Great job with alterations on a short turnaround. Went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I would recommend them for alterations and will be trying their dry cleaning service next.

This place rocks!!! My 2 year old drew all over our expensive white sofa and I was told by other cleaners that the ink would not be able to be removed. However, the manager at Custom Dry Cleaners said he would try to take it out. He was able to remove all of the ink and he air dried the seat covers so they would not shrink. The price was very reasonable and they did a wonderful job! They saved our sofa!!!

The owner is very passionate about his business and is hands on in dealing with issues that arise. I had a situation where a shirt was misplaced and he called me the next day and dealt with the situation in a very professional manner. I probably would have never come back however after speaking with him I am returning and will continue to bring my laundry to them.

Very reasonable, fast turn around, and same/​next day service available. They have a reserved spot for dry cleaning pick up, but parking usually isn’t an issue unless you are picking up/​dropping off during lunch.

I moved to San Diego in Sept 2011 and have tried a few dry cleaners. None have been as affordable as Custom Cleaners for the quality, service, and location. Makayla and her team are super friendly and professional, I have a great experience every time I go there!
I recently had to alter a new pair of True Religion jeans with Super T stitching. Over the years of having these jeans altered, no one has ever done a decent job. Seams have either been butchered or stray threads left poking out from around the ankle. I was completely surprised that the tailor for Custom Cleaners not only did a beautiful job, she used the original threads (or matched the multicolored threads perfectly) and thick stitching! I was very impressed with how much care was put into the job, and all for $ 9. Quality work!

Custom Cleaners is awesome! They are recently under new ownership. The people who run it are really nice. They offer same day service on all cleaning! They dropped their prices but kept up the excellent quality of work. Plus they do full alterations which is nice. I just had a pair of pants hemmed there and it was the best hem I had ever seen!!! I would highly recommend this Dry Cleaners!!!
