Popeyes

Ordered from drive thru. Order was correct however, spicy chicken was dry/​burnt, mash potatoes were watery tasteless. Ordered onion rings and had to wait which was not a problem… only 5 small rings in order. Not worth the price. Worst Popeyes I’ve visited.

I love Popeyes but this has got to be the worst one of all! I have given them multiple opportunities to treat me right by getting my order right and I finally give up. I refuse to continue to pay for dry chicken, hard biscuits, and wrong orders. They almost always seem to get my sides wrong, my wife hates chicken thighs so I pay to change them to breasts and they always get it wrong when I go through the drive thru. I passed by two Church’s Chicken restaurants to get to this Popeyes but I won’t make that mistake any longer! Not satisfied with this location at all. I definitely would not recommend it to anyone until they get their act together.

If you’re going to sit in the restaurant than this location is fine but if you do takeout or drive through consider this a cautionary tale.
I went today to pick up food for work and co-​workers. We do this once a week. I walked inside to order carry out, and it slipped my mind to check the order. Well wouldn’t you know they missed my sides. I discovered this when I returned to work. This could have been no harm no foul since I paid by credit card but when I called the manager, his name is Angel, said he couldn’t refund for the sides over the phone so I agreed to come in and pick up the side. When I got there I got exactly what was ordered no more not less, no compensation for having to drive all over to pick up some stupid mashed potatoes! I will not be back to this location. Looks like it’s Bill Millers fried chicken for our Wednesday/​hump day tradition from now on. I lodged a complaint on their corporate website and as the chicken was cold when I finally got to eat it I’m planning on refuting the charge altogether on my credit card when it hits.

I go thru the drive through, order, get told to move to a parking spot, order lemonade and get a sprite and no untensils for my mash potatoes or napkins, number listed to speak about my experience and no one answers, very disappointed. It’s not rocket science

Bad place to eat, the service is not good at all. I ask for a meal with mash potato then as soon as I got my food I ask the guy for ketchup and he told me that is already in the bag.
Ok, when a arrived at mi hotel I realize that the guy didn’t put the mash potato and he lied about the ketchup, they were not in the bag.

The worst dried chicken and faked biscuits I have ever had in San Antonio. I should have listened to Church’s Chickens commercial, stating that Church’s Chicken beat Popeyes in a taste test. Trust me, or try it out for yourself.
