Yet this Jimmy Johns delivered its fresh, great tasting subs to my father and I, it DID actually lack a significance in its customer service. The woman at the cash register was not at all friendly or welcoming. Apparently her attitude rubbed off to the rest of the crew because almost about everyone had an irritated look on their faces. Though understanding I came around their usual lunch rush, there was actually only a handful of people here already eating.

Not really fast delivery at all. Actually very very slow. I ordered from JJ because commercial said they would be fast. Been waiting 32 min and its only .7 miles away.

Consistently good and clean inside. I LOVE Jimmy Johns and love that the bread and ingredients are always fresh. For some reason the pop at this location is particularly good, I never used to order anything but water but the fountain drinks are perfect and refreshing. My only complaint is that this location is less than a mile from my house but they will not deliver… this is the first time I have lived somewhere out of Jimmy John’s delivery range and I have made a huge mistake!

I really like Jimmy John’s. The fresh bread and tasty cold cuts make my taste buds happy. I do think that the sandwiches are a bit overpriced and adding cheese is an upcharge. It you want it, you better ask freaky fast. Their chips are delish and come in a few different flavors. Here’s where I think they need improvement – their unsweet tea is so WEAK it could pass for water. They do have pretty decent staff, they do deliver, so I’m giving them 3 stars.

I order from this location regularly. Orders are always quick and correct. Today it took 1 hour and 20 minutes. I called several times to cancel after an hour because I had to leave. No one picked up or I was immediately put on hold. My co-worker wound up signing for it after I left. He said he asked the guy if everything was all right. Delivery guy didn’t even say a word or make eye contact. Just walked out. Mistakes happen. Some days are crazy, but there is no excuse for bad customer service. I will continue to order from here. I hope management does a little training with the employees although if a delivery driver doesn’t know to say, «I’m sorry it took so long,» maybe he’s in the wrong profession.

Oh man, I have fallen in love. I had never had Jimmy Johns before, mainly because I have always favored Subway. No longer! My wife finally convinced me to try JJ, and so we stopped by to pick up some dinner. I tried the Gargantuan, and picked up a JJBLT for breakfast the next morning. Amazing! The French bread was a great addition to the mounds of meat they slap on their sandwiches! The meat and veggies were fresh, and made for a super delicious sandwich. I only wish we had a Jimmy Johns where we live, because I might have found a new favorite sandwich shop!

It wasn’t bad the servers seemed nice and happy, food was okay. The environment was just dead because of location.

Very fast service. Was in at noon, ordered, and was out in ten Minutes! the music was loud but not unenjoyable. I ordered the Pepe on French with Dijon mustard and all the veggies– lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sprouts and hot peppers! So good and filling! Took off one star because staff was a bit curt and you had to ask for things like bags and napkins.

Pretty standard JJ’s. They are able to push a lunch rush through pretty quickly. Just know it’s typically pretty cold inside and the music is always excessively loud.

I called to place an order for delivery and the idiot answering the phone told me that I was outside their delivery range and gave me the number to an even further location. Which is absolutely ridiculous since I’ve ordered and been delivered to several times from this Med Center location. I live 1.1 miles away and I’m outside the delivery range? Ok. I refuse to ever do business with these morons again.

Subs aren’t great and they have very poor customer service. The cashier is not friendly, and they don’t bother to ask u if u want napkins or a bag. They just hand you the sandwich without asking if u would like a paper bag or napkins. Over the phone, they just hang up with out saying thank you. I work right across the street and me and my coworkers complain about the same thing. Just go eat at Subway!

Ohh I hope this review doesn’t get put away in the internet archive cabinet. Look Jimmy Johns is good. Most of the employees are pretty cool. Except for one that decided to cut me off while I was going to the establishment to eat a sandwich. Then the human«see Unilocal no descriptive or personal» decides to run in and they know what they did. So I calmly eat my turkey sandwich and watch the person take off in a hurry.

miss their alfalfa sprouts in #12! :( this is your typical jj except they definitely like to blast their music, which makes ordering sometimes difficult. so far i haven’t had any issues. they are pretty good about giving extra veggies and going light on the mayo. apparently they have a frequent customer punch card but they don’t tell you about it! you have to ask for it…

These guys are pretty dang amazing with their sandwich services! They deliver, even just one single sandwich! The rolls are good. They’re baked fresh in the store, but the dough is delivered frozen to the store. It all ends up tasting fresh. The meat is generous, and the chips are delicious! I came in here the other day for«Customer Appreciation Day» where subs were a buck! What a deal! Wow! There was a line out the door, but they took care of us rather quickly, and get us all fed and happy for just a buck! The place is clean, and well-lit. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, especially when they’re having Customer Appreciation Day, but that’s to be expected. I can’t fault them in the least bit for that one. Overall, it was a great sandwich, and I’ll most certainly return!

JJ again for their fantastic Gargantuan! As always, ORDERONLINE if you don’t like waiting. I find it fast, super easy and convenient, and you get to choose what you want. Pay online with a CC, and you are in and out faster than they can make the sandwiches! Tip: if you folks who really love sprouts want them on your sandwich, I suggest going next door to the Phở place and asking them if you can get just an order of sprouts. Just an idea…

Been meaning to try this chain for years and this store was right near where I was staying for 2 weeks. Went back 5 times over 2 weeks. What’s that tell you? Great, quick service and very decent subs reasonably priced.

I’m a fan of Jimmy Johns, but not of this location. Service is polite and fast, and the food is fresh as you would expect, but I am(perhaps disproportionately) outraged that they do not have sprouts. More accurately, that they’re not upfront about it. The beach club is my favorite, and I’ve ordered it twice so far here– the first time I noticed something was missing but could not put my finger on what. The second time, I realized the sprouts were missing but figured it was either a mistake or that, y bf had ordered it that way for me out of habit since he does not like them. Then we went today, and he ordered his without sprouts and mine with extra, only to be told that they don’t carry sprouts at explanation, no use of the word«sorry» in the sentence, just that they don’t carry them. Which wouldn’t be as infuriating if their menu didn’t list sprouts on the sandwich, only to receive it without them repeatedly without this being acknowledged. At the very least, take it off your damn menu board, whether you paint over it or whatever: its a faux chalkboard menu, it’s not hard.

FAIL, no longer Jimmy John’s! Today was $ 1 subs for their customer appreciation day. Needless to say, my co-workers and I were dead excited and got there right before the line got too long. The employees outside helping us were nice, but when we got inside the whole attitude changed. The cashiers were really rude and when I was waiting in line for my sub, I noticed a lot of people behind me were getting theirs. I was waiting a good five minutes when people who came in minutes behind me were getting their sandwiches. I asked the guy where my sandwich was, if it was lost. He called over the manager and the manager told me I had to go back and stand in line. As if. the line was already outside the door and almost wrapped around the building. I told him I was NOT going to stand in line again to order a sandwich that I already paid for. I found it really quite rude that he even told me to go wait back in line. Jimmy John’s has really changed since I went there a few years ago. also they don’t have alfalfa sprouts anymore. Disappointing!
