Lisa has the worst customer service and her attitude sucks! I called in maybe 7 or 8 minutes before closing time on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago and was LIVID! I told Lisa I was exiting the freeway so I just wanted to make sure they wouldn’t shut the doors. Her response was«We shut the doors exactly at 2(or 3– whatever time they close).» When I got there, she was standing at the door and actually slammed it shut 1 minute early. There were 2 other moms in front of me and we all shook pot heads because you could tell Lisa was ready to go, she didn’t want to be there and she literally locked the door once each person walked out after that. So basically, even if j would have gotten there at 2:01, there were still customers inside but you won’t help me??? So basically I would have had to cause a scene to get my sons medication because he was at the last dose??? That’s ridiculous! There is no way Lisa needs to be working in the medical field if she is not going to be compassionate about the patients. I do understood that it’s a Saturday afternoon and people are ready to get out and enjoy their weekend, but there is no excuse for her actions. She was cold and stern, and that is no way to be in a profession where you are meant to be helping people.
