Walking into the studio for the first time was scary for me. Usually when i get into a gym i feel so out of place, but when i walked into this studio i felt like i was where i belonged. Fitness is my sickness has an amazing atmosphere. The trainers and the members of this studio really know how to make you feel welcome. Not only do they make you feel like you are welcome, but they motivate you to push through limits you never thought you could pass. I am so glad my cousin showed me this place. I am happy to say i have lost more weight in 3 months by going to fitness is my sickness, than i did in a year and a half going to a gym. I would reccomend this studio to any lady ready to go on a major weightloss journey or any lady ready to get in shape.

I love this gym!!! Not only do they truly care about getting you healthy and fit. They truly care about you as a person. It’s truly a family! From eating clean to using the right supplements to help you with your work out. Esther and Danielle truly care about everyone that does personal training and class’s. Everyone supports each other. It’s truly a safe gym!

The atmosphere here is nothing short of amazing. I get the best workouts and best clean eating tips. On days I really need to relieve some stress I can get my weight training in too. There are classes, there’s personal training, and open gym when your hours get crazy. The best part is that it’s women fitness. We became a fit family.

Love this all woman’s gym! I was not excited about working out and getting healthy. But the trainers, Danielle and Esther are the best and they make it fun! Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. Glad I made the decision to join and wont go anywhere else!

One year ago i made the best decision ever i joined fitness is my sickness all women gym. This is the place to be if you need a good environment and lots of motivation. Classes are amazing cross training/​bootcamp/​Zumba /​and guts and butts! Love my amazing trainers they have became family. They don’t just help you physically but also mentally. I have gained friends who have became family (we call each other «fit sisters»)that are in the same path for a better life. If you haven’t joined its a must. I don’t have kids of my own but love that its a kid friendly gym love to see all the little nuggets watch their mommas be a better mooma! Classes are available 7 days a week at different times of the day! I think your out of excuses. You reading this get in here today.

This gym is absolutely amazing & has changed in life in so many ways for the better. I was extremely unhealthy & since going to Fitness is My Sickness I have lost over 60lbs. The trainers Danielle & Esther are amazing! All members are extremely encouraging & feel like family. I have always been active in working out, just recently I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and felt my world (my body) was falling apart. I was in so much pain all over I refused to give up, I came to fitness is my sickness and I was introduced to a whole new world, beautiful ladies inside and out. It’s my 3rd week and my pain had decreased, i have alot more energy and I sleep like a baby! Loving life! Thank u FIMS!!!

I joined after following Danielle on fb. I had not idea that the challenges, although hard, have several woman transforming their lives by them! After one week at her gym… I am completely motivated for my life change! I don’t feel alone in my journey at all. The women all stick together and push eachother, as Danielle and Esther fiercely push us! I’m so greatful for such a challenging yet rewarding program!

Working out is not my favorite thing to do. At all. So I was so pleased the first time I came to fitness is my sickness. Danielle is very knowledgable about fitness but beyond that, her energy is contagious. She exudes positivity from her every pore. Her workouts are fun, and the music she plays keeps you pumped (that makes a huge difference!!). And her results don’t lie!

I’m not new to cross training but after taking 3 years off when I became a mommy, I needed encouragement. I started as an online client and moved to weekly 1:1 sessions with Danielle. I rapidly became addicted to the positive vibe and motivation. Now I travel from National City to La Mesa at least 3 times a week. Everyone is so nice to each other. It keeps me coming back.

I absolutely love my trainer from the first time we messaged, she is very understanding she is a mom, a wife and she doesn’t charge an arm and a leg she loves what she does and she is genuine. Great workouts I was dead the first time but I went back because I liked the way she pushed me and motivated me.

My coach is the best. The reason she rocks is because she is GENUINE with all she works with. Danielle inspires and does not give up on me. She will push you to keep you going. Danielle is a true coach.
At the studio we get killer work outs that leaves you wanting to go back to make the change in your body. Esther is great too! I love the people who are there because Danielle leadership is to no leave no one behind which creates a great atmosphere to work with each other by encouraging all to finish the work out. It is fun but a killer work outs that makes you scream to change your body.
