Very disappointed with the Sports Arena location! I attended a birthday party today. As I was walking around with my 4 year old and my 3 year old friends daughter I was hit by a football in my stomach that was thrown across the room. As I looked up towards the direction the all was thrown a group of about 5 young women were laughing at me. As I got closer they laughed harder. I tried to ignore them because I didn’t want the kids to know I was hurt. When I got close enough to our them stated«it’s not funny that really hurt me.» Their reaction was to begin to laugh, point and proceed to curse me out. Including threatening to do physical harm to me. I asked away and immediately found an associate. She directed me to the manager. By this time I was in tears from the pain. I explained to the manager what had happened. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable being there any longer and that I was going to leave. She printed out a receipt for 150 tickets and apologized for my experience. She said that she was going great to kick them out. I went back to the birthday party and let my friend know that I didn’t feel comfortable staying. I waited for 20 minutes and the manager never asked them to leave. In the mean time the group continued to look my way and continued to taunt me. I felt so uncomfortable that I finally left. It is at least 4 hours later and I still have pain where the football hit me! I will NEVER go to a Chuck E Cheese in my life again!

My hat is off to the staff at this location, especially Sequoia and Dan(store manager)! I am the co-leader of a local girl scout troop. A couple of my girls met a little girl at a charity event recently, and learned that she had never had a birthday party. They thought that throwing her a party would be a great idea. The girls paid for the food out of their troop funds. Unfortunately, our account is rather diminished since it’s not cookie season yet so we couldn’t afford the birthday party package. After explaining the situation, I asked the management team if they could throw in anything extra just for the birthday girl as my girls didn’t need any extras. Sequoia said she would see what she could do. Next thing I knew, Dan came out with a birthday cape, tiara, goody bag, and special drink cup for our special guest. She was THRILLED upon her arrival! A bit later in the party, Dan threw in a free turn in the Ticket Blaster, and our little friend got a ticket good for over 1,000 tickets, and a LOT more! The staff at Chuck E. Cheese went above and beyond to make a very special day for a little girl who doesn’t have much. I’m sure she will never forget this day, and neither will my girls and I. BRAVO! Well done!

I have been to this location a few times. I went when it opened yesterday and it smelled horrific! I told the manager and he said it must be the fresh broccoli that was delivered!?! The bathrooms also had a very strong urine smell. I understand that in the afternoon it might smell a little funky but not at 11 am. They clearly need to do more cleaning and disinfecting at this location. Several of the games were broken with tags on them too. I hope they get it together! My kids love to play there.

Typical Chuck E Cheese. It was pouring rain when I came. It was still pretty busy though. If it’s busy, parking lot is a nightmare and full of idiots who don’t know how to operate a motor vehicle.

This place is a great place for adults and kids. Will obviously this place is meant for kids but is adults have ways to enjoy our time while the kids play. They have really good customer service and their food is really good from salad to pizza. This is my second time I come to this location and will be back recommend this location

Great place to take kids specially on Sundays when its not that crowded. You can tell the employees do their job right because it is always clean and well organized.

Great place to bring the kids the pizzas ok lots of fun activities my son likes to play the Transformers game with Bumblebee and Optimus Prime. Unfortunately they don’t have that game here at this location but still a lot of fun. Grown ups can have some beer watch the kids run around. The best part is the games are very inexpensive compared to going to the arcade by the roller coaster Mission Beach this is about 1⁄10 of the price. On Saturdays I could be a long line in the line tends to move a little bit slow but overall great experience but the people that work here. I recommend getting the cheese pizza has a lot of flavor the salad bar is really nice, nothing special on the salad bar but if you’re trying to be healthy. They really have something for everyone here. PS Don’t forget to look online for the coupon I forgot mine and they were able to help me find it through my mobile device the $ 20 for 100 tokens to really good deal you can play games here for over a week and still have half your tokens left. Fun fun fun fun

When it comes to Chuck E Cheese, it’s all about the time and day you visit. If you go after 11:30 on a weekend or in the evening on a weekday, prepare for packed chaos. That is said for any location! The best time to go is at opening. There is almost no one there. This place is clean. The staff is super friendly! They frequently go through and check the machines themselves to make sure they are working. It’s a little on the smaller side in our experience but our kids still have a blast and there is still plenty of fun to be had. The food is a little lacking, the pizza is very greasy but it’s a kids place. Not a fancy Italian pizzaria.

Passed by it and my son yelled«I want to go to chuck e cheese» so I said why not ! Haven’t took him in a while. Most of the games don’t even give you tickets. They won’t come out ! So we ended up with $ 10 spent on coming and only 40 tix so all he got was 2 tootsie rolls and stickers lol. They did mess up my pizza and brought me all cheese when I had payed the extra for pepperoni. Lucky them I was in a good mood so I didn’t complain just took it back. I got a beer for myself. Shock top was the only thing that seemed good since they only had 4 options lol. I asked for a regular and they charged me for a big sized one. Not sure if they game me the regular or not but that was a little annoying. Seems like it went in one ear and out the next when I ordered. As long as my kids had a blast I’m happy. They do need to fix some of the games though. Some have coins stuck, some don’t work at all, and the tickets please ! We want a good price at the end heehhe. Oh and after my so said«mom I want to go to the park» oh no !!!

Better chucky cheese! U have internet now I’m in love. Air conditioning where kids can be kids and parents can relax with salad bar and pizza for kids. But for one star missing they were out of popular beer bud light.

