First let me start off with saying that this is the first time I have ever been to this location. I ordered our food(1chicken sandwich, 2 rodeo burgers and 2 cheeseburgers) then went back to the beach… we both took a bite of the rodeo burgers and immediately tasted sour… I drive all the way back and asked the guy in the drive thru window if he remembers me(cause he failed to give me a reciept) he said yes then I explain to him that the rodeo burgers taste sour to my boyfriend and he wanted something else… he asked what I wanted and I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches… so I start to give him the burgers back and he said oh I cant take those we are just gonna throw them away anyways and then he said it’ll be three something I was confused I said no I wanted to exchange these for something else because they taste sour. he told me that he couldn’t take the burgers back or give me a refund because it was my «opinion» that they were sour… then he said oh the bbq sauce is tangy… ok now raise your hand if you know the difference between sour and tangy… i know the difference could be a trip to the emergency room!.. I said can I talk to the manager and he said I am the manager .I was shocked! What manager talks to a customer like that!!! He then said there nothing I could do unless theres something in it thats not suppose to be or there something wrong with it. and I was like ummm it taste sour so there IS something wrong with it… I told him I want to talk to HIS manager and he was like I am the manager do u mean my supervisor? It took everything I had to stay calm and act like an adult! So needless to say he(christian) called his manager(Lina) and they were going to make something else but by then I asked for my money back and will never go back to that location again!!!

Incompetent and RUDE. After pointing out twice that the cashier had made an obvious error in making change and her flipping it off. The third time I calmly explained she then acknowledged and became rude and sarcastic. When I asked for her name she would not say. I learned that her name is Alexa. Dirty, filthy mens room with absolutely NO supplies, TP, paper towels or soap. Not coming back!

They don’t have everything listed on the menu available for purchase. Be aware.

For a fast food chain this is one of the better ones. The chicken syrups with Buffalo flavoring are good. Taste like real chicken, crunchy brazing in the outside. The to go container doesn’t work well and leaks the sauce everywhere so be prepared for a mess. Their ranch dressing(though prepackaged) is much better than Wendy’s, McDonald’s or Jack in the Box.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. It was completely empty inside, it took the employee a few minutes to come out of the back to take our order, and the food was not fresh at all. I wanted to fill my water bottle– but there was no ice and no water! I will never go to this location again.

This has to be the worst Burger King location I have ever been to. I drive up to the drive thru and it takes them around 2 minutes to finally answer me and take my order. The person behind the speaker box asks me to repeat every single thing I say. I would like a Whopper, «what was that?» Add cheese please, «What did you say». Why would you hire someone who can barely hear to take orders through the drive thru. I took me 5 minutes just to get my order right. Even when I drove up to the window to pay we had to go over it again and fix my drink just so it was right. I wanted fast food for a reason, because its fast! This food doesn’t taste good, I do it out of convenience.

I arrived in San Diego mid-morning and wanted a quick little breakfast nutrition before checking into the Hotel. This BK would have to do. I had one of their biscuit breakfast sandwiches, and for what it was, it was just what I needed. The bonus was watching another couple nitpick the standard selections during their order. It’s rare to see that kind of display of self-indulgent ego at a Fast Food establishment.

Oh my goodness, no. I stood in line one evening, waiting behind a man who was waiting for his food to get fixed, two men who couldn’t make up their minds but tried to order anyway, and another man waiting to order. The boy running the register moved like beach fog and there was no help up front as the line stacked up. I left after 15 minutes of this slow-motion circus. If I knew this Burger King employed special-needs people I would be far more tolerant, but more realistically it is simply unmotivated employees filling dead-end jobs, tired of serving overbeached customers and really don’t care how you want your Triple Whopper Sandwich served. Honestly, if you don’t need Burger King and this place isn’t empty, skip it.

This Burger King is awesome! The majority of the people that work there are super friendly and efficient. The food has been consistently good and my order has always been right. Great alternative if you don’t want to wait in the lines for a beach front restaurant and are looking for a good burger!

So I went here to grab some food on the way back to LA. The manager was completely rude. First of all, he hardly spoke english, and secondly when I came up to the window he was a jerk. I handed him a coupon and he asked why I didn’t tell him when i ordered and I said sorry. He told me it was harder for him to process the order(bs). When he gave me my change he dropped it in my hand and said to tell him when we have coupons. He gave me the food and slammed the window. I will never go back to this Burger King.

I came around 8:45PM. It wasn’t busy at all. These people were so slow. First of all, they helped the ENTIRE drive through line before preparing my dessert. He kept shuffling back and forth between my order and other people’s orders. I got it to go, and he handed me my items– two bottled waters and a sundae with no bag!

I love Burger King once in a great while. I just always randomly crave a whopper and fries, and writing about it makes me want it again. I went through the drive through and the employee took my order quickly, but I had to wait over five minutes for my food which I found really confusing. It ended up taking me 20 minutes to come back home when this is not far at all from where I live. The food was as great as any Burger King food usually is.

It’s Burger King… same thing you’ve been eating your whole life. But if I’m in Southwest PB it’s hot food open late. As long as you’re in a car. Tried the drive-thru on my bike once and that didn’t work. Dining room closes pretty early so you’re only getting served if you’re on 4 wheels. Something to be said about a restaurant near bars that stays open past closing time, but forces you to drive to get their food. How badly do you want that Whopper… DUI bad?
