I have ordered from them a couple of times and they went from a 3 rating to a 1 rating! The part that is worse is the attitude of the management. Ordered one thing, and they gave us something different and then they totally stood up and said they gave us what was ordered – when I would not have ever ordered what they gave me. Secondly, the food was dry, and tasted like it had sat on the stove all day (not fresh at all). Lastly, when I have to argue with the management over these things and they basically call me a liar and do not try to correct the order or offer my money back – well I know that was the last time I ordered from them! BEWARE – there are so many better places close by, and they are as reasonably priced but the quality of what you get is better, a word to the wise!!!

The Rickshaw Café is really really good!
The place is clean and spacious so there was a variety of places to sit on. I ordered the Chicken Broccoli with Fried Rice and Cream Rangoons. The Chicken Broccoli was very good and it was made with chicken breast. The broccoli was nice and crunchy and very flavorful.
The rice on the other hand had a weird taste. It was very salty and a little dry for my taste so I asked to have Lo Mein instead (which they were very understanding and took to my table promptly). The Lo Mein is soooo good! It was plain but had a lot of flavor. The rangoons were good also. They were nice and crunchy but soft on the inside and the cream cheese was very delicious.
Overall it was a great experience. Our waiter was very nice and came to ask if we needed something about every 10 minutes. Great restaurant with great prices!
For my plate plus tax I paid $ 10. NOT BAD!

Discovered this place a few years back and now go about once per month for lunch and at least once for dinner with the better half. They never disappoint. Of course, I only get the General Tso special, but darn it’s good. Plenty of food, the special comes with soup and a spring or egg roll; or a couple rangoons and a drink. Must try it.

Fast and somewhat friendly service… Food is terrible though. I paid 6.75 for a portion of general tso chicken smaller than a frozen dinner and it is horrible. I shoukd have read the reviews before I stopped in. The fried rice has what I hope is small burnt bacon pieces and not bugs… the chicken is dry and has a dirt like taste you can pick up through the sticky thick sauce. The egg roll is inedible, I’m pretty sure it had rotten cabbage or pork in it. I would never recommend this place and only hope I don’t sick :(

Delivery was not existent. Order online and 90 minutes after I got the e-​mail notification, I called to see if there was an issue. The lady said «oh my order was on the way». 5 to 10 after I hung up, I got the notification that my order was out for delivery. 20 minutes later, I called and cancelled the order… There food is good, if you eat in or go get it.

So, I used to love this place. They have great food, when you can get it. And that’s the main problem. Food is good but I’ve always had a bad experience. More than once I’ve waited HOURS for delivery. But this last time was the straw that broke the camels back. I called to cancel an order that was placed over three hours prior, got transferred to a «manager,» then proceeded to get berated and questioned as to whether I was drunk or not. Never had an experience like that before. I’m sure they get punk kids cancelling orders but I’m not that and don’t deserve to be treated as such. Literally all that over 20 $. I told them they could keep their money, since it didn’t seem that they were going to give it back, but only until after I ended the call do they call back to refund. Insane.
So, they lost my business for good.

I’m sorry but I can’t believe I was charged a $ 1.50 for a lemon and then paid another $ 5 in delivery charges. $ 2 dollars for egg drop soup $ 1.50 for lemons what does that say about a restaurant. Food was half way descent but again you nickel and dime people it gets annoying

I order Chicken with garlic sauce for delivery. They delivered in 1 hour and the food was cold. I think its one of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. My food didn’t taste anything like how its suppose to be (Garlicy). Instead, it was full of soy sauce, salty and disgusting. I think they cooked it in soy sauce instead of garlic sauce. I will never get food from here again.

I’m not sure what the deal is, but I have been on a wing «kick» lately. I ordered 20 wings from them on a Thursday night. I had half lemon/​garlic, and the other have General Tso flavor.
The wings arrived in 45 minutes and were piping hot. The order includes your choice of bleu cheese or ranch dressing and it was PLENTY of sauce to cover the entire order.
I will definitely keep them on my speed dial for future wing orders.

Not the worst food I’ve ever eaten, but definitely not going to order from here ever again.
When I order Chinese food, I expect to speak to a person who doesn’t speak English as a first language, and I do not expect a young American guy to be the one to deliver my food either.
The food matches my initial thoughts. This is an American restaurant masquerading itself as Chinese, and if you’ve eaten here you know what I mean. Nothing I ordered was homemade, the rangoons, the lemon chicken. It’s all freezer, pre-​made crap.

I tried this place once before and they took an hour and a half to get me my order. So i didn’t order from there on my hour lunch. I waited a few months to try it again. Today i decided i have time to wait. I ordered 2 lomein plates and found a hair in each plate. They offered to deliver 2 more plates and pick up the others. I declined since i already waited an hour for my delivery and wasn’t about to wait another. I asked them to refund my money and they can come pick up my order, but they said they couldn’t, and that I’d have store credit with them. In other words, i lost my 25 $ because I’ll never eat from this place again. Should have learned the first time.

I don’t know how to feel about this place. I’ve ordered delivery two times from here and both times it’s taken almost two hours to be delivered and we don’t even live that far away. The prices are pretty good compared to other Chinese delivery restaurants in the area and the taste is pretty comparable also. It just so happened, both times we received flyers in our door, so figured it was a sign to order from this place. After the last time, I called because it said our food was out for delivery at 4:13PM, I called to get an update at 5:30PM and the lady who I spoke with was not very helpful. She first couldn’t find our order in the system, and then when she came back she said «it should be there any minute, it’s been out for delivery since 4:13PM». Needless to say, it arrived around 6PM. That is just a really, really long time!
