Do not use this company; you have been warned. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. The staff of Bath Bright resurfaced my bath tub two years ago(March, 2014). They had to come back and repeat the job two additional times due to flaws in their work each time. The first and second time, the coating had ripples and runs in the finish. It looked terrible. The third time, I just settled for what it was because my only full bathroom in the house had been out of use for far too long. I just needed to return to normalcy and stop showering at friends homes. The resurfacing came with a 5 year warranty, so I felt fairly comfortable should any issues arise down the road. Well, here I am, almost exactly two years later. The resurfacing material has begun peeling around the top edge of the tub. I have been leaving messages with Bath Bright for the past three days, and nobody has called me back. Three days, and not a single call back when warranty work is being requested. Note to consumer… a warranty is only as good as the ethics of the company issuing it. Steer clear of this company. They appear to have zero interest in standing behind their product. Addendum: I forgot to note in my original post that this company currently has a Better Business Bureau(BBB) rating of «F». This rating was received last month from a complaint filed which is very similar to the issue I’m having with them.

I have nothing but rave reviews for this company. It’s a family-owned business passed on from Dad to his daughter and son-in-law. There is a lot of competition for tile re-glazing/refinishing in San Diego. I had another company come out and bid twice the cost of Bath Bright. Marcus and Sherry worked their butts off for 2 days re-glazing my roman tub and shower from an ugly salmon color to a very cool gray textured look. They were professional, friendly and arrived on time each day. I will post pictures once the bathroom remodel is complete, but their work is outstanding and comes with a 2 year warranty. For about $ 1000 I have a completely different looking tile! Renovating would have cost me $ 10k or more so i recommend this route if your tile is in good shape and you want a new look. I found them on the Better Business Bureau, but I think they deserve to be recognized on Unilocal as well. If you want your tile refinished — give Marcus and Sherry a call!
