Pizza Hut

(Note: this would be 1 star but I try not to judge off 1 experience will have to go agsin)
I’m not very happy with Pizza Hut over the last few years, the remodeling looks great but it’s their staffs lack of training, good trained mangers that leads to the problems I had there.
The store smelled like terrible cheap cleaner, there was food stuffs all over the floor, the salad bar looked like it hadn’t been tended too in awhile and of course my food came our late bc the didn’t read my order correctly so I was short food.
Some of the cleanliness could have been forgivable but it wasn’t busy at all. The 2 people who seemed to be working the front area seemed more content to joke around with each other than to take their responsibility serious.
You can remodel all you want but if things don’t get fixed internally it doesn’t matter… Poop is still poop weather is on the ground or in a fancy package.

Looks like something from a TV commercial, no joke. It taste equally amazing.
However… the price is never the same… I order the same thing EVERY TIME I go and the price is never consistent.

I went in for the buffet. It was ok. I got the feeling that keeping fresh pies on the line was not their priority that day. It appeared old and not kept up. Although what I ate tasted good, the appearance of it was just bland. The property itself needs updating big time. Ancient looking 80’s interior with bad seating. The staff was on point though. Very polite.

Much improved! We only do carry out. Have to say months ago we had stopped ordering from here because the quality had gone done. Gave it another try a couple of weeks ago. Looks like new management and crew. Much better pizza and service. The manager and staff is more efficient. This pizza and wings were good.

Tried out the new app for delivery. It’s now been over an hour and still no pizza. Not doing this again.

Delicious pizza. Love the meat lovers pizza with pan crust. Regular crust and thin crust are ok. They make the pizza fast as well!

I’ve called to order from specials on the Internet but they could not find them so they would not honor the special.
