This place use to b fun and use to have a decent menu. Not anymore! The kitchen has been closed for at least 8 months now due to a health violation and they haven’t opened the kitchen since! They now have a food truck that comes and sits next to the place. The prices are ridiculous for the area which I’m sure is why very few people frequent this place. The only thing going for them is the set up — an outside dinning area(but they have no food!) and many TVs. This place will b closing down soon!!! Don’t bother. Head down to JPs pub instead which is located in the same shopping center!!!

Very disappointed, ongoing Remodeling, no food, nothing on tap, no fun and 8 $ per beer, this place sucked. Ran out of beer also…

LOVELOVELOVE this place. Especially with all the changes going on, the staff(we were there when Fred and Ricky were working — thanks you two!) is more than accommodating. They’re fun and quick and make sure you’re glass is always full, whether it be a cocktail, a beer, or a glass of water! Thanks for putting up with the shenanigans, gentlemen! YOUROCK!

As of today, is closed, for failed health inspection… with the amount of clean up going on inside it looks like more than just a few dead roaches out on the patio…

We have eaten here probably a dozen times. I read the other reviews and wanted to set the record straight. This is definitely a 5 star place with fair prices, friendly service and fantastic food. Kids are welcome, and I prefer the outside covered patio. We have had great salads, burgers, humus places, Irish Nachos, Cuban sandwiches, tacos, etc. Friendly neighborhood place. I would go here anytime before a place like Chili’s. You must try this place.

We have always had a good experience with this sports bar. We love that it is close to home and never too crowded. Employees always have great service. Good traditional food. The last time we went I had ordered the Irish Nachos. I didn’t pay attention that Irish Nachos are with fries not chips. I was disappointed by this, but the waitress was very understanding and brought out same version with chips instead. It was my mistake but they fixed it anyway! Very personable, a local T-town favorite.

I have been coming here for a few months now. I love it. Good food, good drinks, excellent service from great employees. Chris is the best! I will definitely keep coming back. It’s a great place to watch games and fights! The Irish Nachos(with Tots) are delish with a tall Sculpin! Try it!

Carlos is the best bartender ever. He is so good at his job that he knows how to create strong regular business. Chris is also good but not as good as Carlos. Thee table service is spectacular. Ask for Frankie or Alicia to get taken care of. This is the perfect neighborhood bar.

I have never left a restaurant more infuriated than I did tonight. I waited an hour to post this so I could calm down and sound rational! We’re Tierrasanta locals, we’ve tried this place before and enjoyed the burgers though it was always hit or miss with service and whether or not the burgers would be cooked right. My family always enjoyed their appetizers so we order a couple along with all our food. The problem tonight was two Reuben sandwiches. Both arrived burnt; not crispy but burnt. Each sandwich was cut in half and on rye bread(brown and white kind) so we did not immediately see the char and naturally ate some of one half. Blackened bread crumbled off in my hand so I showed the waitress and she was apologetic and willing to let me decide how to make things right. Since I have a 1 year old that was already tired of sitting there, I said we can’t wait for them to be remade and I’d rather they just be removed from the check. I also said we’d pay for the fries and onion rings that came with the sandwiches as they were fine. She said that was not necessary. As she was removing our partially eaten sandwiches from the table, my husband said he would just eat my burnt sandwich half rather than let it be tossed out. The waitress left with one plate. Fast forward 30 mins to when we get the check, both meals were completely removed from the check. As I’m looking over the bill, waitress comes back with another check and wants to trade me for the one I was holding. She replaced it with a check that had one sandwich added to the bill and only one sandwich removed. They were only going to remove one meal from the check. I guess my husband’s decision to not let a burnt sandwich go in the trash just cost me a $ 12… $ 12 for a blackened sandwich. Whatever. I get it. That wasn’t the worst part though. I take the new bill and continue to look at it and notice an entry for chicken strips $ 8 and fries $ 4. My youngest son, the 2nd smallest person at the table who’s all of 4 feet tall, ordered chicken and fries. I guess it’s too much to assume a kid would be ordering a kids meal and the kid must specify«kids meal.» If there was any confusion, how about confirming with parents down at the other end of table. He was charged for the chicken strip appetizer and fries a la carte!!! Are you kidding me!!! $ 12. I paid the bill and left. Thanks, Champion Field. Thanks. Pretty lame that the nice waitress tried to fix the situation and the manager/supervisor/senior waitress(or whoever reprinted the check and made her switch it out) over rode her decision. $ 12. Bad business. Maybe they thought we were trying to save a few bucks and didn’t want us to get over on them? My family isn’t short on money but Champion Field is now short one local family of 7 as customers. It didn’t have to end this way.

