When I started working with Dave at First Wave I had already been unsuccessful looking for a rental property on my own that would meet my specific rental needs (availability & pets). Dave found me a great, clean place right of the bat that was even better than what I was hoping for. Upon first moving into the new rental property there were a couple minor issues, but Dave fixed them immediately and without question. After giving notice, cleaning up, and moving out, I receive my full deposit back in just a couple of weeks. It’s this kind of excellent service and honesty that makes me happy to recommend Dave at First Wave to any of my family and friends!

David George continues to impress me with his detailed and expert knowledge of the nuances of real estate and how to get the best deal. I was looking for income property and his knowledge of sales and rentals in all the various neighborhoods was able to provide us with multiple opportunities that fit our search criteria without compromise. His negotiation skills are outstanding and his attention to detail and work ethic are second to none. I was not surprised to realize the David was a nuclear engineer, submarine officer and graduate of the US Naval Academy. He is a professional, real estate expert and a true gentleman.

So, I’m currently looking for a new place to move and I came across a CL listing for a condo for rent from this company late last night. Like it was posted after 6pm (so after their business hours.) So I submitted an online inquiry to view the property around 6:30pm.
I called them today around 12pm and was told they already have a pending app/​tenant for the property. Why bother having an emailing option to schedule a property viewing if you’re not going to utilize it. I think they already had a tenant lined up or something, which makes it even more sheisty for them to post it on CL. Thumbs down, First Wave Realty & Management.
