3 Blind Mice Window Coverings

I worked with Lisa S. from 3 Blind Mice to find window coverings for a house I recently purchased. She was such a great help in selecting the right blinds to fit my style, measuring, ordering and installation. I can’t thank her and 3 Blind Mice enough for their superior service and expertise. I am so happy with Three Blind Mice! I moved into a new house and had the morning sun shining into my eyes every morning. I contacted Three Blind Mice via Costco and they sent April to my house to measure and show me samples. She was great — she was able to advise me on what would be appropriate for my situation. I had the shades installed Monday and couldn’t be happier.

I highly recommend 3 Blind Mice. Their sales rep, OD, really knows his stuff. Never imagined that selecting the right type of window covering was so challenging. OD helped me pick the best type for me (honeycomb shades) … and they rise and lower without a cord! Their installer, Tony, was great too… quick and without a mess left behind… like the previous window covering company I had used. Will definitely use 3 Blind Mice again when our son moves out and we remodel his room into an office/​guest room.

I’ve used 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings three times and they’ve always been great. Two times we purchased window coverings, and the entire process went smoothly, from measurements to installation. OD was always on time, courteous, and professional. The third time we had two sliders tinted to cut down on the furniture fading from the direct sun. I was very specific that I didn’t want a dark tint, but when the installer was done, I couldn’t even see in from outside. I called 3 Blind Mice and explained the situation, and they came out and redid the windows. This company stands by their products and service.

We were referred to this company via Costco for an entire home window shutters & silhouettes install. The rep arrived 90 minutes late for our appointment. I usually cut slack due to traffic and other issues which may arise. After taking measurements, she said she would contact us with an estimate. Over 2 months later & we’re still waiting. Zero contact. …0 for two for professionalism. Done. As an update, the Operations Manager, Greg, attempted to correct the problem we experienced. Greg was very apologetic & helpful. Unfortunately, we really needed window treatments and went with another designer. In the future, I would consider giving this company another consideration.

Lisa Shoemaker was absolutely amazing to work with! She was willing to cater to my crazy schedule and gave me the best price on my window coverings! 3 Blind Mice carries the most sturdy brands which is a must with a house with 3 boys living in it and they also had a huge varieties on colors and designs! I LOVE my new blinds!

Working with 3 Blind Mice was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The designer was very knowledgeable and recommended multiple options at different price ranges without being pushy. Our blinds were delivered and installed within the promised time frame and they look great! We are extremely satisfied with the end result and very happy that we decided to go with this company instead of the others we got quotes from. Although this was not our lowest quote, we feel that the product is far superior and look forward to many years of enjoying our new blinds!

I am very pleased with 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings. I live in a high rise and was having problems with my large roller shades which was not opening and closing properly. I asked the property manager who could fix them and was referred to 3 Blind Mice. After speaking to Krista who was was very courteous and helpful sent someone out promptly to help get them going again and trouble shoot any parts to keep them working properly.

Incredibly bad experience.
We placed the order in mid October. Installation was scheduled for about a month after.
The order was for 5 shades. They installed 4 and managed to lose the 5^th shade somehow. So, now one of the windows has no covering.
The «rush ordered» the 5^th shade and after more than 2 weeks, the installer called and scheduled the installation. Guess what? The ordered the wrong shade again. So, they said they will place a rush order again. It turns out the ETA for this rush order is end of December. So, the order that was placed is mid October is supposed to be completed next year.
About their prices:
Being affiliated with Costco, I thought I’m getting a good deal. Turns out that they double the retail price on every item that they sell. For example, I loved up the retail price of the remote and the motors and other accessories on amazon and their price is double that of amazon. They even double charge for the batteries. This is double the price of retail!
So, knowing what I know now, I would have picked another business to buy these shades form. I recommend you do the same.

Had the pleasure of them installing solar window covering film on my home. Absolutely amazing people. Jenny Wescott Tucker took care of everything. Worked around my wife’s and my schedule and was a please to work with. There was a minor scheduling issue and Jenny got it worked out very fast. Showed how dedicated she is to customer service. Made that mistake leave my mind and made everything a breeze. The installer, wish I remembered her name, was amazing. Her quality of work is above all others. Very polite and professional and a very hard worker. I will use this company again for sure.

This was my first experience buying shades for my home and worked directly with O’D who is very knowledgeable about the motorized system we were installing. He helped us become familiar with the operation of the wireless controls and we were satisfied with the quality of the installation. Thanks for an enjoyable buying and installation process!

Greatly disappointed! I made an appointment a couple of weeks in advance. I called again because I didn’t get a confirmation, confirmed the appointment on the phone. Then I get a call the afternoon before informing me that they have another customer scheduled at the same time. I was given a quote via voicemail. The quote was way over priced. I went elsewhere and am very pleased.

They have been the biggest night mare ever! I had to call them twice to schedule to come do a second measure so they could order the blinds (minds you this is after they took my money). When they finally made the blinds and came to install one was way too short, and the other they made the completely wrong size. So now today after another 3 weeks of waiting for the correct size blinds, they only brought out one and can not find where the other is. The person I was originally dealing with is no longer there (go figure).
I would NEVER suggest them to anyone!!!

So happy with our blinds! Thank you Marc for all of your help. Our blinds were custom fit to accommodate our wacky windows and it’s such an improvement to the appearance of our kitchen.

The service we received was exceptional. After a miscommunication (probably form both sides) we had an appointemnt set up. Mike the service man arrived a liitle early after calling and saying he could come early, which was perfect. He did the repair fast and efficient. He adjusted another blind also. Great service and I would highly recommend them.

OK… Here goes… These folks did a great job and took care of a problem we had above and beyond the warranty terms. They didnt have to do this, they CHOSE to do this. I for one am now a loyal customer… finally …a company that truly gets it. Instead of finding a reason not to do something… they took it upon themselves to do the right thing… on the spot… the very same day.
GIVE THEM your BUSINESS… they deserve to be successful. Total winners in my book.

Here’s an update on our blinds… finally installed.
The bedroom blinds do not fit. It’s a double horizontal blind and the two sides run into each other causing damage to the edges.
I’m not going to call them to come fix because I’m so disappointed with their service. Will have to keep them until I can afford new.
Live and learn I guess. Ugh!

Ok, so after the disaster & having to cancel them, Marc & Marc’s wife stepped in & apologized. They’re going through ceazy growing pains & sourced our job out to a company who they didn’t normally use. They ended up offering to install our window tint/​frost free of charge & the installer they sent out was nothing but sweet, timely & professional.
Because they are working directly with their Costco account, I still would be hesitant to use them in the future. Especially since they’ve given up their higher quality blinds (like Hunter Douglas) to work with Costco, but that’s just me.

I contacted Costco to get a price for window coverings for our new home and 3 Blind Mice contacted me. Unfortunately, it’s their «busy» time and they are scheduling 2 – 3 weeks out. When I informed them that I needed an earlier appointment they didn’t even try to accommodate me. To be honest, I didn’t feel they cared or even wanted/​needed my business. They didn’t even care when I told them I might need to check out other competitors to see if I could get an earlier appointment. Again, they didn’t seem to care. I was able to get an appointment with a competitor within a few days.
After reading other reviews, I think I should be thankful. I’m shocked Costco would continue to refer people to this company. #EPICFAIL
