The sandwiches we got were suppose to be double meat but didn’t taste or look like it. The chips were super crunchy or over fried. No salt on the regular chips. The sandwich had a whole head of lettuce. They were not fast what so ever. The décor was cool. Won’t be going back to this one.

My work ordered some sandwiches for a meeting and it was edible. Let’s start with the bread, it looked like plastic, it felt like plastic, and it tasted similiar to plastic too, edible plastic. The meat was scarce, not a lot going on there, if it’s a roast beef sandwich, I want some ROASTBEEF! My gosh people, get it together and stop cutting corners, I just want a decent sandwich, is that so much to ask for? I heard we paid a pretty penny for all these sandwiches and chips, it’s not like this place was cheap. On the brighter side, their BBQ chips were fantastic. Maybe they should just stick to selling chips instead of sandwiches. Your bread sucks, it could only go downhill from there. Not impressed and I will tell my boss not to order from here anymore.

Very expensive. No one asked me what I wanted on my sandwich or what kind of bread. They charged me extra for cheese without telling me it was an extra charge. I asked for peppers and they didn’t give them on the sa which. Almost 13 bucks for a skinny sabdwich and a bag of chips and a drink. Won’t be back

So good! I love the sandwiches — there’s just something about their bread. Everything always tastes so fresh. The customer service is great as well.

There slogan is Subs so fast your freak, yea not so fast, I didn’t freak. The inside is small, trying to walk by everybody in line to get a drink is a challenge. The subs were good, but I will stick with Sub Way.

Got the Veggie sandwich of course. It was too small and didn’t leave me feeling victorious for paying $ 6. The 7-grain wheat bread was soft and smelled great. The mayonnaise-lettuce-tomato-cucumber-avocado mixture was just too basic for me. I wish there was some sort of special dressing to be put on or maybe even a veggie patty because $ 6… After one bite, I knew I would still be hungry. The place is chill, good for quick lunch grabs. Not good for parties with more than 4 people. Would I go again? Maybe if I was desperate for a sandwich. But I could probably get a better one at In-N-Out across the street. Veggie Sandwich 2.5÷5

It’s a nice clean small sandwhich shop with friendly staff. What surprised me is that the sandwhiches were made quickly so if you are ever on the go it is a good place to grab a bite!

So, I LOVE sandwiches! I really liked this place because the bread is so yummy and easy to chew and I feel with the $ 6.99 sandwiches, you get just the right amount of stuff. I had been craving a delicious sandwich so my wife and I decided to stop in the other day. The cashier stared at us while we browsed the menu. She never asked us any questions. I ordered the JJBLT, she asked if I wanted cheese, I said yes. She never asked what kind or informed me that it was going to be extra, nothing. The crew only seemed to be half there or that we were taking up their time or something. As we ordered 4 sandwiches they all just kinda stared at us. We told the cashier our order was to go and they pumped out the sandwiches pretty quickly which was cool. One associate said our order was ready and as I walked up everyone disappeared to the back. It took a minute to get someone’s attention to let them know they made 3 sandwiches and we ordered 4. They didn’t seem too happy about that and asked to see the reciept. Finally, someone made the last sandwich and one of the girls brought it to our table with a card for a free sub! Cool, redeemed. Except for everyone disappeared again and I needed a bag for all of the sandwiches. We left a little annoyed but thought it was cool they gave us the free sub card. The only stipulation on the card was that it had to be redeemed at this location, fine, no problem. A few days later the card was burning a hole in my pocket so I decided to go back. I ordered 3 sandwiches and presented the card to the cashier. He told me that I could not use the card because I didn’t order one of their cheap-o sandwiches(I think they call the lm skinny or slim or whatever). I explained to him that the card said nothing other than I had to use it here and I didn’t understand that if it only applied to the cheap sub then it should say so. He said that if I wanted to use it on my current order I could get 50% off. I agreed thinking I would get 50% off my order but my $ 20 total dropped to $ 18. There was no 50% off anything seeing as how each sandwich was like 8 bucks. I pointed this out to the cashier but he acted like he didn’t hear me. Frustrated after a 12 hour shift and this encounter I just gave up on the whole situation. I just wanted to get home. Overall, their sandwiches are delicious but their customer service sucks! I gave them 3 stars because of the customer experience I had the only two times I was in this location. Seems like the staff is way more into whatever is happening in the back than keeping customers happy and coming back. I will be waiting for the Redlands location to open and if it’s the same song and dance at that location I will stick with Jersey Mikes.

So it’s dinner time and we are really tired of the same ol fast food but don’t want to go for a long sit down dinner. We see Jimmy Johns and its on! Mon orders the Pepe and I got the Billy Club. Both subs were grub! The cold ass pickle was an added treat. Subway ain’t can’t hold a candle to this place. BUT what really made this a great meal, was the young lady that took my order, she asked me if I was in the military. I didn’t ask for a discount, she took the initiative and ask. Thats bad ass in my book! Thanks Jimmy Johns for offering a Vets discount and thanks Vanessa for asking. Customers for life!!!

