Bombshell Brides

My experience with Bombshell Brides was just all right. For the trial Sara called and said that she couldn’t make it less than an hour before she was supposed to arrive at my house, after I had already arranged to leave work early. When we rescheduled she was on time and very professional and I was pleased with her work.
But then the morning of my wedding Sara called to tell me she was sick and unable to make it but that she had arranged for another stylist to come in her place. I was a little nervous about it but my hair and makeup looked great. I was glad that she arranged for someone else to come but terribly upset that she wouldn’t be able to make it when she called the morning of my wedding.

This place is great Sara & Katie really do know what they are doing. After having a bad experience trying to book a hair person they made me feel at ease. I called up to book the date, Sara was kind and very understanding. When it came down to the actual day, they were punctual and all my girls looked fabulous. We were on time and everyone was happy with the way they look. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to look fabulous on their big day!

This place appears to be a scam. First, they asked for a deposit up front before I had even scheduled or attended a trial. After deciding to go with another hair/​makeup stylist (due to the fact that it was very difficult to get a trial scheduled) I asked for my deposit of $ 100 back. I was assured that I would receive the deposit in 21 days, however, it has been more than three months and my deposit has still not been returned. I wrote a review about my disappointment with Bombshell Brides and later received an email from Sara that said she would not return my deposit until I retracted my review on Unilocal.I will not retract my previous review because everything I wrote in it I still stand by. I would never recommend this business to any bride and hope that no one has a similar experience to mine.
