Worst service EVER! My husband and I wanted to pick up a personal pizza for our 6 y/o daughter, who expected us to drop off her lunch at school at around 11:30 am. She was really excited to get her pizza, because it was a reward given to her by her teacher, for her achievements in reading. We went to the Clairemont Square location at 11 am, which is their opening time. Unfortunately, when we tried to order the pizza, we were told that they were not ready to sell personal pizzas yet and that our wait time would be 45 minutes! I can’t help but wonder what the point of opening at a certain hour is, when they are not able to offer their full range of services? It was a huge inconvenience, as we very quickly had to figure out a substitute lunch and rush to the school, still not making it on time. To top it off, the staff acted like nothing was happening, and looked almost happy to get rid of customers who dare show up at opening time. I can’t even begin to describe the frustration and disappointment caused! Needless to say, we are never going back to that location.

Worst pizza delivery experience of my life! I have been ordering pizza often from pizza hut and other companies for 20 + years. I tip extremely well and expect good service. I ordered pizza online and the delivery was supposed to come within 30 minutes. I called an hour later because I had heard nothing. The manager told me that the delivery driver tried to deliver the pizza and couldn’t get into the complex and couldn’t get a hold of me by phone. I had people over waiting for pizza for the playoff game. I had my phone on me the whole time and had no phone calls. I verified with the manager that the number they had was correct and it was. I have never had an issue with anyone ever trying to get into the complex. When they dial my unit number at the gate, I get buzzed. No one buzzed me at all this time. I have successfully been getting pizza for years and this has NEVER been as issue. The manager implied that this was somehow my fault. He said I could get my money back or I could wait another 30 minutes to get the pizza delivered again. I told him I already had guests over that have been waiting an hour for pizza. Waiting another 30 minutes is my only option. In my opinion, getting the pizza to me as soon as humanly possible is the very least they could do. They didn’t offer me a discount or anything to make this situation right. He just implied that is was the delivery driver’s word against mine and it was obvious he was going to side with his staff. What happened to the customer always being right? I have now been waiting for 1 hour and 35 minutes. The playoff game is long over and my guest are leaving. I don’t even want the pizza anymore because this situation has left a horrible taste in my mouth :(Pizza Hut has lost one of their best customers. Time for new management, new training on customer service, and new delivery drivers that actually do their job. This situation is just sickening. The manager is claiming my phone isn’t working. I just had 3 people call me to test it and got every single call. I don’t think they even got my order in the first place. The first person I talked to over the phone couldn’t even find an order under my last name and had to get the manager. It is clear the manager is saying whatever he can to cover his own hide. He just told my boyfriend over the phone that is was a «case of miscommunions.» Come on, that isn’t even a word! Oh yeah, it has now officially been 2 hours and still no pizza. Just got our pizza after 2 hours and 8 minutes. My boyfriend checked the drivers phone and they had been calling the wrong number. The number on the receipt was correct. The manager even tried to claim that he had called twice but something was wrong with our phone. Again, the number on the receipt and what I gave to them over the phone was not correct. Worst customer service ever!

The only reason im not giving this a one star is because the staff was nice over the phone. The wait time was an Hour when I ordered online, that didn’t bother me, i worked at dominos for 2 years and i knew things could get hectic, but 10 min after the estimated delivery time i called and G said the driver was on his way, i live ONE block away from this pizza hut. I just said«ok Thanks» and figured id get my pizza any second. 15 minutes later, Still nothing! I call again, G is still very nice and said he will check the status of his driver and call me back, i got my pizza almost right when i got of the phone. 1hour 25 minutes wait time. 25 minutes sitting in some guys backseat. I would appreciated a discount on the not so fresh, flimsy pizza. Simply because i am a minute drive away from this establishment. Still tasty but probably wont be ordering from here anymore.

