I have worked with Sam &CCS for years now. They are great! Responsive, thorough, and focused on making their customers happy. Sam always come to speak to me directly about whatever needs we have(water extractions, cleanings, drywall repairs, baseboards, etc.). I had a minor flood in one of my commercial suites last night; I called a little before midnight to leave a voicemail for the CCS team for the next morning. Sam, the Owner, called me right back and assured me they would be at my building first thing in the morning to get it squared away. Sam always greets you with a smile and a fully able crew. I use them at my home as well and am always satisfied. My only complaint and the only reason why they didn’t get 5 stars is they sometimes arrive later than planned or have to reschedule, but not always. More times than not, I am very pleased with the CCS team! Thanks CCS!

THEABSOLUTEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE! Malina at the phones is rude, incompetent and«forgot» to write in an appointment that I’d made so the technician never showed up. Another time the technician no-called, no-showed altogether. Today– I’ve been waiting for over 4 hours to get them clean a spot and was told by Angela that she’d call the technician to find out where he was then call me back– she never called back and technician still hasn’t shown up yet. This shitty customer service and I even called to confirm my own appointments! Save your money, go elsewhere.

The service is incredibly bad and Melina in the office is rude and unprofessional. I was scheduled for a 9am carpet cleaning last Friday and they never showed up or called. I finally called them after waiting for 3.5 hours and was told the technician was busy. Since the windows have to be open for 4 hours to let the carpets dry, I was not able to do it. So, I moved my furniture back into place and rescheduled for this morning at 9am sharp. They assured me I’d be first on the schedule and the tech would be on time. By 9:30am they hadn’t showed up, so I called the office and was told the tech was stuck in traffic, it’s been a «crazy» week(this is Tuesday after a Monday holiday), and he’d be here in another hour to an hour and a half. When I said that was not acceptable, she said in a nasty tone, «Traffic happens, ma’am». I told her if the tech wasn’t here by 10am I was canceling. The girl called me back, and lo and behold, she promised the tech would be here by 10:00am. Well, he’s not here. I checked Sigalert and no, traffic is not happening. And now I get to move my furniture back again. «Traffic happens, ma’am.» Yes, I’ve driven in it for 20 years. If you’re going to be late you call. Bad Unilocal reviews also happen. If you have all day to waste waiting on lackadaisical service people and enjoy rude and unprofessional customer service, this is the company for you! Otherwise, find a carpet service who actually values your business.

Our apartment complex offered complimentary carpet cleaning and we had these guys show up. Very professional, and got the job done! The tech that showed up was very friendly and cleaned our 2bdr apartment. We had tons of stains from spilled drinks, grime, etc. and he was able to get everything out :) So very happy with the service, and was done within half an hour!

CCS came out and did our carpets today and I am blown away. They look brand spankin’ new. Even better than the carpets was the amazing customer service. Miles truly went above and beyond to make our experience stellar. He is super knowledgable about proper carpet care and did not leave a single spot untouched. We will definitely use them again for our carpets and I suggest you do the same.

Tech showed up with a smile and ready to work. He moved small furniture, such as dining room chairs, out of the way. For a one bed room apartment, with a living and dining room, the total came out to only $ 60. The job took only about a half hour itself, and he got the black spots off! Carpet looks brand new. Carpet takes about 3 hours to dry, so be weary of walking around. The only reason this service doesn’t get 5 stars is because he didn’t show up at the agreed time. When I made my appointment, it was for the 12 – 4 time frame. He showed up at 930! Good thing I was just returning home from the gym and met up with him at the front door. Quick service, competitively priced, satisfying results… A+!

The worker was really nice and did a great job. The reason this company got a 1 star is because of the shady owner(Sam). I had a previous review and he assumed I worked for Stanley steamers or knew a unsatisfied employee(which the only one I knew was the one fellow that was fed up with how the owner of this company treats him and his shady ways) I thought it was unprofessional how the worker spilt the beans about the owner. but I am shocked how the owner handles negative reviews. Just because you have a employee that doesn’t like the way you run business and blabs about it to a customer doesn’t mean the customer works for Stanley steamer or is in kahoots with a employee. I Will not be using this company for any home or business contract work, not because of the worker but because of Sam.
