If there was a zero star for this I would definitely pick it because these people met none of the minimum requirements for good customer service. I drove 20 minutes in the rain in order to reach this location and upon entering the drive through and rolling my window down and henceforth being rained on I was asked very rudely and unclearly to please wait. I rolled my window up in order to ensure my car interior would not be ruined from the abnormally heavy rain and after waiting for the cashier to get back to me was rudely insulted that she could not understand what I was saying and I needed to speak up as she continued to mumble. She then in a very rude and curt tone repeated my order back to me as if it was the most effort she had been asked to expend all night. Upon pulling up to the window I had the cashier two cards, since my friend and I each placed an order, and was rudely informed that it would be impossible for them to split it. I asked why it would be a problem considering they could simply ring up one meal, slide one card and then repeat for the second however was simply told it was not possible. I attempted to explain to the cashier the simple way of ringing up two items and she walked away and got her manager in the middle of my sentence(still holding both mine and my friends card by the way) the manager proceeded to tell me it was simply policy and that was that. So I told her I would not be spending my money at her establishment and asked for my card back. The manager, Christina, was hesitant to give either her or her coworker’s name when asked and made sure to mumble as much as possible. I will not likely be returning soon, even though the food is good quality. Bad service ruins everything.

If I would give this store negative star. I will. I love Popeyes regardless but just not this one. Horrible customer service EVERRRRRRRRR. I mean wherever I go in future prolly better than this. We ordered platter of fish and shrimps to go. After awhile waiting the guy told us they actually out of popcorn shrimps but they do have butterfly shrimps, we were ok to change it. We take out order and abt to go then my bf asked for ketchup and hot sauces, they ran out all of it, my bf was pissed and asked again he checked again and gave us 2 packs of ketchup. And I double check my order. In my platter of shrimp there is only 1 piece of fish(that actually pointed out by the girl in the front) my biscuit has no honey, literally nothing and the platter barely any shrimps… We couldn’t hold the tongue anymore due to the services and lack of condiments, the girl in the front felt bad for us that she had to take our order back and put some fish in there. What kind of business in this? I wonder why u guys still open and who give all the worker a right to treat a customers like this? I come to order and pay for it, I’m not come to get stuffs for free, we also pay for full prices so please treat customers w respect. The tallest guy actually the one that help us and he hear all things we ask like honey, spoon, folk, and some hot sauces but he couldn’t careless and make me feel like I come and ask for a free meal. This is the WORST storeeeeeee everrrrrrr I will filed a complaint to cooperate!

Horrible service and refuse to take coupons on your phone. Not to mention you will be sitting in that drive thru for half an hour, the whole time regretting your decision because they don’t have what you want and refuse to honor their own coupons. Not worth the wait. He’ll, not worth being treated slide that of it was instantaneous.

I don’t usually eat at Popeyes cuz I’m don’t eat chicken, but the dr at work loves Popeyes so I decided to get us some lunch and I ordered shrimp for me. Once I pay they tell me they don’t have the sides I wanted, I said ok just give me what you have. Then she informs me that I have to wait even more cuz now they don’t have shrimp WTH then I asked for my money back cuz at this point I’m just plain annoyed and it took them 5 – 10 more minutes to give me a refund with out an apology. There goes my lunch time. Your customer service is below standard. Will not be back.

AVOID. Go straight to KFC or Long John Silvers. Or just go across the street to Gus Junior for their fish or chicken. ANYPLACEELSE. they took my money then sent me to the parking lot with threatening homeless pan-handlers…after 25 minutes I got back in line and demanded my money back. they tossed some food in the bag but it was not my order. Looks like they renovated this place, which was surprisingly nice. However it is just not spacious at all. To walk around the restaurant was very weird and claustrophobic. My boyfriend and I came here for some quick fried chicken. It took like 25 minutes to get our fast food fried chicken :(Slow service… Still good though, and the biscuits are great!

