Wow! I’m so impressed with the growth of the menu. There is no juice it up near my home, but in my hometown this location has been here forever!!! I got my favorite raw juice with beets. «Rejuvenation» along with an orange raw concoction for my sick cousin!(boosting that immunity) !!! Way better than Jamba Juice four surrreeee!!!

This juice it up has been in this location for many years and has been in pretty bad service under the management of the previous owner(hence the bad reviews). It has recently been under new management starting from November 2015 and the quality and service have improved TREMENDOUSLY! The new owner, Mr. Sun Jang and his family run the establishment now and are very welcoming and friendly. I just needed to clear the air because the reviews down there were for the previous owner. Aside from that, this Juice it Up is a solid 5 stars for me. Very quick service. They are very nice and will substitute ingredients on request. The fruits and vegetables are fresh daily. If you don’t feel like drinking a smoothie, you can turn any classic or veggie smoothie into an Acai bowl with granola and bananas. You should also try the wheatgrass and ginger shots if you are looking to detox. If you are feeling a little adventurous, try some of the drinks on the«secret menu» and tell them that I sent you. — Alice in Wonderland(my fave) — Flinstone — Black Mamba — Tarzan

If I could rate no stars I drove to this location since I like how they make the smoothies better than my local one so I come to find out new management I come in and the staff has no idea what they are doing I couldn’t pay with my credit card for one because they didn’t accept that form of payment no signs that say that and the lady doing the smoothies while watching in line I could see she knew nothing about how to make them doesn’t look like they are off to a good start… Won’t be coming back here even tho this was the come to spot regardless of the distance I was declined service since they couldn’t work their system as well

Tried a lava flow smoothie bowl. The bowl was super melted and I had to drink it like soup & the granola sank into the liquid. Was not happy with the bowl :(Wish it was actually a smoothie texture.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a juice it up. Went in because I’ve been have stomach issues and needed to get some nutrients in… Took them 5 minutes to acknowledge I was even there to get my order. Thennnnnn I order my drink and my fiancé’s drink(coupon) girl says she can’t charge me the difference to up a size, her coworker says yeah you can and doesn’t even show here how to do it! Waited another few minutes… I try to add a boost in and she said first one wasn’t free. I didn’t wanna argue so I said ok… Took them 15 minutes to make my fiancé’s drink and another 5 for my drink. When I went to go get it, it wasn’t even the drink I ordered!!! Because my son was fussy I just took it and left. 1. The drink was completely wrong and 2. It taste disgusting. Only about 3 ounces of actual juice in my cup, the rest is the nasty fuzzy tasting stuff. Made my stomach worse. Don’t plan on finishing it and will be back tomorrow morning.

Enjoy the products but this location has one employee taking 20 min + to make you a drink so I recommend making a phone call order or avoiding this place if you’re limited on time.

Well, there’s not much wrong you can stay with the juice place. The smoothies are good, place is trendy employees are courteous. The protein shakes are really good post workout. And there is outdoor seating if it gets too packed inside.

I was there in the morning and the young girl was really nice. I accidentally messed up my order and she was able to add an item at no additional cost. Overall great service and really knowledgeable staff.

I went to this location once. With just two customers ahead of me, waiting in line took a long time. After ordering, I was waiting just as long to pick up my order. There was something missing in taste, like it was watered down and not enough fruit on it.

I don’t think my expectations for a smoothie chain are set remarkably high; you shouldn’t expect 5 star service with 2 star prices. That being said, this was a pretty terrible experience. The place is absolutely filthy. The fan was black with dust, every table was covered in juice and sticky smears, and the employees shoes literally stuck to the floor(I know they work with juices, but I have not encountered that anywhere else. Ever.) They’ve recently changed their menu, evidently, and have cut it down by more than half… Including most smoothies with berries and a few other favorites. The smoothie maker(I’m not sure of the official title. Haha.) was new, and unfamiliar with any questions we asked, which wouldn’t have been an issue if she wasn’t so incredibly rude. The manager(?) tried her best to answer our questions and help us find something to drink and was considerably friendlier than her employee, but was not very welcoming either. To top it all off the manager’s(?) young son kept running in and out of the store, yelling and jumping behind the counter. The smoothies themselves weren’t bad(not good, but not bad), but the rudeness, lack of cleanliness and general vibe will definitely have us searching for another location.

I always order the acai bowl at every juice it up. I just so happen to live near the one in San Bernardino and every time I order the acai bowl they don’t have fresh fruit, which is one of the reasons I order the bowl. When I get frozen fruit as a substitution it’s unpleasant to eat.
