Purchased a 3 item plate. When the server went to slice the chicken for my teriyaki chicken I luckily noticed it was pink. She too noticed it and decided sje was going to put the«raw» chicken back into the same warming/serving pan she grabbed it from, grab the piece of chicken next to it, and begin to cut it up for me… Hmmm I’m pretty sure SB Dept of Public Health would object to such actions. There had to be a question about handling raw food, especially chicken, on the food handlers test. I kindly refused the new piece of chicken she cut on the same board with the same knife she just used to handle the raw chicken. Above and beyond that the rice tasted old, the beef broccoli lacked flavor and only had 4 pieces of beef in the serving, and the shrimp dish tasted like it had been sitting forever. Will not return.

First, I asked for a nutritional guide and they told me to look online, but their site is not secured so I couldn’t. I chose white rice with beef broccoli, and mushroom chicken. The mushroom chicken was very good. The broccoli beef was disgusting. The rice was hard and horrible. I threw it away and I don’t throw food away. A tip: make sure your food is fresh. I think the broccoli beef was bad because it had been sitting out. I’ll probably go back and try the mushroom chicken and string bean chicken but I will not buy the meal with the rice, I’ll just get the sides a la carte.

Of all the panda express I’ve been to, this is beyond the best ! The food is super fresh, and delicious! The service was great too! I can’t believe there is actually a panda express that provides fresh food, not only during rush hour. Lol my orange chicken was actually crunchy! What! Lol usually I decide what to get based on the look of how fresh the food looks and I came for the first time and EVERYTHING looked fresh lol I was actually unsure what to get because I wanted it all lol I’ll definitely come back to this place!

I love Panda Express even if they’re a bit pricey than the other mom and pop chinese restaurants around and their portions are smaller. The food tastes good and are always freshly. I love that they offer you brown or regular tice too. The staff are always nice and the eating area are always made sure to be cleaned.

Small portions compared to other pandas and the manager tried to con me on saying I wanted a drink. Won’t be coming back just go to Loma Linda location.

Kinda standard with all PE’s. Luckily I haven’t run into any nasty taxing noodles or beef like other ones, so good on them. The staff here is actually pretty nice unless there’s something going on in the kitchen that needs their attention and kinda makes you feel like you’re in the way of other tasks they need done. Overall though, good if you need some healthy-ish food, just don’t expect big portions like other buffet places.

This was the only Panda Express to ever ask me if I wanted soy sauce, I usually have to ask them for it before I leave. The food was fresh, I was given good customer service, and they were fast.

Atmosphere — family oriented, very nice, cute and bright color decoration specially the wall painting of a big panda. Noise level average. Clean and well kept. My visit was dinner time and business was mediocre. Service — Went there with coupon and staff were knowledgable how to handle the transaction. Staff are nice, kind and friendly. Food — Tasty and the new Angus steak are very good. The meat is tender and vegetable that are mixed with it are fresh and crunchy too… Price — it was a very good deal with coupons(Free)

I reallly like Panda Express, I really do. But I don’t come here often for 2 reasons: 1. I think for the price I pay I should get more. Other chinese food restaurants pack on the food so much in the tray they could barely close the lid, leaves me enough for lunch and dinner. But Panda’s, well they’re stingy with their food. Kinda like Mickey D’s and their sauces. 2. Yes, they are a bit pushy. I used to eat here a lot back when I worked down the street from them and it’s like they don’t understand no. Either that or they are trained to mute anything that isn’t yes. Other than that, I think their food is a-ok. I like their honey walnut shrimp, it’s my new fave item from them at the moment.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat before finishing off the day. Went with the Kobari beef and the staple orange chicken. Wow was that Kobari beef good(and spicy). Service was about on par with what you get at mots PE’s. Thankfully I didn’t have the same experience that’s been spoken about in the original review.

Food is always delicious and fresh but I don’t visit often because the staff is very pushy. They always try to force you to buy extra items and the gallon size drinks. The last time I visited three people asked me 7 different times if I wanted an extra item. WIsh they wouls listen to me say no once and leave it alone.
