakfast. I had one of their featured items — Berries and something. It was three raspberry pancakes, a couple of eggs and a breakfast meat. Pancakes were great — full of raspberries, warm raspberry syrup and whole raspberries adorning the plate. If you like raspberries, give this a try.
