This location isn’t an Einstein Bagels anymore– as of some time last month they de-franchised. Their customer service is still amazing and they’re staff is great but they don’t sell some of the signature Einstein Bros bagels. Also their coffee is all starbucks now which is kind of disappointing since I used to love getting iced chais here but the starbucks ones just taste like lightly flavored milk :/ Anyways– still great service and bagels just no longer part of the Einstein Bagels family.

Not much on chain resteraunts however I over look that issue bc they still have the customer service attitude and quality ingrediants of a fine mom and pop stop!

its a cramped little corner on the edge of a hotel lobby. there is an exit next to stairs, I paid as much for a cup of coffee and a bagel as I did at lucianos for coffee and cheesecake.

This place is open 24 hours! I really really like that. So whenever you have had too much tex-mex food or alcohol on the River walk you can pop in here. I had a nice toasted Sesame seed bagel with veggie cream cheese here with a restorative glass of blueberry green tea the last night I was in town. Both were delicious. Consistent quality and great hours. you can’t beat that!

The coffee is really good and consistent with the brand. I had a Chai Latte and it to was good. I am very partial to Biggby Coffee which I don’t find to much in the south I am from Michigan. Had a coffee cake one night while in town and my wife had a bagel. Both good quality but not stellar. Had bagel and lox in the morning and it didn’t have the amount of lox that I would have hoped. I will say the service is really good.

I only ever order bagels, usually even plain and untoasted unless I have time to sit down and eat it right away. They’re chocolate chip bagels are great, but the everything bagel is my ultimate favorite. I ran across these by accident a few years ago and every time I find an Einstein’s I run in to grab one even if I am saving it for later. If only there were enough people in my house to get a whole bakers dozen box. The price on those is pretty decent since it includes the cream cheese topping as well. Suggestions: bring a box to the office, people will love you forever! Pros: everything bagels, pretty good coffee and espresso drinks(I don’t think they have these at every location). Cons: service at this specific location is a little slow. The one I used to go to was a full service Einstein’s store and they were friendly, quick, and efficient. This one probably gets away with a lot because they are hidden in a little corner of the hotel. Also, I forgot to mention a stars he experience I had there. I was there with my spouse and step son waiting in line for my bagel. My step son asked where the restroom was and the worker informed him that it was for paying customers only. Hello, what do you think I’m waiting in line to do? When we finally got up to the counter she have him the key. I thought her overall attitude about it was rude.

Tasty place if it’s not the breakfast hour(lines are long, out the door). Food is great. I had a lunch pizza bagel on asiago($ 5). Got an expensive bottled 12 oz. soda another time $ 3. They have a cutesie menu so you aren’t sure what you’re getting. «Toasted bagel with shmear». What the heck is «shmear». The clerk couldn’t define it. I got a veggie shmear. It was a cream cheese mix of sorts. The prices did not drive me to eat here much – and often a friend and I would split the bagel to save on costs overall. I’m a little resentful when bagels at no name spots are half this cost. The bagel flavors aren’t so «fabulous» or «New York” – Panera’s is just as fine. This place needs an efficiency improvement – too long a wait between ordering and receiving food.

Sure it costs too much but it’s convenient and fast! Also, they were very nice about making me just the insides of a bagel egg sandwich and even put it in an easy to transport and easy to eat out of little plastic container :)

Good bagels. If it is busy be prepared to wait. We went in 2 different weekdays about 10AM. The first we got right in and our bagels were toasted just right. The 2nd day there were alot of people in line. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our bagels. They weren’t toasted as good as the first day but still ok. Hard to mess up a bagel short of burning it.

Great offering of morning libations with an efficient set-up. The staff is relatively polite but could stand to be more customer-friendly. A smile would be nice. :-) The coffee is fresh and just the right strength. They have a range from leaded to unleaded to flavorful blends. They offer a few breakfast foods, which look nice(I didn’t partake; my conference provided chow). Overall, this is a standard, hotel-based coffee shop.
