Domino’s Pizza

Servers are swamped. Cant blame them for being overwhelmed because they get lots of orders. Management needs to respond by adding more servers.

Came today for the T-​mobile Tuesdays free Domino’s medium 2-​topping pizza deal! The line is long as predicted! Everyone was patient and professional! Thanks for the free pizza!!! :)

Came here from lunch and ordered the chicken bacon specialty. Was not satisfied for something that cost $ 7. I needed something for one person so I thought this would be perfect. Not!!! Such a small portion.

They always hit on the mark… never wrong, always on time, always LAVA hot on delivery

I usually never do Dominoes because I’ve had bad experiences in the past but this time I had to because it was late and no one else was open. I was completely surprised by how clean and new and modern it was inside of the store! The staff was super friendly and Kimberly herself was very helpful, she helped check me out and made my pizza. I’ll definitely be coming back, the pizza and crust and cheese bread were perfect! Awesome location.

Super easy online ordering, quick delivery, hot and delicious pizza. Perfect!!! And the delivery girl… AMAZING.

So I preorder my pizza go and pick it up. I was greeted fast and got my pizza fast as I asked for peppers, (which they use to give you for free, now charge), then I asked if they had any Parmesan cheese (don’t have), finally I asked for napkins at which time the fat girl with long black hair working in the back proceeds to tell me «this ain’t no Italian restaurant.» Nice customer service!!! I guess I won’t be leaving a tip for her!

I had some of the worst over the phone service I have ever had. The pizza is amazing but when I called the employee that answered not only sounded like she hated her job but responded in such a sharp manner, cut me off and responded in a way that made me feel like I was a bother for calling to order pizza.
I love their pizza but I definitely won’t be going to this location again!

Super fast service. Easy ordering online and the food was perfect. Nice and hot too!!! So much cheese I was in heaven! Thank you Kimberly and Clark!

I am a frequent online delivery patron, my loyalty is based on order accuracy & friendliness of delivery personnel. I have found a winnig combination!
I was was a frustrated Pappa John’s customer, whose order bungling was so common that they should have provided antiacids for the upset the process resulted.
No more. my local Dominos #7710(?) has yet to fail on my order. Ordered crust, ordered ingredients, pie cut right — without fail. Delivery hot and fast to my door, by Racquel, knowing my friendly dog, deliverying with a smile.
A plus to this Dominos location!

Called after their app said my pizza was delivered an hour after my order. Driver says he tried to deliver and it was refused and then my cell was called and the caller said no order was made. So, I check the email confirmation and both the address and phone number are correct. No apologies, just a well we can have him try again. Again? How about try the first time! Thanks for making my family wait for no reason. Onward to plan B and Dominos will not be our plan A again!

Update: the store management was supposed to contact me and never did. I wrote corporate back conveying such and I was provided a $ 10 gift card. My pizza was $ 9.20. This made me whole and I will be using this card to order another pizza exactly as was previously ordered. I will be sure to check the pizza before leaving next time to avoid the hassle of it all.

The pizza was great however the service was displeasing. I had called the store to notify the cashier that I needed the driver to call me upon his arrival to my home, since I live in a duplex. The cashier woman assured me that the delivery man would call.
He didn’t, instead he woke up my landowner and then had the nerve to insult me and accuse me of giving him wrong information. He noticed what he had done and tried to make small talk… I gave him his money and took the pizza from him, disgusted at his professionalism.

I walked in and order big meals for group 9.
Receptionist was very kind and patient.
Order some promotion deals and regular.
I didn’t think check’ll be big with promotion, but I was wrong);

Who helped earlier, said it’ll be ready 15min but it was over 20min.
Everyone enjoyed pizza and chicken wings and some left over pizza.

I was hungry and you made me a pizza. Picked up a medium cheese pizza with pepperoni and black olives. I ate it like food didn’t exist.
If you need a meal in a jiffy like Hubbs and me did, call Domino’s. It was fresh and tasty!
We had just come home from a long day at the Independence Jam 2014, Thank you for making our lives easier at least for last night.

Tonight was the last time I will order from Domino’s. The employees are nice enough at this location, but delivery always seems to take an hour, which is ridiculous given I live within a mile of the store.
Tonight, my pizza arrived an hour after ordering, and was barely warm. The driver was polite and friendly. That was the only positive part of this experience. Unfortunately, this has been my experience for multiple orders now. No more chances.

Phoned in an order on the phone for carry out. The guy who answered wasn’t too friendly but whatever.
Ordered a large 2 topping for only $ 8.88
Came w/​8 slices. It was real good. I’m not a fan of their crust though. It had a garlicy taste.
Order was done within 10 minutes.
Their prices are great overall.

Pizza has gotten worlds better since the past, the revamped Domino’s puts their old reputation to shame. The garlic butter crust is a huge upgrade and their sauce makes their pizza more acceptable. Their pizza still isn’t the greatest but for a chain store its not bad at all considering their $ 5.99 deal for a medium two topping pizza.
Keep in mind extra sauce on the pizza is not more expensive (not sure if this goes the same for cheese). This brings me to the other point, they charge for dipping sauces and rarely have red peppers. In fact, the last three times I ate here they ran out of red peppers. I mean this is a pizza place that’s ridiculous.
After seeing the commercials for it I was intrigued to try their cheesy bread, and surprisingly it was pretty good! I got the bacon and jalapeño one but it seems that the mushroom and feta cheese had better reviews. The bacon isn’t cooked first so it’s not crispy when baked into the bread (get on it Domino’s it doesn’t take much effort to crisp the bacon first). If you brought it home microwave your piece for 10 seconds first to get all the cheese re-melted…freaking awesome.
