Great experience. Efficient, clean and professional. Best home improvement experience to date! Highly recommend. Good dollar value. No pressure sale…just got the job done in 4 hours. .. left everything clean…Now have fabulous lighting in our kitchen!

Very quick response, extremely professional. I was able to schedule a kitchen light upgrade within a few days of calling. The men were very kind and professional and it took just about five hours. They accidentally removed some finishing off my cabinets (they had taped off the area) and when I mentioned this to Michael, he responded immediately and sent me a credit (not enough to cover the cost of re-​staining, but it was a very kind gesture — without asking.) Just a note that they did not take credit cards, only check or cash, which I wasn’t expecting or told in advance. Overall a wonderful experience, quick, quality work, fair pricing, and I LOVE my new lights! I would highly recommend.

I called Michael Dove and hired him to get rid of my ugly fluorescent lights and also update a can light above my sink and add two cans over my peninsula. The two workers arrived within the window I was given. Jeff and Brad were respectful and polite. They hermetically sealed my kitchen to keep in the dust while working. Every time I asked a question, they stopped and fully answered my questions. All with a smile!!! My new lights are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with their work, manners, work, professionalism, work and cleanliness. I am very pleased. Thank you!!!

I had a whim to redo my 1980s kitchen. After getting some very spendy estimates for new cabinets and counter tops (think over $ 20,000) I decided to do a mini face lift instead. I get those booklets mailed to me and an ad caught my eye, «Do you have ugly kitchen lighting?» Why yes I do, the fluorescent light box was just not eye-​pleasing. I made an appointment for Michael Dove to come give me an estimate. He arrived promptly when scheduled and I told him I just was not ready to spend the big bucks on my kitchen. To get rid of the light box on the ceiling, it would be around $ 650. I showed him my drop cabinets hanging from the ceiling and asked if he could remove the cabinets too. No problem! He gave me a quote for $ 1,130. to remove the cabinets too.
Two days later workers show up and remove the light box and drop cabinets. The new recessed lighting with four can lights look great, it really opens up the kitchen. The new ‘tray’ ceiling is framed by crown molding (no extra charge) that makes the ceiling look updated. The workers re-​textured the ceiling where they took out the cabinets and added three can lights. The workers were very professional, they draped the work area in plastic and didn’t leave a big mess. I couldn’t believe they got the job done in under four hours! New lighting really does make a tired kitchen perk up!
The kitchen looks so much better I think I’ll wait a couple more years to do the expensive remodel.