Nice, clean local sports bar with plenty of tvs. I came here on a late night to order dessert & drinks. Our waitress was great! Their drinks are reasonably priced. I ordered there banana bread with ice cream & it was gross! The waitress was hyping it up, but it had a weird grainy texture. Never had banana bread like that before. The ice cream was so bland. I shared it with another person & we couldn’t even finish it. I tried playing 1 of their arcade games, but it didn’t work. Didn’t wanna use the rest of my change to try again. Not sure if I’ll eat here again, but I’d come back for drinks & to watch a game.

Great bar food! Ample parking! Never too busy! Lots of tvs! Good sports bar Great dive bar for food. I haven’t had a happy hour here yet, but I have had lunch here twice in a one week and both times I got the cobb salad with chicken, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, egg and avocado vinaigrette dressing. It’s super dense and fresh and plentiful. You’ll definitely be full and quite satisfied. My coworkers go the burger, the salmon sandy, cuban sandy and the steaky sandy. They said it was amazing and from the looks of it, I was a bit jealous. So here are some options. Check it out!

My party ordered the Champion Sampler, The Champion Burger and The Rueben Panini. My 11 year old loved the chicken strips and the cheese sticks but really you can’t mess up frozen appetizers. My husband said his burger was good. My Rueben was a dry, corned beef sandwich. I am not sure that was real swiss cheese because it seemed more like cheese food product. There were literally 3 strands of sauerkraut spread over the whole thing and just a smidge of 1000 island dressing. When I asked the waitress to please bring me some sauerkraut she brought me out a tablespoon full in a little condiment cup. She never brought us napkins or utensils. We had to go up to the bar twice and ask for napkins. They handed us 3 each time. To add insult to injury the place is way over priced.

I don’t even know where to start. We went as a part of a group, we had reservations, and the tables were ready when we got there. We sat down and were given our drinks pretty promptly. She told us she’d be ‘right back’ with menus. Tick, tock, tick, tock… Fast forward 25 minutes, I got up and got the menus myself. Very limited menu and over priced. And again we wait. Now we’ve been here an hour, and had to ask the runner, drink guy not once, but 2 times to get our waitress so we could order. Finally we place the order, and we wait some more. In the meantime 6 members of our party leave. Why? They didn’t ever get menus. The lucky ones got drinks, but no one came by to take their order. Finally the food comes, they bring two meals and the third a bit later. The super rude runner guy says ‘we’re busy, you’re welcome’. Um… This wasn’t a surprise visit, perhaps management should plan better. Excuses isn’t what We came to order. The food– fries good, turkey panini also good. The sampler, a gross mess. Pretzel bites, eh. Could take or leave them. The cheese sticks had NO cheese. The buffalo bites were awful, I mean so gross I wouldn’t feed to ISIS. We’ll never go back. Horrible service, probably the worst we’ve ever had. The food was average at above average prices. I’d head down to the opposite end of the strip and go to Santo Sushi. Great people, great food. Can’t see this place lasting Got an extremely rude message over my review of this place. One can only assume it’s the owner or worker bee. Stay away…

This place is less then a mile from my house… stumbling distance:) the food is very good bar fair. The drinks are also very good with bar tenders that remember you and pour well. The interior is cool great TV’s for watching any sports you want. Some games and it’s Friday night there is DJ. Even enclosed patio seating year round.

This place is really nice I met up with a few friends to watch a soccer game here and it was really a blast. They’ve got nice TV’s and gave us great service. We had a few drinks which were reasonably priced, not the insane rates like at some other places. The music is actually extremely cool as well. and they’ve got a sound system that is incredible. It’s a cool place to hang out with friends that’s for certain.

Pretty awesome sports bar. So awesome that it’s getting super full for sporting events. They allow dogs in the patio, which is a huge plus! Because tierrasanta is a big dog community. Almost everyone has a dog here! We love the cheese sticks, wings, and fries! I wish they had angry orchard beer here! Or even shock top apple! Please let me know if you do!