Pizza hut is one of my favorite places. But this location has ruined the pizza hut experience for me. I would never order pizza from here. First of all my online order was placed and confirmed and everything was fine and i was waiting for my pizza at 11:30 which was my delivery time. But after 11:45 when the pizza wasnt here i called the store and some guy picks up the phone and the worst service i have ever got from someone. He is so freaking rude. First of all its his fault that the card didnt go through and they should have atleast informed me. On top of that when i order again he doesnt even wanna help me out in any way. Wen i told him i’ve been waiting for 1 hour and can u make it faster he actually said this«I CANTDOITFASTERTHEOVENTAKESTHATMUCHTIME». Like Seriously Dude? R u kidding me never expected would have such an experience with pizza hut. And i think he was the manager of that store thats wat he told me. I dont think he even deserves to be an employee in that store forget about the manager. No manners at all and no sense how to talk to customers. I swear who even made him the manager in the first place.

Three stars because of the delivery driver Brian. He was very personable and extremely professional. Customer service deserves minus 7 stars, the man who answered the phone was absolutely unprofessional! Very rude, wasn’t aware of any specials/deals or anything they sold. I ended up with two pizzas, breadsticks and all I wanted was a large stuffed crust. Management needs to educate employees how to orders over the over the phone, It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to place an order.

This Pizza Hut sucks! Always forget to bring something and have to go back for it.(Sauce 2 ltr etc) takes them 45 minutes to come back. Food is already cold. The list goes on and on. The manager is unapologetic when errors are made and does nothing to rectify the issue. Will not order again.

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza and I’ve been to many locations but this by far the worst. The guy that helped me was nice and the pizza was done on time but oh dear. I got the dinner box(medium pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks) the pizza was burnt, the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were both dry and hard. Nothing was cut properly so it was impossible to tear apart and worst of all, everything was stuck to the paper in the bottom of the box and I ended up having to cut paper off of everything. Just horrible. I’ll never go back to this location.

40 minutes? Really?! Order online and it takes 40 minutes, but call in and it’s only 20. Get there in 10 minutes but find it won’t be ready any sooner. Won’t be making this mistake again.

AVOIDTHISLOCATION!!! Worst service from all PH i’ve ever had. I ordered for pick up, it was supposed to be ready at 5:35. I showed up at 5:30 and waited until 5:55 for my order. I was obviously upset, so I asked for coupons or future discounts and was rejected. To top it off, while I waited, I could see/hear the workers in the back cursing, dropping F Bombs, MFers and b**ch.

Poor service, told us 15 minutes. waited about 45 minutes in store. Continuously let the phone ring while hanging out in the back and disregarded walk in customers in the front(1 man actually left because nobody came up or greeted him). Where’s the manager? There are 3 people on staff with 1 man making pizzas and the other two messing around in the back. VERYBAD customer service, I will be calling corporate and I’ll never return.

THISISTHEABSOLUTEWORSTPIZZAHUTTOGOTO. This is the last and final straw that I have had w this pizza hut. The ONLY reason I even bother w this one is because it is closest to my work. First bad experience, the wings. I ordered the smallest piece traditional wings medium and I bit into the first one and it was so undercooked, it was still cold. Not to mention the blood running down where I bit off. Ripped open them all and I will save you the details, just know I got one bite out of all of them. SOTODAY, as it is raining, I decided to place an order for delivery for a Large Cheese Pizza and Cheese Sticks because they are free when you sign up via email. So I ordered and paid online and at 11:30AM and the timer said 45 mins and started counting down. I also got my confirmation email. It said that my pizza would arrive at 12:25PM. No problem. Come 12:52 strolls in the delivery boy. yes, BOY. I had literally just got off the phone saying I wanted to cancel. I map quested how long it says on google maps to get to my work… 7MINUTES!!! So in strolls pizza boy and I said«I cancelled already. Sorry.» «AAAAALLLLLLLLRIGHT then…» is what I got. So as I was on the phone w home boy at the front, I tell him what the deal is, they didn’t even have my info in the computer which I found odd considering pizza boy came and all. Said he needed to grab his manager, comes back, I ask to talk to him. Gives me this he is in a meeting garbage and I said I thought you JUST talked to him? and he goes well… my assistant manager should be here any second. I say any second as in 3 mins, or 20? and he said any second. Told him that if I don’t get a call back in 10 minutes that I’m just going to drive down there. AND. OF. COURSE, that is what it came down to because clearly they dont give sh*t about your pizza, THATSWHYTHEYWORKATPIZZAHUT. so, on my break, I drive down there for a refund, NOTONCE was i apologized to, ask what was wrong, no coupons, no nothing!!! only thing said to me was«Here for pickup» and, «Do you have your credit card w you?» This pizza hut effing sucks and if you are really craving it that bad, TRUSTME and go somewhere else. Bunch of low life dudes who could care less about their job. THEONLYREASON I GAVETHEM1STARISBECAUSE A FOREFFORT, RIGHT?

