Quiznos

Good location to come to the people are OK but the food is the best load your sandwich up so come hungry they have the best cheese and broccoli soup and they also put Subway meatball sandwich to shame come and see for yourself

I haven’t been to a Quizno’s in years. I ordered the honey mustard chicken, which was not overwhelmingly «honey mustardly», which was good. The chicken didn’t seem too fresh; there were a few bites of chicken where the texture was extremely soft and waterly, but maybe that was just a anomaly. The people serving the food was nice and friendly.

The staff here is very rude and condescending. During my first visit one of the employees seemed to annoyed by the customers and seemed very tense. During my second visit the manager and the same person that helped me the first time were there, and they both had the same snotty attitude. The manager was helping a couple in front of me that could barely speak English, and seemed to be annoyed when they weren’t specific about what they wanted. When the manager helped me, I told him I wanted a wrap, and he gave me a crazy look and said «wraps are made on the other side»! I immediately said, «how would I know that, I’m under the order here sign.» He acted like he didn’t hear me, but that was enough to straighten his attitude. Maybe these guys are used to dealing with low class people, but they lost a potential regular customer by their rude snobby customer service and attitudes.

This is a typical Quiznos, clean, friendly staff, food identical to other Quiznos with a small seating area.

If you want to feel cheated, definitely eat here.
Apparently, the financial travails of the chain is translating into a reduction of sandwich toppings and an increase in surly attitude.
The staff says that now, they have to weigh the meats. I am not sure of the density of roast beef, but one paper thin slice seems awfully light. A talk with the manager resulted in the addition of one more piece. It was pointed out that the pictures do not match the product, but it seems like they don’t care.
Definitely not going back until they get their act back together.

I have to admit that for the longest time, I didn’t like Quizno’s. Maybe because the first time I tried it was at a mall and it wasn’t a very memorable experience. I was always more of a Subway person than a Quizno’s person. This Quizno’s is near my work and I came here on a lunch run for coworkers and they all decided on Quizno’s. I decided to go ahead and «settle» for it and the boss was buying lunch so what did I have to lose? I ordered the small tuna sandwich on Rosemary Parmesan bread. The staff was super friendly although I had to order several «customized» sandwiches. When I got back to work, I wasn’t really expecting much but the sandwich was delicious! The bread was soft and warm and it was very flavorful and the tuna was perfect. I know some people think you can’t mess up tuna, but yeah, you can mess up tuna. They had a good variety of soups and chips as a side and I loved that they have Sun Chips. Since the lunch run, I have been to Quizno’s at least 5 or 6 other times and I have not been disappointed. The staff is friendly every single time I’ve gone and I they are very helpful in making suggestions. I will definitely remain a regular here!
