Worst rude costumer service ever specially for Wendy’s, Ignoring requests, getting orders wrong with the biggest language barrier! I never had to yell at a Drive through person till today! Bad experience, San Bruno people and surrounding residents beware.

This review is for the drive thru and food overall. The drive thru set up is weird. The driveway to the drive thru window had 2 lanes but one only led to the drive thru window and the other to more parking spaces and to an exit that merges with the drive thru lane. It took me awhile to get my order through. The guy taking my order didn’t seem to speak a lot of English clearly and when I ordered one thing he would pause for so long that I had to say«hello» 4 times before he answered. The pick up window is small and there were steps in front of my car like a wall. So pulling out of the pick out window had to make sure it was clear and no other cars were leaving the lot before I can pull out back into El Camino. The food is meh. My fries were stale but my sisters weren’t… Weird, I guess I ended up with left over fries? I don’t see myself returning to this location anytime soon.

Good fast food choice but they do need to increase their menu. Wish the fish sandwich was not just seasonal. The Latina manager is un female dog at times pero Johnathan makes up for her.

Service-2 Cleanliness-3.5 Convenient location-4 Food-3.8 Came for a quick bite. Ordered a spicy chicken burger with my significant other. Asked the employee to please give me LIGHTMAYO on my burger, my wife asked for the same thing! Burgers came and were dripping with MAYO –_– Who enjoys a burger like that, gave them a second chance and purchased another burger and asked for light mayo again, same thing happened, my lettuce was WHITE! Please next time listen to your customers and lend an ear!

This place sucks. If it’s busy you’re gonna have to wait 10 – 15 minutes. There is only one cash register.

We go to Wendy’s mainly when my hubby wants a baked potato. I usually get a small chocolate frosty, yum yum. I get a ceasers salad too. I get that because I do not eat meat and they donot have fish or vege burger like the others do. I always say they should have that 4 the non meat eaters.

For a fast food chain, I have to say Wendy’s is the BOMB… hands down! Their burgers — especially their Bacon Mushroom burger — and fries taste great and don’t seem greasy. I really like their salads too — they’re reasonably priced and tastes fresher than the salads you’d find at other food chains.

The staff were friendly, the chicken pretzel burger was acceptable, fast food will never get more than 3 stars unless it’s exceptional, which I’m yet to come across — the atmosphere was lacking, it seems a bit sad in there, but the fries/chips are natural style with some skin left on and that makes them pretty darn tasty. Overall an acceptable experience, I’ll probably come back if I need a quick meal & I’m in the area.

I’m pretty sure the the staff hates their customers. The customer service was terrible — the woman behind the counter hardly said anything(not so much as a ‘thank you’ or even ‘hello’) and just glared at us while we were waiting for our food. It was very uncomfortable. The food was fine but I would never go back to this location, which is a pity since it’s just down the block from my house :(

The food came out okay, chicken wrap wasn’t crispy but the potato and frosty was ok… But we went through drive through and had some real terrible service. The person at the end of the drive through speaker was surely and unhelpful. I like Wendy’s but this Wendy is a huge B.

Is this France? Brioche? Oui! C’est brioche! So finally after multiple screw ups with various cashiers do I finally get my «portobello mushroom bacon cheeseburger.» It was more like nacho cheese, canned mushrooms, and their regular bacon cheeseburger. The brioche didn’t even make a huge difference on my palate. And at $ 5.00 I was expecting something above 2 stars.

It’s close to my place, which is seldom a good thing often a bad thing. 3 years ago, I’d give these guys, as a brand, 1.5 stars. Wendy clearly hired some folks and fired some others. She wanted to get in on the billions of dollars Americans spend on fast food annually. The burgers have improved, but nothing to write home about. The bacon has definitely improved and if I’d write home about it. nice, crisp bacon at a fast food joint is good news. Was there in the last few weeks and was prepared to order the same old items. Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and fries. Then, this shiny neon sign caught my attention. Bacon Cheeseburger on a Pretzel Bun! It sounded like such a grand idea. My mind is so good with food memories, I was reminded of a pretzel bun at a restaurant in Vegas. They offer up this amazing BLT on fresh, in house baked pretzel bun. Delicious! Well, Wendy should go check that place out(name escapes me at the moment of course) and take notes. This version was basically a soft, larger bun with no pretzel taste at all. The fries have improved as well and I think I liked the overdose of salt. For a fast food joint, it’s not bad.

This Wendy’s is my first experience of the chain and it’s one my husband and I go to on a fairly regular basis. My item of choice being the Home style Chicken Sandwich with their value menu salad it makes a nice small meal when I cannot be bothered to cook. Husband prefer’s the Burger’s here to the likes of McDonalds ect and they’re alway’s fresh tasting. Since changing their fries this store has a habit of going a bit ott on the salt though. Service is pretty poor so be prepared to repeat your order a few times then have to correct any mistakes that WILL happen.

I didn’t realize how much this place had changed since I last came here. Gone are the quaint tables– now they have booths and much different, more elaborate interior design. The fries are different now too. They are«natural style», and they appear to be made of real sliced potato instead of fried-up mashed potato(BK or McD style). They taste like the ones at In-n-Out Burger, and that’s extra points in my book. Wendy’s still has my favorite-tasting burgers too, and that’s something good that hasn’t changed. Tasty and surprisingly so. The burgers are not quite as salty as the ones you get in Millbrae, so go here. You’ll enjoy it.

Wow?! I’m reviewing a Wendy’s location. I must be really bored, and the answer is… yes, I am. So here is my little review of this location. Honestly, do I even have to bother mentioning what’s on the menu?! Try the Bacon and Blue Burger. So let’s get to the location. Plenty of parking and the drive thru is quick and out. The bathrooms are pretty bad, so bad it’s horrible. The Wendy’s bathroom in Millibae is worst than this. Majority of the people that move there are Mexicans. It might takes two times for them to figure out what you are ordering for them. The Wendy’s is semi-clean. Over All: It’s will make you sick somewhat, but it’s not too bad. After all, you know when it’s real.
