Pick up stix was great. The only downside is there is no 1 person plate. 1 item is enough for 1 – 2 people, and I would highly reccomend the generals orange chicken, it is amazing. As well as the house chicken. The orange peel chicken is good as well, just watch out for peppers!!! 5/5, beautiful inside and well kept, very clean. Glad I came here and will come to this location again!

The food tastes delicious and are in perfect proportions. The service was quick and very reasonable prices. Good place for workday lunches. $

My go to items here are the house special beef or chicken and the house chow mein. Could tone down the sweetness in the house special sauce just a bit though. Other items I tried were okay at best and a number were disappointing. I think thats why they get so many mixed reviews, with so many misses on their menu I think many tried one dish, didnt like it, and didnt return. I definitely would not have returned if the first thing I tried was the orange chicken.

My favorite place for lunch, 75cents wonton Wednesday. Service is great and I’m hard to please. Clean store

I’m not hating on pick up sticks. After all, the food comes out fast and hot. The service is good. But I have to confess: I would say that the cream cheese wontons and/or the shrimp chow mein may have gave me the runs. Not that bad, but it wanted out of my body quickly. In fairness, it could have been all the hot sauce I used and not the food. I may have done it to myself. Lord knows it wouldn’t be the first time. The service was very friendly and helpful. They greet you when you come in. They come by your table to see if you need anything. See if you get that kind of service at other fast food establishments. They even say thank you when you leave. The prices are pretty decent for the amount of food you get. Plus, it comes out fast and they bring it to your table. There’s plenty of parking in their lot. There’s outdoor seating, so bring your doggie.

Good food for what it is: quick, inexpensive but relatively healthy food. I placed a phone order for the Sweet Thai Chili Shrimp lunch plate; it came with green beans, red peppers, onions, rice, and your choice of a side, I got a spring roll. my order was ready to go when I stopped in to pick it up, they confirmed my order, slid my card, and I was out the door. The shrimp was fresh, the veggies were crisp, and the sauce was spicy and flavorful. Not the most imaginative dish, but very satisfying on a long work day. A good value, lunch portion was slightly cheaper than normal.

As far as Asian fast food I enjoy stix. It’s a chain and usually same quality at any location. I typically get the spicy house chicken… if you like spicy and you like chicken it’s a good combo. My issue is with this location is waiting time. I would typically come here for lunch and would find it to take excessively long for being fast food. I understand when it’s busy but fast food should not take a full hour. I then decided to place a phone or online order before I went there even if I was eating there. Today I placed a phone in order and it’s been 30 minutes and still waiting for two basic entrees. Unlikely to return to this location unless I’m not in hurry.

This is the first and last time I will come here. First, all the tables were moved, and the person who was at the front desk was mopping the lobby. Then, I ordered my food, me being the only one there, they took almost 15 minutes to order my food. The mexican cooks were laughing and giggling in the back. When I got my food to go, I was not given a spoon, and the front desk handed me the bag with my food with no fork. The place was really messy, this place takes forever on everything. Please do not go there. Its a waste of time and money. Poor management and poor staff.

I don’t know what prompted me to come here, since I’ve had their food many times in the years past, and never been fan, but I was hungry and the line at In N Out across the street was just too long. The food was way too salty, and over-seasoned. I even opted to order the healthier items on the menu. As a side note, it’s also slightly over priced. The quality is no better than Panda Express, but the price is about double that of Panda.

You can get some great vegan food here. I suggest the firecracker tofu. Ask for it to be made extra crispy. The sugary dishes like the firecracker tofu, orange tofu etc come out nice. The more water based sauces leave the tofu soft depending on how you like it this may help. Service is usually good but sometimes the food takes a long time to be ready. It’s worth the tradeoff for knowing the food is fresh.

Do not get placed on HOLD! I was on hold for 10 minutes, called back after phone was disconnected and was placed on hold for another 8 minutes. Monica was rude after I tried to place order. Dishes from this location are soggy and oily, you are better off driving to the Riverside location(Riverside Plaza)

The house chicken is great. Pair it with a veggie dish and you can’t go wrong. They serve diet squirt… awesome! Good place to eat. I have tried all three in my area and they are the same with pretty good service.

I am so annoyed!!! We have always enjoyed coming to pick up stix, especially for their bourbon chicken. But now their customer service has really turned me off! The last time we got a to go order they forgot one of my entrees. I called to complain and I talked to a very nice manager who apologized and asked for my name and number and said the next time I come in that I could get my missing entrees plus 2 free entrees for the trouble. So I just came to do that and the manager that is here basically treats me like I’m lying because they usually they mail vouchers for free entrees. How is that my problem??? So after asking for my receipt(which I had not saved) and having me check my bank account to prove the date I came in she finally said she could give me one free entrée. But then she changed it to a free lunch combo which sucks because we can’t eat the appetizers so she said she would give me extra rice. Oh goody!!! I guess that my very frequent business was worth less to her than just dealing with how to comp 2 free full entrees. I’m so pissed and annoyed I honestly don’t think I’ll be back for a while. Not cool pick up stix, not cool!!!

I ordered orange chicken, and it was easily the worst I’ve ever had. How do you mess up orange chicken? I actually stopped eating after a few bites and threw away the rest. The sauce had a strange, acrid taste to it. The actual dish was filled with chili peppers and orange pieces, which added the unfortunate experience of picking inedibles out of my meal every other bite. The chicken itself was dry and the batter was terrible. Agh. I truly feel like I wasted $ 15. I just finished the rice and fortune cookies(which were actually really good). Interior is nice, décor is nice, customer service is good. But I’m not coming back to this place because all of that can’t make up for the food.

The food is always fresh! There are healthy foods to choose from too. The customer service is awesome too! A guy named Bryan has wonderful customer service and he made my experience at Pick up Stix great! Awesome job! I will be returning to Pick Up Stix in San Bernadino again!

The worst Chinese food that my husband and I have ever had. The rice in both of our meals was undercooked. My husband ordered the beef and broccoli and it was more like teriyaki beef soup, the carrots in the mix were undercooked. I ordered the wild Alaskan salmon with veggies, the salmon wasn’t bad but had too much pepper and it’s really hard to mess up steamed veggies so those weren’t too bad. Another restaurant added to our list of places to never go back to.

Just so you guys know it’s called ASIAN food. They serve Japanese, Chinese, and even Thai! Read correctly then just because you’re not going to Panda Express if that’s what you think. Ha

This place is always consistent with the Pick Up Stix service standards and food quality. Everyone here is super nice and courteous! Keeps me and wife coming back. My go-to is the orange chicken and the crispy chicken dumplings. Mmmmm…

Walking in the ambiance was nice, the staff member at the register was friendly. We stopped here while passing through. The food was good, however we did wait a long time and they brought half our order for here and half boxed to go. If given the opportunity we would eat here again. They also had gluten free options on their menu and they’re yummy!

It was just ok. I thought it would be better. I was already upset that they were out of everything I wanted. And I had to settle for the Honey Crispy Chicken. It looked like it was going to be good. I didn’t know that if you eat in, they still give you the food in a open to go container. The Honey Crispy Chicken had a good taste, but it didn’t have enough sauce to the point of almost being dry. Because of this I had to add more soy sauce then I wanted too for the brown rice, which didn’t mix well with the chicken. Hopefully, if I decide to go back they will have Firecreacker chicken in stock.