If kids could write Unilocal reviews, I have a feeling that they’d give Chuck E. Cheese a higher rating. However, from an adult perspective, it’s simply an overpriced«fun zone» with too many«out of order» signs and games that seem rigged to reward the least amount of tickets possible. I recently took a four-year-old boy that I babysit to Chuck E. Cheese for a couple of hours while his brother had a birthday party at the nearby laser tag place. We spent $ 20 on tokens, which gave us the perfect amount to spend for two hours. We literally just finished the last token when his dad came back to relieve me. Over the course of those two hours, we played almost every game in the building. The majority of these games seemed to have more to do with luck than skill and most awarded just a couple of tickets at a time. There’s also a few games that don’t award any tickets and I noticed some kids being disappointed when they finished the game and no tickets came out. Perhaps these machines should be better labeled? But then again, I suppose the number of tickets doesn’t matter too much. None of the prizes were very exciting anyway and anything that could be worthwhile would require far more tickets than most kids could ever dream to have. The one thought I kept having was«don’t touch my face.» I can’t begin to imagine how many germs were on these machines that hundreds of kids touch every day. I made sure to use plenty of hand sanitizer when I got back to my car and thoroughly wash my hands before eating. We didn’t eat anything so I can’t comment on the food. I remember going to a Chuck E. Cheese when I was little and thinking it was amazing. Perhaps the quality has gone downhill but I have a feeling it’s probably just that I grew up and this place lost it’s appeal. I still think there’s better places to take kids for a few hours of fun though.

This is the first and only Chuck E. Cheese I have been to since I was a little kid. On busy days it’s hard to find parking, but you can always park in the garage in front of the laser tag place. It’s always well kept and clean, the salad bar is fresh, stocked, and has lots to choose from. You always wait about 10 – 15 min on the pizza, but it’s very fresh. The customer service is not bad, but I do think they are always understaffed. I love that you have lots of seating options. We always choose to sit by the indoor play structure so we can watch the kids climb. I always get coupons on their website before we go. Overall, a great night out for our family.

WORSTSTAFFEVER! I honestly don’t know how anyone can hire such rude and unorganized individuals to work here. It has been horrible every time we came here, yet we gave them another chance by coming back this time. Waiting in line for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the register. Note: employees are standing around talking to each other as they see the line at register is long and unattended by any staff member. The place smells horrible as well and unsanitary. It’s so dirty. Truly disappointed by facility and worst staff ever at any establishment. Shame on their management.

We held our son’s birthday party here and had a really great experience. Great communication from staff leading up to the party. Online booking made planning a breeze. We opted to have party start at 10am as you get extra tokens, plus the venue is cleaner and not as manic at this time of day. Our host was attentive and on the ball. Only one menu item(for the adults) didn’t come out on time, but our host gave me regular updates about its intended arrival, so I wasn’t upset. The children REALLY enjoyed the party… and so did the adults. Chuck E Cheese schedule the party well, and our party ran like a well oiled machine. I would happily hold another birthday party here again. It was so nice going home to a clean and tidy home with no party mess to clean up!

I know they hire kids that aren’t good with customer service yet half the games are jammed or out of tickets, which if you don’t mind complaining very other game isn’t bad but poor customer service. Upon arriving I had to wait 10 mins for someone to get to the cashier and take my order, which in the meantime 3 – 4 different people waked by and ignored the fact I was there. They could have said«we will be right with you» or «I will try to send someone out as soon as possible» but nothing. The games that printed things out and the popular games all got jammed or backed up and it was a constant struggle to ask the guy for your coin back. The games themselves are excellent, great selection of only they would work… The only redeeming element is the kids really liked one of the workers who was there(taller blonde young guy) because he would throw them tickets/tokens and he added a great element to this place. I’m giving this place 2 stars in hopes they work out the kinks with employees and be more on top of their broken games.

I took my son to a birthday party here. It was my first time back to Chuck E. Cheese in 20-plus years. My judgement is based solely on the audience this place is geared towards, which is kids. It’s a decent place that is kept clean. I really like the hand-stamp system that insures that all kids go home with the correct parent or guardian. The food wasn’t terrible and the entertainment kept the kids busy for two hours. I can see other reviewers complained about the ticket prizes. The woman who helped me actually let my son have a prize that was worth one more ticket than he actually had so I’m not sure if the value of the tickets is firm or if it’s based on employee judgement.

Bad food. Broken games. And ticket counter nazis that wont round up a few tickets to get your kid the cheap ass pencil that they want. If you want to teach your kids to gamble here’s a great place to start.

First time here in a while since I was little lol Came on Easter & surprisingly wasn’t packed thank god! ;) Pizza is actually really good. Thin crust, cheesy. Salad bar had a variety of good options But I saw a hair in the croutons… gross The older Hispanic man wasn’t too nice. Hope he isn’t the manager. The machine gives you 3 tokens for every dollar. Rip off lol I will come back to bring my niece but not too often.

From a kids’ standpoint, this place is heaven — games, prizes, play structures, rides, pizza. From an adult standpoint, it’s a lot of noise, chaos, crowds and headaches. But, the kids love it, so sometimes we give in and take them(and by we, I mean me; my husband affectionately calls it the«worst place on earth»). After getting caught in a downpour this morning on a mile-long walk to the donut shop, I promised the kids we could come. They had a great time(as always) and I actually enjoyed playing basketball and skee-ball with them. I ordered a cup of coffee, and while it wasn’t the best, at least they made it fresh. Tip: earlier is always better; 11 am was relatively quiet; by noon it was deafeningly loud and crazy.
