Came in tonight to watch the OKC game and grab a couple beers and had one of the greatest dining experiences I’ve had here. Kelly Parker made our night! Will definitely be back solely because of her and her service!

I just want to take a minute on how amazing Kelly Parker was tonight! Wasn’t having the best day but after two minutes talking to her, she completely brightened up my day! Best service ever!

Sat down at the bar around 11 o’clock. I ordered one beer. And I asked for a menu after which no menu came to me. And it took almost an hour and a half before anybody asked me if I wanted to close out my tab. Only drank half the beer because there was no food in front of me. Probably would not have eaten very much anyways because the whole bar smelt like puke. I am sure the cook’s in the back work really hard and some of the wait staff does as well. Unfortunately I will never know who they are as I will not be returning there

Good food, good service! Bacon appetizer is awesome! We also had fried pickles, sirloin and chicken strips, all good and Sarah our waitress really did a good job taking care of us!

Horrible. Called for a Togo order and was answered by a hostess, Nadia, who had no idea what seemed to be going on. She immediately put me on hold. The hold lasted for 7 – 10 mins when finally fed up, I called from another line. The same hostess immediately answered my call and«found a manager.» The manager was also very unhelpful, sarcastically apologetic and obviously inexperienced. I’ve been in the service industry for 7 years and of all times, this lack of service stood out enough to me to make a Unilocal post for the first time. 0 stars.

It’s best to rate places based on how well they do at what they are supposed to do. Beers are cold and are brought quickly. Food is bar fare, nothing special but have never had them bring anything bad out. Staff is generally friendly and not too annoying with the chit-chat. Plenty of sports on the tvs. Menu suggestions: bread pudding is delicious and a great deal. Wings could use some more spice in buffalo flavor and more consistent spice in the ghost pepper flavor. Happy hour here is the best around I’ve found for beer drinkers, 22 Oz draft light beers at 3.75 is hard to beat.

Stopped here twice in mid afternoon. There was real nice weather on both days with ideal conditions for eating outdoors. This location has a large, spacious covered patio that is dog friendly. I ordered the same things both times. Venison chili and blackened fish tacos. They put a lot of meat in the chili and it has some kick to it. That’s a good thing. Fish tacos have a fair amount of fish in them also. I must say that overall the service is pretty good here and it appears to be a pretty well managed place. Many of the girls were dog lovers, so Morris was a happy camper too. He just loves people. And he got his picture taken with a few of them. Plus they were genuinely real nice to him. I must say it was a far better overall experience than most Hooters I have been to in the past for a variety of reasons.

Bad service, bad experience. Its like they rushed us out and they were not even that busy. We dined around 2pm on a Saturday. Alicia(sp?) our server was not friendly and didnt seem to care about our party of two. Food was ok however there was a hair in our dipping sauce no big deal though. Server seemed confused about our check even though we never had even asked for it yet. Its almost since we were not drinking we were not well taken care of.

Wednesday, I accidentally missed my exit to eat at my usual hamburger restaurant on Huebner… so while I was turning around to go back, I stumbled upon Twin Peaks. Having seen them on Undercover Boss, I thought why not give them a try… We were greeted by a friendly hostess and immediately seated. After viewing all the choices, Malorie our young eager server took our order. We opted for Cheeseburgers which comes with a side of seasoned fries. After a short wait out came out meal. Unfortunately, the kitchen failed to keep the food hot. We were sorely disappointed, since this was our first visit. We told Malorie of our disappointment, she quickly removed our fries and was off to replace them. Even though our burger wasn’t hot, we opted to start eating, because it was after 2:30 and we were simply famished. Moments later, Tom the general manager stopped by to apologize. He was insistent on replacing our burger too. Tom said that if there was ever a problem, they would make it right, no questions asked. He replaced our burger & fries which were absolutely delicious and hot. Even better than I had anticipated. No kidding! I told Tom that I had wanted an ice cold 28 degree mug of Shiner, but sadly they didn’t carry it. He offered two others for me to try. He brought two small glasses for me to sample. One was from 512 Brewing Company in Austin. Wow, it great, and very similar tasting to Shiner. I look forward to my next visit! With customer service that Tom and his staff exhibited, they won me over as a repeat customer. BTW, the servers were all smiling & friendly. And with all the TV’s to catch your favorite sporting event as well as the rocking music, I left smiling and energized. Definitely stop by and give them a try… you’ll be glad you did. george

First time at twin peaks. Service was really good. Ordered the sampler an Sirlion. And of course allot of drinks. Sampler was alright. Chicken strips look like bone less wings. The Sirlion was inn point. The broccoli was a little under cooked. All in all its a good sports bar.

