New York Pizza

I order New York delivery to my job quite a bit. I usually get the garlic chicken pizza (with no mushrooms)… It’s delicious and prices aren’t bad. Definitely worth a try and the eat 24 app makes placing my order a piece of cake.

I will make this short and sweet. this is NO NY pizza… no way no how.
its too thick, it doesn’t have a crispy crust and the sauce is… meh at best.
BUT…for the area… its actually not bad.
San Francisco Bay Area has a hard time with Pizza… I know of only two good places and I’ve hit about 3 dozen in the last 2 years…
Its usually always the dough or the sauce… no one knows how to do it right here…
So …is it true NY pizza… LOL not on its best day… but if you are drunk or stoned and you are hungry… its not bad.

I absolutely LOVE ordering delivery from here. I’ve never made my way out here to dine-​in, but their delivery game with me has ALWAYS been spot on. I’ve been ordering from them for delivery for years and my food always arrives in a reasonable amount of time and it’s always hot and delicious.
Their BBQ wings are my favorite, of course they’re no Buffalo Wild Wings, BUT. For the price, it leaves you content and they always give lots in a serving! I also love their sandwiches and they’re so big I usually split it for another meal. (My favorite is their Meatball one.) Their combination pizza is pretty delicious as well. Is it weird to love a pizza place’s ranch by the way? There’s just something about their ranch that I love. even though it costs me 50 cents extra every time.
All in all, their delivery is punctual and the food is delicious! They’ve yet to disappoint me over the years!

Before moving to Sunnyvale, my kids and I would come to this establishment a lot. I’ve dined in with them on numerous occasions and I’ve done take out and delivery as well.
The owner is a great guy. On one occasion, when we dined in, he had cartoons put on for the kids.
I order delivery to my job all the time from this place, and every time it’s been a great experience. The person on the phone is always very pleasant. The delivery driver is also always friendly.
I can’t think of one thing to dislike about this place, except I do wish they had more parking. I always got nervous about making the drive to dine in since there have been times when there was no parking readily available.
Definitely a favorite though!

Fast and good. I like their pizza. They arrive quickly, the pizza and zucchini sticks are hot and the price is right. Take a look at their coupons for good deals.

A o.k. late night choice. Owner/​manager appears shady and can be a jerk. I believe the authors who became mysteriously ill after consuming pizza here
Pizza can be hit or miss.

I can now say I have experienced food poisoning.
I went on a Sunday night, hungry as I have not eaten for a few hours. Looks like most people do take out here mostly. My fiancée thought the place was sketchy but we dined in anyway. We ordered the large pizza special at 16.99 and two soft drinks. The guy in front overcharged me by $ 5 and paid me back by cash when I paid by credit card. That to me says this has happened many times before. He was still very nice, but then now thinking back. I am not sure if it had anything to do with my becoming ill. Did they plant something in my food? Did they purposely give me bad meat? We ordered the all meat pizza with pepperoni and sausages. I was already feeling weird but thought I was just tired. By the time I went home, I vomited 3 times where i had no more food left in my stomach and my body ached for the next day.
I would say this was beyond disappointing experience and this establishment should be looked closely by the health officials. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT come to this place.

I found this place through Unilocal hoping to score a good deal on pizza and was thoroughly disappointed.
This place seems to be the only «by the slice» pizza place in the area. The establishment is a decent size with various tables and a TV for viewing. They have a lunch special for about $ 5 which includes a soda. I ordered a king kong slice and added bacon. You can order cheese or pepperoni but the slice and add topping for an extra fee.
The pizza was ready in about ten minutes but was extremely hot and I was not forewarned to «be careful». The pizza actually burned the roof of my mouth and caused a small blister that was painful for a few days. The worst part was that the pizza sauce was bland and the cheese was gross, it mostly taste like cardboard.
THE WORST pizza I’ve ever eaten and I wouldn’t even recommend this pizza to my worst enemy! Just save yourself the trouble and money and go elsewhere!

The delivery guy arrived with the wrong order. He returned to get the right order, but after waiting awhile, I called the restaurant.
The man that I spoke with was rude and told me the delivery driver was on his way and hung up. I wasn’t even finished talking!
The pizza arrived. Cold. Looking at the time, it was an 1 hour and 32 minutes after placing the order. I’m assuming it sat at the restaurant the entire time, but maybe I’m wrong?
Also, my order was wrong. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

Good pizza, I appreciate the way they make sure my order is accurate. Most places forget item, thank you!

After 10pm on a Saturday night I didn’t have many options of pizzerias that would deliver the goods for me, so after I plug into Unilocal this was the number one due to time and delivery that I asked for. I wasn’t expecting much but the pizza was better than I thought. I had «All Meat» and I would recommend. They took around 45min. to deliver which is perfectly normal. Important, the pizza arrived warm still.

Horrible customer service took over 1 ½ to get my pizza.
Call and they just keep saying it’s on its ways 30 minutes later same thing. If you like cold pizza and long wait times this is your place

This place is good. Check it out! Good prices on slices and pies. You have a big party to feed no problem… they have king Kong pies and i swear it’s huge as hell!
Parking can be hard but most of the time I get lucky. Lazy or too stoned/​drunk to drive? They deliver yall!

This is one of my go to pizzas close by since I moved out here. Not quite like East Coast pizza that I’m used to (it’s the crust that’s more doughy than foccaccia in general in the Bay area; I’m not so much a fan of the doughy, but at least when I ask for thin crust here I don’t get a loaf of Italian bread with sauce and cheese). I have to say the toppings/​fixings are yummy. We keep their menu handy.

Great pizza place. They are efficient, wide variety of menu options, and the pizza is always high quality. I would highly recommend the All Meat. King Kong size will feed 6 adults. Great for the price.

Horrible customer service I called to inquire about the King Kong and I was still in the middle of my question when the guy says «I’m really busy right now.» And basically hung up on me totally rude.

New York Pizza is very delicious, very tasty they sauce is really good.

This is a great place to grab a tasty pizza for lunch or dinner to with friends and/​or family. The King Kong is a great deal! The staff are very friendly and always attentive.
The pizzas are yummy and have a variety of choices for pasta and salads as well. Prices are reasonable and they always have the bay areas favorite games on when playing!

It’s not on their menu nor on their website but on Tuesday you can get a King Kong PIzza for 22 bucks as long as you pick it up. If you decide to do a delivery then the deal is off. It’s one of those secret menu things, but as long as you get a pizza with 7 toppings or their specialty, you can get the deal.
Now for the actual pizza. The pizza is good but not great. I ordered the all meat pizza king kong pizza for 22 bucks. The meat was good, and the pizza was gigantic, but I am not so keen for the dough. It doesn’t taste quite as par as other pizza places I been too, but I cannot complain for a pizza that is so enormous for 22 bucks that will last me for at least a couple of days.
And beware when picking up the pizza, parking can be a real pain. You may get a great deal for the pizza, but picking it, well have fun finding parking.

I live 1 block away and my pizza was 30 mins late. Lady said the driver was new and that he was on his way but again, I live a block away! Literally a 5 second drive! I would’ve walked over there but I have 2 kids.
After waiting an hour I cancelled the order. I expected to hear possibly they’d discount my pizza or something to show their acknowledgement of the mistake but nothing was offered to rectify it.
