Online ordering is a breeze. the desserts are awesome, but the pizza was a disaster. Way too much sauce and it was cold. Also the pizza tasted like a few ingredients that were NOT included in my pie (a pet peeve) and I had requested light sauce. I also ordered extra cheese and it was so scant and thinly covered. never again basically

I was waiting for my train to come so i thought id check this papa johns out since i was waiting. I was amazed on how great this store is managed!!! I told them i had to catch train in 14 mins and they rushed my small pizza and breadsticks ahead of a few orders and lets just say… i was on my train enjoying my meal. Ill definently reccomend this store to people.

Pro tip: Don’t order extra BBQ sauce on your pizza. It comes with way too much, and could have contributed to our pizza arriving with half the toppings having fallen off before opening the box.

One star for customer service. Another for the wings. Ordered 2 small pizzas with two toppings each. Toppings were barely there to be seen or tasted. The wings were really good. Also staff is nice. Would have given it another try but parking situation to pick up pizza was awful.

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Ordered a pizza for delivery and specifically asked if they would accept a $ 100 dollar bill when the pizza was delivered and was told it was going to be okay. They said the pizza should arrive in a hour to hour and a half. So I waited an hour and forty five minutes and still nothing. So I preceded to call back and ask where my pizza was at and the person who answered the phone told me it was going to be leaving momentarily. So me being patient I said okay. Thirty minutes later after more than two hours of waiting I call back to just cancel the order all together and the same person who told me it was about to leave said that they couldn’t send the pizza because they couldn’t accept $ 100 bills. Had I known this at any point I would have said okay and understood. But nobody told me until I finally decided to cancel the order. This was the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere.

It’s a joke I ordered half cheese and half veggie and they made a mistake and made all veggie when I called them they said you can bring it back and make you another one and I said you want me to drive all the back so you can change and then the manager hanged the phone in my face and I was pissed off and I went back to ask for my money back. It’s at disaster don’t got to this fucking place to get your pizza go somewhere else who has a better costumer service. F place

I have sure had better pizza at other papa john’s outets. They could try not to be stingy on the toppings. Might not visit again unless I am starving and I have no where else to go.

We ordered from here on 4th of July because bbq was just not enough and WOW the fastest pizza delivery every. Ordered through Eat24 and it said about an hour, pizzas came in 30 mins. Also we live in a complex which usually is hard for delivery people to find but not in this case. Pizza was also delicious!!!

I ordered two medium pizzas which took 1hr 15 mins to arrive despite living a mile away in South City. The pizzas were delivered COLD when we opened the box. Driver mentioned they couldnt find the location despite special instructions on the order? Why not call your customers to let them know you are having difficulty locating the address instead of driving around aimlessly wasting time? Despite pizza hut being around the corner from my residence my girlfriend wanted to try this location. Sorry to say this was the worst pizza experience I had since moving to the Bay Area.

Ordered at 10:40 right before they closed. They delivered before their 45 minute estimate time.
I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and unsauced wings. Also got the 3 pack of vanilla ice cream.
The thing that bothers me with the bbq chicken pizzas everywhere is that they leave the chicken plain and put bbq sauce instead of marinara sauce. I personally would rather have the chicken peices with bbq sauce on it with marinara sauce. Maybe that’s just me. This pizza was good. Not great. The wings were good.
3 stars because it was on time, but nothing to boast about.

Had the WORKS on a Thin Pizza.

Ordered a thick crust hand tossed pizza cooked light. Received a thin crust well done pizza that hardly would qualify as a pizza because. The crust was so thin a graham cracker is twice as thick. What an incredibly disappointing pizza. The box seriously weighed more than the pizza.
Tip check your order before accepting the pizza.

Great pizza, the crust is just right. I ordered the works, it was so good. Just the right amount of toppings, not too overkill, cheese was just enough. Oh and that garlic dipping sauce is such a compliment. Thumbs up!

Awesome Service! I called for Delivery and the gentleman behind the phone (John) was really nice and helpful!
After calling the Papa Johns on Cambon Drive which is closer to my location in Daly city and refusing to deliver for me! i called this location and John was being really cooperative with me, helping me to make the Cambon Papa Johns deliver since i was far away from San Bruno. But the Campon Papa Johns ended up not delivering in the end. SO John decided to do me a one time Delivery which was really nice of him.
Really Appreciated, Plus i loved the chicken pizza i got. Yummyy!

I bought a groupon deal and was staying at a hotel. I wanted to use the hotel’s coupon code for another discount. The online site wouldn’t let me complete the order so I called. I couldn’t use the hotel coupon code with my groupon. Ok, whatever so I got 2 medium pizzas for 30 and told them I was going to pay with my groupon. When I get there to pay, they said groupons only work online. I told the cashier that I told the person over the phone that I’d be using a groupon deal and that he said it was ok. He speaks to the manager and apparently my pizzas were deals and you can’t have deals when using groupon, which they failed to mention over the phone. They said that they’d have to charge me the original price for each pizza which was like 3 bucks more per pizza. It just looked shady on their part. Bad customer service. I was so irritated.
Pizza was good which is why I would give them the one star. I love papa John’s but I will never buy from here again.

This is a takeout not a dine in place. More like Pizza Hut. Really clean facility, looks well taken care of. Staff was friendly and quick. I used a groupon and it was quick and easy. All their larger sizes were $ 20 flat rate.
