This is probably the eat corn in a cup I’ve ever had. I drive a long way just for it!

It’s little baby food truck is legit! Get your corn in a cup here and that folks is the only item they specialize in and let me tell you, it’s no joke! Fresh roasted semi-sweet corn right off the cob, smothered mayo, sprinkled parmesan cheese and a unique homemade hot chile sauce drizzled on top«parfait» style… man o man sooo glad I live right here so I can enjoy the oh so goodness of elote en vaso: D if I were the owners I would mark up the prices because they are yummy. Comes in three sizes so whatever your little heart desires :-) PS: Don’t get brave and put toooooo much chile, I warned ya! ;-)
