Went to get my daughter’s ears pierced last Sunday(3÷23÷14). Arrived just before noon to find the store was not opened yet. I asked guest services about it so they had someone start making calls. Another 30 minutes of waiting for the store to open over 90 minutes late. One person shows up to open the store and several customers came rushing in behind us. The sales person rang up all of the customers PRIOR to helping us even though we were the first ones there abd had waited outside the store for over 30 minutes. Then after piercing my daughters ears, he then began to ring up another line of customers PRIOR to us until half way through anOther employee appeared and asked how long i had been waiting. Then she apologized profusely and told the guy that opened the store late to help me. In only 4 days… the earrings have fallen apart. All that is left are the posts.
