Aiight. So I have a few reviews I gotta do from my recent trip up to the Bay. Why not start with Jollibee? lol. So I had about 3 or 4 hours to kill before heading to the airport. So we found our way to the closest mall. And of course I looked for the food court… and what is the first place I see? ‘Isa pa, isa pa, isa pang Chicken Joy.‘ That’s right! JOLLIBEE! So I knew instantly what I wanted for lunch! Some Chicken Joy! Yuuuup! Got 2 pieces of Chicken with a side of rice and mashed potatoes and gravy. All of it taste great! I really like the crunchiness of the chicken joy skin. Don’t forget to dip the chicken in the gravy! Service: Not bad! They were kinda slow. My family had already started eating their food and I was still waiting for my order. Will I be back? ummm. Maybe! If I have another 3 or 4 hour wait before heading to SFO, then I might find way back here for some chicken joy!

I’m just going to reiterate what has been stated from preview reviewers… This place has poor customer service!!! I was the only person in line and the cashier took his sweet ass time to walk from one corner to the cash register, and then he just looks up at me and doesn’t say a word What the f !? Hello? Cant even get a simple, «May I help you ?» Or «what would you like? «what about hello sir ma’am sir !? Two stars because the food was fast but still. Come on people.

1 star for the very very slow service. one weekend at 12 noon, with 5 ahead of my wife, it took more than half an hour before she got her meal. isn’t that way too slow for a fast food place? and even if it’s not considered a fast food place, i would have been served sooner in a sit-down restaurant. okay, granted that it was because of the 5 people ahead of her… but today, sunday noon, even if she was the only one, it took more than 10 minutes before she got her food. and she said the chicken was already cooked and all that was needed was to box that with a couple of other stuff that was already there. popeyes serves more people at one time or anytime but they’re so much quicker. i would suggest to management to go to popeyes and observe how their staff handles everything for a quick service.

This place has the slowest workers ever! They stare at 1 receipt order many times before completing the order. Don’t call order out if they need something cook. So many staff but only one cashier and the rest are just running around in circles pretending they are doing something. Horrible!

Not very happy with customer service! I watch them put French fries in my order which only had 10 pieces, my husband open the box in front of the worker and ask for more fries because their was hardly any. They just gave me a blank look, if a customer is request they should do so. Btw my husband was laughing at their uniform, dating back to the 60’s.

Waited about 10+ minutes in line only to have to repeat our order twice to Avigalle(cashier). I originally asked for the palabok + chicken order and she waited until after my wife ordered her meal(2-piece with 2 sides) to tell me my order was not available. Likewise I asked for the same as my wife but with different sides. She then asked us to repeat our orders again and then asked for the second time if we’re willing to wait 6-minutes for new chicken. It’s no wonder there’s a line for fast food, inefficient and forgetfulness of their line staff… good thing the chicken is consistent…

Zero stars for this one. Tonight is the fifth time I have come by for dinner and they ran out of chicken 30 minutes before closing time. And there was a line 20 deep behind me. There needs to be more oversight from corporate because this store gives Jollibee a bad name. Pathetic.

I’ve been to 3 – 4 jollibee locations and by far this jollibee has to be the worse one I’ve been to. CHECKTHE UnilocalREVIEW. I should have. Service was beyond slow. I waited 25 – 30 minutes total for the queue and the food. Other locations ive been to gets it done in 10 minutes max. It’s not hard to pack a box of food thats already sitting in the food warmer…

This new hire Lindsey need to smile more looks like she don’t want to be working there. If that’s the case find somewhere else. Good customer services is not for you when ppl say thank you! Chicken was on point! Crispy and seasoned very well. I love spicy chicken and prefer Popeyes if it’s spicy fried chicken. Well this place is a GO! If only there were some in Baltimore.

The staff is not friendly. I saw they were hiring and I asked for an application and they didn’t want to give it to me because I was white. They asked«are you sure you want to apply» after I said yes, the lady said she would get me an application and never did. I understand this is a filipino restaurant but by law you can’t discriminate based on race. She didn’t say it was because I was white but I could tell. She might ad well as said«no because your white». rude people

Customer service is awful. Did you know you cannot order corn as a side if you’re getting hamburger steak? When a menu says«and one side» I assume I’d have options. Fast food? I waited over 20 minutes for my order due to lack of organization. They weren’t busy. Large orders that were placed after me were fulfilled. Only when I demanded my money back, they realized my order had been ready/sitting in the warmer for the past 15 minutes. The girl began scrambling around shoving utensils and my order into a bag despite my request for a refund. I think she tried to apologize but I didn’t understand a word she was saying. I informed her that I spoke English and she had to call a manager from the back to address the situation.

First, I have to say I like their chicken and pineapple juice. But this is the first time that wait 42mins for fastfood!!! They take my order and tell me wait for the chicken. I say ok, no one tells me that I have to wait 30 mins. FASTFOOD !!!

I don’t usually complain specially you r dealing with the fast food…(what do you expect in the fast food) Nag order kami ng 2 treat B. I was told 15mins wait for the chicken(wow !! Really? 15 mins on a fastfood ?). I asked. How about those chicken on the food warmer ? He replied… «ah, those are reserve»(another lame excuse) so, i waited 15mins. Finally, fresh cook chicken came out… And i saw supervisor Joy trying to give me the old display of chicken. When i ask her why? She showed the worst custumer servce ever…(need to elaborate ?) My argument : Whats the point of telling me 15mins wait for the chicken if at the end you’ll give the old chicken I don’t know that u can reserve chicken !!! Suggestion: Send Joy to a custumer service 101!

Usually I never have a problem with this Jollibee, they take my order and make it as quick as possible to bring it out for my hungry needs. Customer service is relatively good when it’s one of the more experienced staff and the spaghetti is just like other jollibee spaghetti, which is pretty good overall. However when I asked for no ice for the pineapple quencher, they didn’t fill the cup all the way like normal drinks. Which is really weird because they used to back then whenever I was on my break. I don’t get ice because I’d rather have more juice than water and they go and stop 4⁄5th of the cup size! I paid for the size of the cup, not most of it and the rest empty air. Watch out for the drinks. Make sure they’re full, or buy it elsewhere instead of getting it here. *Update:. .. The sauce for the spaghetti is incredibly lower than standard. Wow. :(

I am going to take a break from Unilocal and let somebody else tell you a review that is suitable for younger folks. Now I’m going to hand over the mike to my daughter. (Now be nice to her and let her tell you her review of this popular fast food chain from the Philippines.) «Me and my daddy like to go the Tanforan mall to see pretty people and go shopping. When we get hungry, we go to the downstair food court to eat. The food court has a lot of people.» «I want fried chicken. My daddy and me go to Jollibee because the bee is very cute. There was a lot of people waiting to order food. My daddy bought me a three-piece meal with sweet potato fries and a sauce for $ 7.29. I like the fried chicken. It was yummy. But my dad don’t like the chicken!» Okay, daddy’s turn. I didn’t care too much about the dried pieces of fried chicken nor the dried Sweet potato crinkled fries. The worst credit card purchase for a meal in a long time. So is my daughter is a Unilocaler-material? Daddy get credits of the ratings!
