This is the most overpriced thing I’ve ever paid for. There was a hair in my $ 8 bowl of 4 pieces of vegetables.

I read so many good reviews about this place, so I finally tried it. I liked that it was drive thru bc I had a sleeping baby in the car, so that was awesome. As for the food, I was pretty disappointed. I ordered the Thai wrapper with grilled chicken and wheat pasta. First, ¾ of the wrap was filled with noodles. Secondly, the flavor was mediocre. It could definitely use more spice, I honestly wish I had Sriracha to cover it with. The order also came with chips. There was no salsa or dipping sauce, so I had a bland wrap of noodles with plain corn chips. I also ordered an iced green tea. They didn’t offer sugar or any other sweetener, which I would definitely prefer. This meal was NOT worth $ 12. I was going to call about my order as soon as I opened it, but I realized they didn’t even give me a receipt. I will definitely come back and try something new bc I love the healthy choices in a fast food drive thru, but hopefully I am not disappointed next time.

One word: obsessed. I could live off the pesto wrap. No joke. I eat it all the time! Get it with the tomato tortilla and grilled. Sooo good. Ask for pico to go with your free chips! Love the salads and how tofu is an option! Drive thru is so convenient. Most underrated«fast food»!!

Awesome place. The only fast food I ever get anymore, healthy, fresh, fast and delicious. Always my first recommendation when my friends ask for some quick food in PB. Chicken fajita bowl is always a good bowl choice because it comes with chips and is delicious. The Thai Chicken Wrap is my other go to.

This is a go to staple now that I live in PB. I can order the double protein bowl to be super healthy or splurge a little without feeling too guilty and get the pesto chicken wrap. I love to eat there and enjoy all the sauces and the salsa bar.

4 stars for being a healthy fast food alternative with pretty good food, 1 extra star for the manager on staff when I went in; I think his name was Alex(not sure). Either way I offered him a tip because he was bringing us our food up to the roof(yes they have roof top seating!) almost as if a server would and I work in the service industry. He refused the tip and still provided outstanding service. And my thai chicken wrap with quinoa was awesome.

I’m a really big fan of Crazy Bowls and Wraps for grabbing a fast dinner when out working late. I have visited most of their locations here in San Diego and didn’t know about the one out in PB until I was working next door one day. This location of CBW is the only one with a drive through which truly makes this place convenient for a lot of people. The inside dining area is quite small compared to the other locations and due to the surrounding area the parking is also limited. They do have a very small sliver of a lot next to it, but I’m sure it fills up fast during busy times. Like the rest of the CBWs, they have an awesome sauce bar( ) where you can grab as much add-ons to your bowl as you need. If your order is to go you need to ask for the lids from the cashier. They have many flavors of ice tea here( ) and the black ice tea has always been my favorite to drink. I will almost always order a chicken fajita bowl( ) due to variety of veggies and healthy fats you get with it. The bowl has fresh cooked veggies, fresh avocado, seasoned beans and moist chicken breast all topped on some brown rice. What else could you ask for in a bowl? The only thing I would change about this place is the business hours; closing at 9 pm during the week seems a little early, especially for the crowd in this area of town. I really think they could benefit for staying open longer. It’s hard finding a healthier alternative to other fast food places during late night working.

Defiantly one of the more forgotten fast food spots in the PB area but it is one of my favorite. I try to avoid eating fast food as often as possible but when I’m hurry its good to have a healthier option. I always get the chicken bowl with extra lettuce. Fills me up and I can avoid eating a bunch of carbs.

Service was outstanding– they were incredibly nice and cared! Food was amazing as usual and is easily one of the healthiest fast foods out there.

Alright, so I finally went to this place after months of thinking about it. Their menu looked awesome but I just couldn’t bring myself to risk trying this«fast food». I must say I’m very impressed! The ingredients taste fresh, the service was friendly, and the variety of choices was awesome. The food is a bit dull so be sure to ask for extra sauce on the side to liven it up. The food is a bit pricey but the portions are fair. I had one of the wraps for dinner and an plenty full. I’ll be back!

