Really you can’t go wrong here. Everyone is overly knowledgeable. Their gear is great and they have a huge selection.

This place is great! Marilyn is a true professional and all her employees are to. They get straight down to business they’re there to help you and make your equipment purchase for your professional needs. This is a great place to buy if you’re a first responder.

I abuse my streamlight stinger like no ones business, I depend on my flashlights everyday for work. Luckily for me, EEE always fixes my streamlight for me, and does it quickly. They also carry all the accessories like batteries, chargers, etc. I’m glad we have a place like this in town where we can take our streamlights to get repaired.

One of the worst feelings in the customer service world as a customer is being lied to. I went into Triple E a few weeks ago looking for a Glock. Now the reason that they did get 2 stars instead of only 1 was because out of all the other firearm dealers in San Diego at least they had the pistol in stock. The reason I felt lied to was due completely in fact to that I really thought I was going to get a great deal on a pistol since they offered the true blue label pricing instead of everyone else’s blue label price but not being a blue label dealer(which is about 20 bucks more). The pistol was discounted to around $ 460 which is an amazing price. They say plus tax and DROS which is standard. And the total would be $ 550 out the door, I thought cool! And said I would be back in a couple weeks to pay for it. Well the next day I was sitting there and thinking man $ 90 seams kinda high for tax and DROS… So I call back and say I think that price is incorrect… They tell me hold on ill check… The guy on the phone say nope it’s accurate. I said actually it should be $ 525 which is $ 25DROS and tax… He said actually we charge $ 25DROS and $ 25 processing fee plus tax… I was floored! Not only is the state trying to rob me but the owner was trying to stick me too and played it off like it was completely normal. So anyway buyer beware. For a store that caters to LEO’s and Military only I would never expect them to try and take advantage of us but I guess I was wrong… I realize it’s only 25 bucks but it’s the principle. California government is already anti gun and gouges you everywhere you turn why would a gun store take it one step further and stick you again…

I have been shopping at EEE for 20+ years, cannot beat the pricing and yes JR is the man! Marilyn has been in the game for a long time and she’s a perfectionist so it’s not that she’s rude she just wants it done right the first time. Great place to buy a Glock, miss«Al» he is good people as well. Can go wrong at EEE!

Not much I can say best place to buy and order from. Marilyn is great at what she does! Always on top of our orders. Nari is very helpful when Marilyn is not there and very knowledge able. JR is a cool dude. Always talking shop hand helping at the same time. Very knowledge able in his field. They never try and take advantage of you. If they can’t do fast enough they are honest enough to send you to someone who can! Did I mention they know me by name now?! Ha ha amazing service.

Marilyn does take a bit of getting used to. However, I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a problem. I go here for uniforms, equipment, firearms, and anything else I need. Uniforms are done QUICK– often within one to two days. I’ve never had a problem with look, fit, etc. If they don’t have something you need they’re more than willing to order it for you. Nari and JR(not sure if that’s his name… the other employee there) are great!

Took my flashlight here to have it repaired. The guy got right on it, fixed it right away and I left with a working flashlight. They have a lot of LE equipment which is a big plus! Check this place out!

If you need a streamlight flashlight fixed, EEE is the place to be! If it’s under warranty, they’ll(I believe) fix it for free. Which absolutely beats mailing it in and the whole, snail-mail wait time. They have plenty of gear there(including weapons or quick reference guides) for law enforcement and security officers. Prices aren’t that much different than California Uniforms or Ace Uniforms really. It’s generally not crowded AND… before I forget… freeeeee coffee at the front entrance! Nothing fancy. But it helps when you are waiting or browsing around. The only down side is that they don’t restock quickly BUT will order it for you. Not a prob. They’ll even call another shop for you and ask if they have it in stock and send you that way if they do. Bottom line… give ‘em a try!

EEE has the some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Marilyn is not helpful at all and quite rude. Their firearms selection is weak. Their prices are high. I highly suggest you save your time and shop some where else.

One of my favorite police gear places when I used to live in SD. Marilyn(once she warms up to you) and her staff are great to deal with. If they don’t have it in stock, they can definitely order it for you and usually get you the best price in SD. This is probably the best place in San Diego to buy your guns if you’re in LE because of their prices(if you don’t feel like making the trek to Proforce in Orange County). I’m not a fan of needing an appt to buy a gun here tho.