Be aware of your bills ! They tend to over charger when you in the big group! After long delay we get a sorry excuse and we got nothing. Horrible management

A place with great beer and decent girls. As a second thought, they also have food which is mediocre at best. Come for the TVs and beer.

Just avoid this place. We stopped by and were told they could not serve anymore people. The place was half full and we were told the computers were not working. Sorry, no new customers. The food is horrible anyway it’s just the only place open late in San Antonio. For a city this size you would think there would be more options for late night eating on a Friday. If you don’t want a taco, forget it.

I was in town visiting a friend and he took me to Twin Peaks. I had heard about the restaurant, but I had never been to one before. The women are very beautiful and the food was good. I just wish that our waitress would have been a little more attentive. There were a few times when we needed stuff, and could not find our waitress. In fact, we started asking another waitress for help and she was excellent. I will be back again to try different items in the menu, but this place is well worth a visit, if you have never been to one before. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back the next time I am in town.

I have been to serval Twin Peaks in the Dallas area/Austin/Arizona. But by far the service here sucks I know you only come for the Cold Beer but the waitress need to earn there tips. Be more friendly and not with just the regulars because there already going to tip high. No comment on the food because it always good. So I rate that along with the beer high.

I went here for my birthday with a few guys and had a great time. Some people feel its another«Hooters», while others are straight up intimidated. Do not worry. You will not be stigmatized. It is not disgraceful. Our waitress was really sweet and cool. Of course gorgeous duh! But I like that fact they’ll sit and chill with you and just talk. TV’s at almost every table and bigger flats around the place. For SATX it provides a pleasant placebo effect away from the heat/humidity with its mountain theme. Ordered: Mile high sandwhich(damn made me full and only finished half!) Shared Chiptole Queso and chips– Its worth it so you don’t have to cheap out on it. Friend got grilled chicken cobb salad for his diet but was overwhelmed by the size and quality. Price is certainly worth it for the food since you probably will take a to-go box. And of course, you tip if you feel you had good service. **Bonus** Because it was my birthday I got to take a memorable picture with the girls, got a signed autographed calender for free, and was treated like a king! I mentioned the Birthday thing at the end after being pressured by friends to see if they were going to give me a free dessert. Summary: For being in SA it was refreshing. its not a stripclub or anything profane. Food, environment, and service was great and even those are hard to find right? I would def go again and thank goodness for them opening up in SA, maybe it will help SA open up as well?

The boyfriend and I were trying to think of some place new with beer and TVs when Twin Peaks popped up. I immediately said yes, to which my boyfriend crackled«Really!!!» I think he forgets I’m a guys gal and love sports bars and women as much as the next dude. So no joke, you walk in and are greeted by beautiful women, seated promptly(text message buzzers not so smart though. Who doesn’t have the phone on silent these days?) And let the people watching begin. I’m a girl ya know so I can look at guys looking at the girls and the girls looking at girls. Its just the best atmosphere. Can’t say how much I really loved this place. Maybe it was all the wood… from the tables and stuff. So the beer was freakishly cold. Oh! I’ve been on a fish taco kick and they have these blackened fish tacos with super spicy salsa. That dish was bomb. The bf has some huge as the plate chicken fried steak with jalapeño cheese gravy. Holy wow. That meal was death on a plate in all the best ways possible. I really see a future with Twin Peaks during the up coming football season. I think we will probably sleep in the parking lot Saturday night so we can get a good spot Sunday morning and spend all day here. Seriously. I want a table with my name on a plaque. Where do I sign up for that? Forget Hooty who!?? Come here often.
