Jennifer, a barista here, has an infectious smile! Everything is made well and the atmosphere is inviting! One of the best Starbucks in the city!

This location is great! Tons of seating, and enough space to have private conversations!
Baristas are sweet, and they give out samples here sometimes! I love coming here with my dad in the mornings, there is also tons of parking.
Lots of corporate deals happening here, also casual conversations amongst friends. If you’re in a rush, go to the Starbucks Drive-​Thru across the street! (It’s been widely rumored that Matt Bonner picks up a drink here before every game!)

I’m usually at work when I come to get some coffee so I’m really just an «in and out» kind of person. Now when I came by yesterday, my tall latte was only filled up like ¾th of the way and wasn’t even warm :(Which sucked but was very delicious after I warmed it up in the microwave. But today when I went back again for my daily dose of pumpkin spice, I didn’t even have to order because the guy at the front remembered my order from yesterday. This time I went up a size but when I looked, this order was filled to the top and looked absolutely perf. This location is always clean and never really busy when I come in to order and the wait is never long. Great staff too! Awesome store for such a busy location.

Hooray for better customer service in the drive thru. Today I ordered my sinfully delicious Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino. Brandon was working the drive thru and had a friendly smile and humorous demeanor. It had been a while since I had been back here because I was just annoyed with bad service. I am always willing to give anyone another chance to redeem themselves and I’m glad I did. They need more people like him in the drive thru. My drink was delicious as ever!

This café only Starbucks has a great staff of baristas that will remember your order after a few visits. Kim, the most tenured barista will always make you feel at home while making your drink to perfection.

It seems that even Starbucks falls victim of the paradigm of «if you go when they’re busy, you get relatively fast, good quality coffee; but if you go when they’re slow, you get slower, lower quality beverages.» In other words — if there are a LOT of cars in the drive thru, don’t pass them by – get in line! The cars move quickly, and the end product is better than what you’ll get further down the road.
I’ve been here a LOT (mostly when its busy) but out of the few times I’ve been here when it’s slow, I’ve only gotten sub-​par coffee 2 times, so overall, I’m giving a 4 star rating.

YOu know why I like this Starbucks? It’s large and there’s NO DRIVE THRU! Yes, I know, you have to park your car, get out, walk, and interact with the barista. Then you have to add your cream and sugar to get the coffee just right. That’s the true Starbuck experience. And no drive thru means a more laid back Starbucks. I’ve been to the stores with drive thrus and they’re all yelling back and forth and getting drinks for the bar confused with drinks for the drive thru.
Keep up the good work, you non-​drive thru baristas!

My vote goes to the Starbucks at 1604 and Blanco. This is my favorite location out of all the ones I’ve been to because the people that work here are just pure total awesomeness. I’m always greeted with a great attitude and my drinks are made perfectly every time.
