I have short wavy hair, cut like Halle Berry. I tried four other salons ranging in price and amenities, and I couldn’t get a good haircut in San Antonio.
Then I drove by and thought I’d try this salon — out of desperation and with no expectations.
JEANNETTA WAS AMAZING. I haven’t had a haircut this good since I left Miami years ago. And when I found out how affordable it was, I almost fell out. For what I paid for one hair cut at a previous place, I can get three haircuts here. And it’s a nice, clean shop in a great location. I’ll never go anywhere else in TX.

5 STARS! Isis is a baller, ask for her! The staff here is consistent and good. I bring my son here at least twice a month and typically have Isis cut his hair. Every hairstylist here is good. Isis is great. She is fast with kids which makes it easy on the kiddos attention span. Her fades are quality top notch leaving no lines visable. I have had to use three other stylists for my son here. They all were good.
TIP: I call before I leave the house to get pur name on the list which takes you to the front of the line as soon as you walk in the front door. I think you can do this online too.

Very friendly staff. Awesome, inexpensive haircuts. I have been going since I moved to the area 1 ½ yrs ago. Location is perfect for the vast sea of houses in and around Indian Springs/​Evans area. So you actually get to avoid the chaos that is 281

Kortney always does an amazing job which is why I return regularly. I used to pay a lot more for haircuts and drive across town to get them because I assumed that meant better quality but she does my hair as well as any of them and is a lot more pleasant in addition to being conveniently located.
The beard trims and shampoos are also great. The stylists are all very pleasant, which to me is at least as important as the skill. I recommend you go and ask for Kortney (yes, spelled with a K).
Also, be sure to try to potato salad. It’s pretty good.

BEWARE!!! I recently had my haircut at this location and the stylist absolutely ruined my hair. For the next few months, I’m going to have to wear my hair pulled back in clips due to the fact that the sides don’t even match up. I would go back, but I’m afraid they would just make matters worse. Spend the extra money and go to a salon where the stylists actually care about their work.

I arrived as they were opening, there was no wait and the stylist greeted me with a smile. The stylist did a great job making suggestions to style my hair and was very polite. The haircut was great, the shampoo awesome and the overall treatment very good.
I think prior negative reviews may not be fair, I mean honestly… I recommend it, close home cheap and good service. Definitely planning on returning with my kids.
