Clay is awesome. We have been searching and searching for a bubbler fountain, and we found it here. For a fraction of what we expected to pay. Thank you!

Pretty disappointed with my experience today. I work in customer service and can honestly say that I did not have a good customer experience. Clay was the only sales person working. I was 1 of 2 customers on site. He did greet me after about 10 minutes of browsing and was nice. It all went wrong when he had another customer walk into his office. I’m very patient and offered to wait so he could help the new customer. Big mistake. He helped her and another customer stopped in so Clay started helping the next person. I figured he forgot so I walked back into the office. He asked «do you have any more questions?». To which I replied «I will wait till you’re done.» I went back outside and continued to look around. The second customer got in his car and drove off. I’m still waiting for Clay to come out and help me. He did not. With my family in the car the whole time I decided this was a lost cause and got in my car to leave. I saw clay walking out as I left and shook my head. I really don’t think he cared at all. Bottom line, I went to Home Depot and spent less time and less money and found what I was looking for. I drove to home depot, found my items, checked out and loaded in less time than I wasted while waiting for clay to help other me as he continued to help other customers. Truly disappointed

Tons of stock and decent prices. It’s total chaos and not very well organized though so expect a treasure hunt! Yikes! It was a bit difficult to get staff to help me when I was there on site but I called later for some dimensions and product help and they were helpful and returned my call quickly.

Clayton is the absolute best to work with!!!
We have purchased from him many times and he is the only one we want to deal with! He is super friendly and knowledgeable.
Their prices seem fair and great selection of products. Although we liked it better before the recent redo. We have purchased bamboo bar stools, bamboo patio chairs, BBQ island components, two different water features, and a palapa from them.

This is an awesome place to look at and even shop. I signed up for their newsletters and they always have sales going on. The employee are extra friendly and helpful.

I was looking to redecorate my place for a long time but did not know how to do it. A friend of mine suggested me to visit backyard xscapes.
So I went to the store and found that to be a great source to find anything you want for your backyard, landscape and even interior décor.
Low prices and really nice staff