The food is great and the menu is diverse and healthy without being bland. But l every time I go the service messes up my order or they honestly just don’t know what they are doing.

I bought the tostada salad with chicken. The BEST. It has cilantro, garbanzos, feta, mixed greens and tomatoes with a tasty dressing. And a lemon on the side, which at first I thought was weird, but I tried it and it’s delicious! I’ve never known a salad to be so filling! I got the hubby a pesto with noodles and I added the steak for $ 1.25 more. I think he may have died and gone to heaven. Lol. Very yummy, I will be returning!

Really good spot if you are looking for fresh, fast, healthy food! Yesterday was my first time here and I really liked everything about it! Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the staff. Very welcoming and they were all smiling. You don’t always get that at a drive thru spot. I went with the mediterranean wrap. It was very good amd tasted fresh. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was supposed to come with kalmata olives in it… I think there might have been one. Anyways, not that big of a deal. It was very good other than that. I didn’t realize that all wraps automatically came with chicken in them until I bit into it. It doesn’t say that in the description but I’m sure that it must be mentioned somewhere on the menu. They also come with chips. There was also a nice little condiment bar that looked like it contained some yummy sauces. I saw hummus, a jalapeño dressing, and a buffalo sauce. I’m sure they would really add some good flavor but unfortunately, I was trying to keep my calorie count down. Like I mentioned, the staff was all very friendly and warm. Someone sitting in the restaurant with a laptop(who I presume to be the manager) even took the time to explain something that my mom was asking the cashier about. I will definitely be back and next time I will probably be trying the drive thru! So stoked to have a good healthy drive thru option in SD.

Healthy«fast food» which equals overly priced dry chicken and veggies that have been sitting in a hot pan all day. It cost .78 cents(how do they come up with that number) for an embarrassing small side of teriyaki sauce. The tasteless, flavorless veggies overpower the taste of the rubbery bland chicken. Better off saving your $ and heading down the street to the flame broiler. On a side note: the chocolate crispy treat was outstanding and the water was very fresh.

I’m updating my review from 5 stars… I used to love this place but over the past year plus they have changed their recipe on the Buffalo sauce(fail), changed to mixed red quinoa(from brown — fail), got rid of the crunchy chicken(fail), and gotten rid of falafel(fail). The biggest reason I rarely go back is the Buffalo sauce which used to be great is not appetizing at all anymore. The veggie wrap is still pretty good as is the patio chicken wrap. The service is still good and the people are friendly. I wish they hadn’t needed to cut costs where they did.

This is my fall back healthy stop for lunch or dinner in PB. Always fresh ingredients and consistently good. The chicken is all white meat and even the tofu is pretty good. I usually order the build your own Super bowl and substitute the rice/noodles for lettuce when I’m watching my carbs. However the wheat noodles with peanut sauce is pretty damn good. Service here is always on point. Once they forgot my extra chicken and hooked me up the next time I went. Edger is the man! He remembers my order every time :)

With the vast array of diet preferences and needs these days, it’s nice to have convenient food choices that cater to those needs. CBW offers VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, ORGANIC and VEGETERIAN fare. I ordered the gluten-free, ginger rice bowl with tofu. It was good, just a tad bit dry(needed more sauce). Another plus, their tofu is a part of the NON-GMOPROJECT. Finally a healthy fast food joint! Isn’t this what most of us have been yearning for?

Ok how did I not know about this place before a few days ago?! Drove by on my way home and decided to give it a try. It is AMAZING! A fast food joint with healthy options?! I must be in heaven. I got the create your own bowl with quinoa, steamed veggies, chicken, ginger garlic sauce and avocado(for no extra charge). My roommate got the power bowl. We waited for maybe under 3 minutes and were on our way. We got the food to go and ate it when we were back home and it was delicious! The power bowl was a lot bigger than the create your own but both very good. They also have salads and wraps and other miscellaneous items that I will definitely be trying. Next time I think I might go inside to order because they have a sauce/topping bar that I would want to add to my bowl. Overall, great place for quick, fresh and reasonably priced food!