Quick lunch with Wifey on her lunch break(she works across the street), and we decided to try this place. Cute girl greets us with a smile and offers assistance if we were«first timers.» None needed, this IS just a sandwich place, I’ve been to a few in my time. I was hoping for a hot sandwich, but to my surprise one was not to be found here. No big deal, lets see what sets this place apart. I ordered a #13 Tuna. Not bad. I did like the fresh-baked? bread, and that its not a whole friggin’ loaf like some other places. You can enjoy what is in the sandwich more if your not too busy trying to break down mouthfuls of bread at a time. I do like the shredded lettuce. The Tuna salad was just standard. I don’t like the lack of pickles in it. If the add-ons up in the menu on the wall weren’t so small, I would have added Dijon-Mustard to the sandwich, but the options are but small-print on a huge menu. The sandwich is good enough to eat and enjoy. My Wife got the(what else?) #11 Club. She didn’t seem too impressed with it, but she ate it. I tasted it a few times, and I can say that every ingredient on here is fresh and quality. Good sandwich. It isn’t difficult to finish a sandwich here, because you aren’t gorging yourself with unnecessary bread. Plus, the bread is soft, and therefore easier to chew. The staff was friendly, but just like another Unilocaler mentioned, they were all talking about their schedules amongst each other. At least it didn’t stop them from getting our sandwiches out to us lightning fast. The Lipton tea is great, especially when mixed 50⁄50 sweetened and unsweetened. The restaurant is very clean. I can say this place is much better than Subway, but this not as good as Jersey Mike’s. But it is a tad expensive for what you get.

Great Sandwhich spot. This location is new in San Bernardino but the franchise is huge. I’ve seen this restaurant in Eugene Oregon. The food is very good, the sandwhich size is a nice size and the service was great. I’m definitely going back

Great quality for the price, and FAAASSSTT! Two subs ordered and finished in less than two minutes. For a worker that values his lunch hour, like woman loves her diamonds, I can tell you speed is king! The subs are great! I have had a chance to try a few different combinations and my favorite is actually the gourmet veggie. Strange for a meat-loving connoisseur such as myself to favor a vegetarian option as much as this, but its the truth. They also offer delivery for a slight additional fee. However, if you trick the system and order all of your friends lunch orders at the same time the deliver fee becomes mere cents on their already reasonable prices. The only downside is their wheat bread option. I sincerely expected to be served a gourmet wheat loaf, not unlike those of Firehouse or even Jersey Mikes. To my utter disappointment it is just a pair of plain wheat slices. If you are reading this and are in management for JJ’s please fix this and I will be in even more than I already am. All in all an absolutely fantastic place to get your quick lunch hour nutrition in!

Well to start off it’s VERY important you read the menu. What you see on the menu is what you get on your sandwich. I ordered a #2(Roast Beef) which is 5.99 and added cheese for a 1.00 extra I got two pieces so .50 per piece. The sandwich was a bit on the dry side, the vegetables were fresh and the bread was good. My partner ordered the # 5(The Vito) he said it was good, the picture of this on their website does not even come close to what his sandwich looked like, not as much meat. We ordered the meals with chips and a drink, don’t be fooled by another Unilocaler’s review on the chips, the bag is not brimming full of chips, it’s just your average bag of chips with a lot of air in the bag. They are very similar to kettle fried chips, but not as hard. I then ordered a # 4(Turkey) with cheese(add another 1.00) to go. Same story dry sandwich with fresh veggies and thin meat. This place is very expensive we spent 27.85 on 3 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and 2 soda pop’s. Not worth the money spent. One thing I must mention because it is a big pet peeve of mine is that we were the only 2 people in the place, so the employees felt it was okay for 2 of them to stand by the front register and talk with the people behind the counter about the schedule coming up. That is company business and I really don’t care to hear about it. The person doing the talking was more than likely a manager and she should have known better. This type of conversation should not be shouted about from the front of the house to the back of the house. That’s just plain unprofessional. The place is clean, we were greeted when we walked up to the register but that was more of an offhand kind of greeting not a big smile and a Hey Welcome, have you ever been here before? No? Then let me explain how this works, big smile. Over all because of the price and the semi-professionalism of the crew I don’t believe we’ll be back. Sorry Jimmy Johns, but Jersey Mike’s is just down the street and it’s a bit better on the overall atmosphere and quantity of meat and cheese.

Attention all sandwich lovers: this new shop will treat your taste buds and belly tremendously well. First and foremost, the subs are laid out on a french bread that is moist and flavorful. And when you spend a dollar more for the $ 6.99 subs you get noticeably more meat as well… Both aspects are a far cry from what you’ll find at Subway and other sandwich spots. Each mouthful is a perfect balance of moist bread, crisp veggies and cold meats. They also sell their own brand of potato chips here, and each bag is filled to the brim with firm chips cooked in 100% peanut oil as opposed to containing a half-crumbled bag of greasy Lays. Add a fountain drink and you now have the recipe for a happy, full belly. We were greeted when we came in and thanked on our way out. This establishment just made my «favorite» list in less than 15 minutes.

So I’ve seen Jimmy John’s locations popping up all around SoCal lately. When one finally opened up by work, I decided I had to see what all the«buzz» was about. I ordered the 8″(#12) Beach Club sandwich with sprouts(sprouts seem to be an available option/add on to any sandwich). The sandwich comes with turkey breast, provolone cheese, avocado spread, sliced cucumber, lettuce, mayo and tomato. Being a HUGE fan of the BACON, avocado, turkey and cheese sandwiches out there, I was, at first, bummed there was no bacon in this sandwich… until I took my first bite. I realized that all this time, the bacon added an extra texture(crunch) and flavor(saltiness) to the sandwich that I loved. Here, the cucumber, being as simple an ingredient as it gets, also gave THIS sandwich added texture and flavor; a bright, cool/crispness to it, which I really enjoyed. Now, if you MUST have the bacon, you can order it at an extra charge. I honestly didn’t miss it. Service was fast and friendly(I placed my order and made a quick stop in the restroom and, as I was washing my hands, I could hear my order being called out a few times). Too much information for you? Maybe. I’m trying to tell you that the sandwich was made QUICKLY and ACCURATELY. This is a must for those quickly passing lunch minutes we all get. I gotta say, I’ll definitely be back to try some of their other sandwiches. This store, made me a fan of Jimmy John’s!
