My husband and I frequently visit this place. We’ve always experienced good customer service. The food is awesome. Always fresh!

All I can say the burgers it’s not all that. The bacon cheeseburger was cold. It’s so cold the cheese not even melt into the burger. The fries was so hard. We was eating at the restaurant all we got it’s a togo bag with no trays. Fries was everywhere in the bag. Two burgers, two drink and one fries for $ 25. Smh. I rather go to McDonald’s for quarter pound cheeseburger.

Always super friendly and fast. Very generous on the fries. Free peanuts is a plus. By far one of the best burgers.

Stopped by Five Guys today to let my kids try a different burger. While everything was excellently made, the up-front shock of paying probably will keep me from returning. All told, three little cheeseburgers, one regular cheeseburger(double), a large bag of fries, and three regular drinks — $ 38. I mean, we could’ve eaten at Whataburger twice for just as much for basically a comparable meal. While it’s true that Five Guys’ burgers are outstanding, I don’t agree they’re worth the cost for treating family. Even Smashburger is a more reasonable option, and they happen to sell beer… not for the kids :) Since this review covers everything, the restaurant itself was well kept and the staff was attentive and friendly. I liked the cool Coke machines that crank out 40+ soda varieties. Meanwhile, the peanuts are just a novelty — good luck having your kids keep things clean while destroying them all over the place. The food is top ranking all around, just not worth taking out a small loan for.

Kinda expensive we paid 28.00 bucks for one adult and two kids. Overall really great burgers. Well done burgers Rae hard to do but they hit the nail on the head here. My finicky twins really loved the burgers too. Fast service as well. We will be returning.

My first time. Had heard it was highly recommended. Placed an order by phone to go for a cheese burger with bacon, grilled onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, lettuce and fries on the side, plenty of fries. Next time I will order the small fries. It‘s just home cooked burgers and fries basically. So tastes a little better than fast food burgers. Cost too much. But I like a home cooked burger.

This place has the best burgers. I get the bacon cheeseburger and it’s out of this world. The fries are great too and they give you more than enough. A single serving is usually plenty for the two of us. Give this place a try!

Good peanuts, good burger and good fries. They also have a great selection of sodas, Coca-cola zero in lime, Cherry vanilla, and many other flavors. BUT most importantly, Mello Yellow, I haven’t had them in YEARS, ahhh… my childhood.

Burgers start off around 5.00 dollars and then increase by adding specialty toppings like bacon and cheese. Free toppings include onions, mushrooms and the normal veggies. The fries are made to order and the little order is enough for two. In order to keep from weighing 300 lbs I don’t go often but I leave filling full

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and BBQ sauce. It was delicious, the fries were also very good! They even have peanuts you could eat while your waiting for your food. And a bunch of drinks too choose from. My husband also got a burger and we got drinks as well. Only 20 bucks which is not bad at all. Come to this place if you want good food and friendly vibes.

It’s a fast-food burger, but superior to some of the other chains. The peanuts while you wait are a nice touch, and the cajun fries are tasty. My complaint with this particular location is the wait time. Took almost 15 minutes after ordering… for fast food, that’s rather slow. They cooked a big batch of burgers for several customer groups at once, then laid them all out on the buns/counter to assemble the various add-ons. The result of this mass assembly was that my burger was only lukewarm by the time it arrived. Once you factor in the cold lettuce, tomato, etc, it truly tasted cold. Would’ve been better if they focused on a few groups at a time, rather than trying to do everything at once.

Came back yesterday and was very, very pleasantly surprised. Had the same burger as before and this time it had lots of flavor. It was juicy and tasty and just delicious. Daughter was happy as ever, as this is one of her favorite burger places.

Burgers are okay. Kinda of small for my opinion. They give you a lot fries. Not the best

This is my second time going to Five Guys, and my first time trying the burgers. I am a hot dog fan, so I had to try the dog the first time. The burger was great– hand-formed patty and not too greasy but enough for flavor. I like that the grilled mushrooms and grilled onions come with the burger price when you ask for«everything on it;» but I felt that the mushrooms were overpowered by the pickles… so next time I would either do everything without mushrooms, or mushrooms with the works except pickles. Hopefully that makes sense. The fries are the nice dark home-style fries… you’ll want to share a regular-sized fry with three people! Love the roasted in-shell peanuts available for everyone dining-in. It is not a very large burger on its own, but that is why you can add another patty! The hotdogs are very good and that is probably what I will order next time I go!

This is my third time trying Five Guys Burger & Fries. We arrived 15 mins to closing and they still made our burger to the liking of our taste buds. I decided to order a small cheese burger with grilled mushrooms, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, mayo, and a little kick with some jalapenos. We also ordered the Cajun style fries. Our meal was great, and the service was wonderful the staff was super friendly even if we were the last customers to leave. There were cleaning and were still asking if we need anything else. That is a big wow in my book. It’s all about the customer Wow experience. I will come back again for the food and for sure the service.

You know that sing by Winger…“Heaven”? Well turns out, it isn’t too far away… burger heaven that is. This no frills burger joints whips out some of the juiciest most delicious burgers and fries this guy has ever had the gastronomical pleasure of eating. I can see why they have done so well. Quick tip: Share the fries… I mean seriously, they overload the cup by a magnitude of 2. If you’re already gnawing down a regular burger(double patty) there is no way you could possibly finish both… trust me, I can put it away. As a bonus, super friendly and fast service.

I can see myself coming here a lot! The cashier was very entertaining– he asked if this was our first time and then proceeded with his little spiel! Cute! Burger was great and Cajun fries were tasty! I like the vast choices of ingredients available! So many burger possibilities!

I know that a lot of the time burger review can be highly subjective but here is mine. I love this place. Their burgers have always come out fresh for me. I love the flavor and their pickles. The service here is always friendly and fast. I hate being last minute eaters but last night it was just on of those nights. When we got there it was about 10 minutes till the closed. Before our order was taken for specifics, the cook asked us if we knew how many patties we were going to need so he could get our food started(not the first time that has been done — and was very nice about it). Our order was taken and as we waiting we had some free peanuts. I noticed that their fries were sitting waiting in a basket to be dropped into the fryer so even with the time, we still got hot, fresh fries. Now I’m not saying that anyone should plan to be the last customers but since we happened to be, they upgraded our fries to a large(even though a reg was enough) so they didn’t have to waste food. The place has always been clean and tidy. Truly a nice place to go.
