I started working out again. In got a new trainer Karey. I Love her!!! She is easy to work with. She listens to my concerns with my restrictions. And made me feel great about my workout with her yesterday!!! I know that I will make it to my goal body look and feel with her! Great place to workout!

Nice little studio type gym to workout in. We all had an excellent workout doing Turbo Fire and at the same time, had a lot of fun.
What more can you ask for in a workout!