I say here is a Pizza Hut that is pretty good but I decided to order a Pizza for pick up and when I pick it up it was Not as Hot but still warm also when you pick up your pizza the associate will ask if your pizza is ok and if you order a Large 3 Topping Pizza it only costs you 10 Dollars which I say that is a pretty good deal !! Overall I give this Pizza Hut 3 out of 5 because the Pizza is on the thin side not as thick.

I really do prefer Pizza Hut to other pizza chains and even some sit down restaurants. It’s nothing fancy, authentic or gourmet, but it is really good and so affordable! I love their crust and their $ 10 any pizza is an awesome deal(when they are running this promotion). I usually order from their website, using my phone. It’s super convenient and easy to use. I also check the web for coupon codes to use on my order. My order has always been accurate and it is ready by my quoted time.

–_– Really, Pizza Hut? You care for cheese more than the rest of the entire fucking pizza? All I saw when my brother ordered from there was a pizza pie: all but sauce. There was BARELYANYFUCKINGSAUCEWHATSOEVER. I Couldn’t even eat their cheese-filled crust: it was disgusting, I had to stop. I was very disappointed with their pizza, and I seriously swear I hope that none of my family members ever order from this place, again. It sucks, it just sucks. Good job, Pizza Hut. I’m going back to Flippi’s or Papa John’s. At least they’re kind enough to give you peperoncinis with every order. To those who think Pizza Hut is the best thing ever: Please expand your palate. I dare you try and scrutinize the pizza(s) you ordered and see if there really is any sauce in there. Otherwise, good luck trying to figure out why Pizza Hut sucks so much. As much as I admire your delivery time, your pizza just sucks. Rebuttal: It turns out that my brother had preferred extra cheese, but I still complain that the pizza we had lacked sauce.

This is honestly one of my favorite pizza places. For $ 10 dollar carry out this place cannot be beaten! I love the cheese lovers with white sauce and I always add bacon. You can also order half and half which I order when I split a pizza with the girlfriend and you have to order the pan crust, it’s greasy but amazing.

I grew up on Pizza Hut pizza and as a kid, we used to get pizzas from the Pizza Hut sit-down restaurant that was in the middle of Clairemont Square(where the Outback Steakhouse is now). But I do mostly carryout, and that means Round Table is closer and good. But the any pizza for $ 10 carryout deal got me to come back. I called in with an order for half-and-half Meat Lovers and Super Supreme on Stuffed Crust. I’m a Pan pizza man through and through, but the wife wanted Stuffed Crust. the things we do for love. I was told to come pick it up in less than 20 minutes, so I zipped over there and paid for it — and waited another 5 minutes for it to be done. Guess they got busy. Counter staff was fine, although it seemed odd that to swipe my credit card, they had to take it away from the front counter to swipe. Hung out with another guy waiting for his pizza to be done — Maybe they want you to come slightly early and wait rather than have it done and start to get cold before you pick it up. Finally my pizza was done and i took it home to enjoy. While the stuffed crust is super cheese-filled, the pizza portion of the crust is only so-so — too thin for me. gimme back my pan crust. but Super Supreme is what a pizza should be, and from what i judge all other pizzas. This location is delivery and take-out only. In addition to pizzas, they are also a Wing Street, so you can get piles of wings here as well.
