Staybridge Suites Nw Near Six Flags Fiesta

Very attentive staff, solved minor issue immediately and always helpful. Well equipped suite with small kitchen. Comfortable bed. TV’s were small. Great having numerous electrical outlets.

I stayed at this hotel for 2−½ months while waiting for my house to be finished. This hotel and its staff became like family. Amazing staff! The hotel is very clean with all suites (very well kept) and the suites are quite luxurious with flat screen TV, DVD player and very comfortable beds, full kitchen. Sofa sleeper and nice bathroom. It was Also great to have a CVS pharmacy next door in same parking lot. The breakfast is very good and the evening socials are great with beer and wine. I highly recommend this hotel for overnight stays or long term stay. There is an unbelievable selection of nice restaurants within a couple of miles.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for numerous vacations in S.A. We used a groupon for this trip. Check in was fine but when we got to our room it consisted of a queen bed and a day bed. There was no couch. For a family of four this was not going to work. We went back to the front desk after snapping a photo for evidence of how the room was set up. We got the issue resolved and entered our new room. No complaints with the cleanliness of the room. We stayed during the week where dinner is offered through Thursday. No complaints with dinner either. Breakfast had a great variety for all ages. From fresh fruit, Texas shaped waffles scrambled eggs and sausage. There were also different cereals, danishes and yogurt. For the kids we checked out two different movies to watch on the DVD player in the room. Overall, after five days it still felt like home. Always a great stay at this hotel. We’ll be back!

Held an event in the outdoor area, and was amazed how accommodating they were. Huge event with over 100 people, and they pulled it off without a hitch. Great service, and everyone had a smile on their faces.
Must be the place to stay if you are going to Six Flags, as we ran into a ton of people going there. Super prices for suite rooms with full kitchenette.

I was in for the CATs festival in Helotes and I travel a lot with my organization, this hotel and its staff bent over backwards for us and even sponsored a Pre-​Event party for us. I would recommend this hotel to both business and family travelers and next year I will be staying with them again !

I got a good deal on a room here and was totally happy with everything.
First of all, if you are staying here to explore downtown San Antonio, know that it’s pretty freaking far away.
Anyway, the room was totally clean, with a nice big bed and small kitchenette. There is free breakfast every day and dinner three nights/​week. I think there is free beer with dinner, too (I don’t know – I didn’t check it out. Just grabbed a cookie and left.)
There’s a fitness room and pool, too.
Very nice! I would recommend it for sure.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE OR BOOK ANY EVENT! All of the managers are so disrespectful, staff doesn’t care and corporate wont follow up! Please do not book your wedding or any corporate event here, you will be so disappointed. I am a bridesmaid and my bride had the worst experience. She is having to look for another hotel at the last minute. Director of Sales is so rude and unprofessional!!!

Wow, pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Never heard of the place when I booked it cheap online figured it was close to a Holiday Inn or La Quinta. I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms have a kitchenette with stove, microwave and fridge, HBO on the TV, huge bathrooms, great complimentary breakfasts and dinners, happy hour 5:30−7:30 (Shiner bock and Miller on draft, plus Red and White wine), super friendly staff, movies at the front, dvd players in every room and right around the corner from Fiesta Texas, Sea World and some great shopping… exceeds expectations. The only two gripes is a small pool and the bed was a little uncomfortable, otherwise definite stay again.
