I had an order confirmation at 8:05pm and had to call for a status 40 minutes later. I was told that the only 2 drivers were out on multiple deliveries and my order maybe delivered in 20 minutes so I decided to cancel my order. (My apt isn’t 20 minutes from the restaurant) Hopefully, I receive my refund on my card for food not delivered.

I live just down the street and I’ve always gotten my food in under 15 minutes. Always delicious and fresh! I would have taken a picture but I ate my sandwich too fast.

While I am still bummed that E-​Coli deprieved me of sprouts on my Veggie subs at Jimmy Johns, the mourning period is over.
Also, this location has been a Godsend while I have been spending my days at a house without a fridge, overseeing renovations. With no internet, I have been able to go on their website using my phone and order lunch for delivery. The cost for a sandwich and soda is reasonable (chips and cookies are a bit pricey), and they are always VERY fast, as promised.
Also, one day their system allowed me to order at 9:30 am for immediate delivery (the store opens at 11am, and usually I get an alert that «as soon as possible» = 11 – 11:30am, requiring me to confirm). This one time, it did not give me that alert. And at 10:15am they delivered the sandwich. That’s right — even though they were NOT OPEN, because the computer messed up, they made my food and brought it to me :) I cannot say how much I loved that and how awesome it was that I could stay at the house and get a filling meal.

Jimmy Johns is the best sandwich place for me. I used to work at subway and it’s just totally not fresh enough for me. This place tastes so raw and real! Plus it offers sprouts and I love those on wheat bread.
The drinks and chips are really plain and standard here but they are kettle chips, yum!

Huge fan of Jimmy Johns but this location didn’t treat me well, forgot ingredients on my sandwich and didn’t want to fix it for me.

First timers at Jimmy Johns, sandwiches are perfect, atmosphere is great, employees are awesome. Quinn did a great job helping us pick sandwiches and we loved them. Definitely coming back!

Heard some negative things about JJ’s but decided to find out for myself…
Delivery was super quick!!!
Food was awesome!
I have the italian and the hunters club, both were delicious! Wife had the country club and I was surprised as she loved it, shes really picky…
So glad this place opened up around us and so glad they deliver!
i will be back for both subs again…
