Super fast as they’re ads say. The drivers and workers are always friendly. We order for delivery weekly and everyone that works there ensures we are treated well. They have forgotten chips or drinks before and always rush back and bring back more than we more missing. Good sandwiches that can get to you fast. Can’t beat it

I find their sandwich delightfully straightforward and delicious.
Straightforward, meaning everything you’d want on a cold cut sandwich. Nothing less, nothing more.
Add sprouts to every thing. Peppers are a great addition. Guac doesn’t really add any flavor enhancement but it’s good for the extra nutrients.
Fast and consistent as always.

I noticed as they were preparing my sandwich that the employee making my sandwich wasn’t wearing gloves. He then DROPPED THE MEAT ON THE FLOOR, and tried to put it on the sandwich. Then he denied the incident to his manager (which took forever to come out from the back) and called me a liar to my face. While I love Jimmy Johns, this location will stay on my «Maybe if I was starving» list. 1 star because I can’t give less.

There are a lot of sandwich shops in San Antonio and this is definitely one of the best if not the best. From the moment I walked in that door I was so happy! The person that took my order was nice and patient, and the speed and quality of the sub was awesome! Great sandwich and service!

So, yesterday there was a hang menu left on my apartment door. I really wanted to order because of the picture on the menu and because I’ve tried another location before. Today we ordered four sandwiches. I timed it, from the time I made my initial call to them being at my door, was 19 minutes. The order was correct. The order was freaky fast! They do charge like $ 3.15 for delivery but it is well worth it. I tipped the guy and told him,“Y’all are freakin fast!” He told me,“We pride ourselves on that.” The sandwiches were really good! They won me as a customer!

I’ve said it once and I will say it again: fast, cheap, and good is a combination that can’t be beat. The sandwiches are always fresh and you can tell that the ingredients are top quality. I love the location. I can walk from my office and be back before anyone knows I was gone.

This is a quick stop if you’re in the mood for a hearty sandwich. I like this particular location, and the service here is always friendly. Don’t forget! They deliver if you’re very close, which is convenient if you’re working in this area. I really enjoy their vegetarian sandwich; the avocado spread is creamy deliciousness and it’s piled high with veggies. Add the hot peppers, red and green and not too spicy, but give it a nice kick. Very good bread as well. This place is definitely a better alternative to Subway.

I recently discovered Jimmy John’s and was originally in awe of them for their sandwiches. I am now in awe of them for their customer service and great ethics. I recently left my wallet at their Huebner location by accident. Within minutes of leaving, the manager found my phone number in my wallet and quickly called me. Two employees walked out eagerly with my wallet as I drove up. They were sweet, honest and pleasant and refused to take a tip for calling me so quickly. I am now a life-​time loyalist of JJ-​especially to this one location!

The way this place is setup reminds me of an upscale Subway. I had a #16 CLUB LULU (fresh sliced turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, & mayo). It was decent — not anything to write home about but not terrible either.

They have 25 different menu items; however similar to Subway a lot of these use similar ingredients with slight variations so the selection for this format of restaurant is above-​average.
Service: A
The guys working the counter were patient with us as we decided what we wanted and even chimed in on a few suggestions.
Price: C
A little pricey with drink and chips but in this particular strip most of the restaurants are a little pricier. I personally didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth in terms of the taste and quality of the food for the price.
Final Thought:
They told us the chips were homemade and they were actually pretty good!

Love this location, it has a very cute patio and right next to a nail salon, tanning place ect.
Jimmy Jon’s is known for two things; how quick you get your food & the bread, both deserve the recognition. The bread is the perfect combination of toasty on the outside & soft on the in, with a slight buttery flavor. Your food will be made in under a minute & delivery sometimes shockingly under 15 min!
You can’t do a ton of alterations to the sandwiches but consider adding the in house peppers or Italian sauce. The beach is my fave.