I like their chicken and biscuits, service is so slow, from the girl at the intercome who sounded like she was whispering. went through the drive thru, and they told me the biscuits would take about 3 minutes, to pull forward and park.15 minutes later they come out with my order, I didn’t leave cause I had already paid for my meal, and this is the second time this happens, last time the wait was just as long and the girl who drop off my order was super rude.

We stopped in here after getting parts for a truck down the street and have to say. They took care of a customers concern before I ordered and they were happy. I ordered. Got my food in a timely manner. Food was great. Even better then kfc. Customer service was perfect. Definitely will be coming back for seconds.

I will say that the food is pretty much the same here that you will get at any other Popeye’s. The problem here is the SERVICE! It SUCKS! I ordered Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and only got a half full container with little to no gravy. When I asked to have it filled the manager put a tiny bit more in. When I asked again to have it filled, she mutter something about 3 and 4 and then turned her back on me! Are you serious?! You’re going to turn your back on a customer? I didn’t have the desire nor time to argue, so I left. Bottomline: if you want their food but are willing to put up with bad service you can still come here. Just be warned: they’re going to skimp on the quantity.

Worst service ever!!! Nobody knows what they doing in this location !!! Danielle is rudest cashier I have ever seen, my son ordered 2 other of 5 pieces chicken tender, they gave us 2 others of chicken wings, he went up front to ask them for a change!!! They came back with only 5 pieces only meaning of 1 order only, I went up front to see what’s going on, I asked to fix the problem again, she asked ;can I see your receipt, nonsense after another, it was another customer with order problem also, she(Danielle)didn’t even know how to refund money back on a card, she had to call someone else to figure out how to do it, I asked for a manager of course she didn’t call any one, long story short after 45 minutes nonsense I’ve get my money back on our way to the car she Danielle comes out side asking for the drinks cups, she said can I have the drinks back too!!! Seriously!!! Wow congrats to the owner of this location, I came in to bring in business, but what your employees doing in there needs a little more attention, not going back at all. Customer service is 0, one star is even way more for this location.

The bomb chicken! I’d vote for the spicy chicken. The skin is the best part. Red beans and rice are great! The mashed potatoes taste a lot like gumbo. Good sweet tea.

All I have to say is train, train, train, and retrain your staff please! They’re lifeless, act like zombies, can’t smile, and seem to know not even the bare minimums of simple guest service. What a shame. I’ve loved popeyes since I was a kid, and it sucks coming to franchises sometimes because of reasons like this. Can’t stay away from the brand, but I can definitely stay away from this place.

BF and I hit this Popeye’s drive-thru to grab a quick bite, arriving around 1 on a Friday afternoon. Though there were no cars ahead of us, when we placed our order of two chicken po’boys sandwiches, we were told there would be a wait. I’ve had this happen at my local Popeye’s as well, so it didn’t come as a big surprise, and it always resulted in fresh hot chicken. So we parked in front of the restaurant and only had to wait a couple minutes. The employee brought us our sandwiches with a smile on her face and apologized to us for the wait, so no complaints at all about friendliness. But when we dived into our sandwiches a couple minutes later, the chicken was super dry — just like fried chicken that was sitting around and withering under a heat lamp. WTF. I still don’t know who got the chicken they made us wait for, cuz it sure seemed like we were eating last night’s batch. If you’re gonna make me wait, make it worth it!

Yes, 3 stars only. The deliciousness of the spicy chicken, red beans and rice, biscuits remains the same. However, The fish, shrimp combo or platter are a WASTEOFYOURMONEY. Either order brings 3 very small pieces of fish, or ¼ size of popcorn shrimp ONLYANDALLFOR $ 6.99 to $ 8.99. I have always been, will be, a Popeye’s fan, but will never order fish/shrimp platter again.

It’s a pretty fun place that have big jars of beans and spices displayed in front of the cashiers. And when we try to order, they helped us to find best value combo and then they gave us a lot of food… Not sure why, but we failed to finish them later, it’s too much fried chicken. :p Anyway, love the people and the place. And the chicken tastes as good.
