Been here before review is overdue. Ebar is my fave café. Their sandwiches is way better than Starbucks. My chicken basil Sammie was on point very delish. I like to get my morning Java here before shopping at Fashion valley mall. Mexican mocha is always my fave. My daughter ordered the Chai Latte. It was super good. They have large selection of sandwiches, salads, pastries etc. Friendly CS and nice patio/outside seatings. They’re next to Nordstrom Dept store. Would definitely coming back here every weekend or everyday if I work in this area. Highly recommended.

When I’m not in the mood for Better Buzzed, I decide to go to the Nordie’s Ebar. The Ebar is convenient because unlike Better Buzzed, there are salads and little«bistro boxes» and such in addition to the pastries they serve. Luckily whether there be a long line out the door or not, this place tends to be quick. The people who work here are straight to the point, but customer service isn’t the reason I go here. Although the last time I went to get a strawberry lemonade, a woman had been waiting for her order for a while and looked annoyed at the three males that were loud and obnoxious and didn’t acknowledge her. I felt her pain. It’s not the most amazing place to get coffee or drinks, especially at the price you have to pay, but I guess you’re paying for the brand.

I figured I should finally write a review… The E-Bar for me is a morning ritual(for the past two years). Every morning I stop by to get my Ice Coffee fix. Usually the girls working the AM shift are either Olivia or Kayla. –Hopefully I spelled their names right!– Anyways, they know me by name and know exactly how I like my coffee. Sometimes I will be having a tough morning and the smiles on their faces and up beat attitude always put me in a good mood. Some people may not like the small talk, but I love to be a part of the local community and going across the street to such friendly people every morning, sure is refreshing. I was raised in LA so I am used to bad attitude and an eye roll. haha Looking forward to tomorrow AM so I can say hello to my favorite barista Olivia!(Thanks for the extra ice!)

I frequent this location at least twice a day, five days a week. The staff is awesome. They are very personable and friendly. Quick and always know what I want. The coffee is always fresh and they have many tempting & delicious pastries and pre-packed lunches for people on the go.

It’s convinient for those of us waiting for our wives. The service is quick but the batistas are obnoxious. They’re just laughing it up nice and loud talking about their shifts or some lame coffee joke but at the expense of customer service. Had to wait until the chubby little cashier dude got through his incredibly funny anecdote about ‘slattes’ before he took my order. Maybe I just got a bad crew.

Now I know why the line’s so long all the time! I was going by one morning when there was actually nobody there, so I stopped in. The coffee’s really good. And you have your choice of almond, soy, coconut or regular milk(nonfat, etc, that is). I got an almond milk latte. It foamed up nicely. I don’t think the baristas had made an almond milk one before because they both commented on it.

I’ll always choose this over Starbucks and Better Buzz in the mall. I don’t think the coffee is anything to write home about, but I like how I feel when I sit outside in the patio and decompress for a bit. It’s always a time for me to get my ideas straight in my head and then proceed with my shopping.

I just grabbed a cup of coffee and while ordering I noticed small flys in the pastry cabinet. I ordered a mexican mocha and while taking a sip I seen something white coming out of the sip hole and thought out loud, «coconut»? No it was a piece of paper!!! I have nothing more to say.

Working in the mall makes me need my coffee fix really bad on my breaks and the Ebar is the only place with espresso that can kick my ass. The staff knows me, knows my drink, and has it ready sometimes if it’s not to busy, by the time I get up to pay. They always work hard and have smiles on their faces. I am so greatful for the Ebar! The two with fun Mohawks and colored hair are exceptional employees. They truly care about each and every customer! The Ebar also has lots of snacks and healthy options!

My favorite drink here is the Mexican iced mocha. The bomb! I come here when the wife is out shopping, I’ll bring my iPad and enjoy my coffee and free WiFi. If you can take care of what I reviewed here that would be awesome

How have I missed this place! I guess it was the non-stop line that always seemed to flow from this place that forced me to avoid it, but I finally found it empty early one morning and stopped in. I was blown away! The variety of very healthy snacks and lunches blew me away. The friendliness of the staff and decent prices were quite a delightful surprise. I live so close, I may just have to make this my new«spot» to get coffee and a snack!

My wife dragged me to Fashion Valley and she wanted a latte to go with the shopping. We waited a long time for only two other people to place their orders, then waited 20 minutes while five or six people who ordered after us got their coffees. Many of the lucky ones appeared to be fellow Nordstrom’s staffers. We waited waaaayyy too long for two cups of coffee, and no apology or explanation was offered. The help kept disappearing behind a swinging door and they didn’t seem too concerned about, you know, actually making our coffee. Perhaps this is why coffee joints expect you to tip in advance(which we did): once they’ve got your money, there’s no incentive to give decent service. In any case, if you really have to go to the mall, bring your coffee with you and don’t give these clowns a plug nickel.

Line is always long… Service was friendly, but at the same time it was slow. This place has a ton of drinks, ton of snacks, and good stuff to snack on. Very similar to your normal Starbucks and Coffee Bean.

amazing! super friendly staff. great selection of drinks. they use real whipped cream, that tastes much better than the car ones. their quality is top notch, from the milk they use, coffee they brew, tea, down to the recycled napkins. the hot chocolate is very good too.

This review is just for the Mexican Mocha. I have been on a mission to try this type of drink. Generally, I look for a kick when I order this type of drink, but this was more mocha than anything! You can tell the other spices are in there, but I was also looking for heat! It wasn’t bad, just not what I was looking for! They had other cookies and treats in jars as well as snacks like Cliff Bars right outside their Nordstroms in the mall. Great detour, if Starbucks is too busy upstairs. If you’re looking for sandwiches and soups, Nordstroms has a café on the THIRD floor, totally separate of this espresso bar!
