I recently moved to a new apartment with wall-to-wall carpeting. I practice yoga everyday, and I needed something to place over the carpet. I was looking for something stylish and made with natural materials. I was so thrilled to find that Forever Bamboo makes various sizes of lovely bamboo rugs! The prices are very affordable and it was so easy to order it online. I bought the 4′ x 6′ Bamboo Floor Rug Light Natural and it’s perfect! A yoga mat fits lengthwise with lots of room on the sides. The rug gives me added support while stretching and doing balances postures. I also appreciate the fast shipping. I love it so much that I plan to buy another rug for my new place! The product was decent. Not as good a quality as our last thatch. But their customer service is horrible. We ordered the stuff online and physically took it back to them. They charged a 30% restocking fee. That is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I understand sometimes a 10% restocking fee. But to get 30% and the materials back is just bad business. I’ll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just so people know about their lousy business practices…
