FITzee Foods

I went in the other day for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Ana and Bree helped me get all the food that I wanted, and answered some nutritional questions for me as well. I’ve loved the food so far and am so excited about this!

I couldn’t be more excited to start using FITzee foods! With my busy schedule these are perfect for lunch and make my meal prep so much easier! Meals are very macro friendly and manageable to put in all my meal plans. It seems their menu gets better every month and I’m always excited to try everything out! I haven’t been disappointed yet. The hardest part is trying to figure out which one to choose since every meal is delicious (:

I never would have thought that pre cooked meals would taste so good. These are awesome and I will definitely continue to do business with them!

I just started using Fitzee Foods a few weeks ago. The quality of the meals is terrific and they tasted great. I had one small issue that ended up being my mistake and the customer service is incredible. I just put in my next order and am looking forward to trying more Fitzee Food options.

I’ve been shopping here for quite sometime now and I can’t seem to keep myself out of their store. Healthy meals packaged in different sizes (S, M, L) with a fine assortment of food for every palate. They have a monthly menu which you can find online or in store. My absolute favorite meals are the red chicken enchiladas and the turkey meat loaf. You MUST try them out if you can get your hands on them! Staff is very friendly and sincerely helpful with any questions you have about their products. Anna (staff member) is a sweetheart and warmed up one of the meals I purchased, right on the spot, for me to eat in the store since I was hungry. Great staff and great food leads to a faithful customer!

Staff is really friendly and helpful. I went in today to the liberty station location in Point Loma. I met a lovely young lady named Anna who offered to help me pick a meal and gave me free samples of some of the items they have available. I ended up choosing the paleo spaghetti squash with chicken. There are different sizes to choose from. I chose the small. The meal itself was delicious and only had 200 calories. I have been to this location twice before and I have tried something different each time. There are plenty of meal choices and everything I’ve had so far has been delicious. I am a very satisfied customer. I look forward to going back.

Love love love this place! It’s so worth the drive to point loma! Not only is the food incredible but the customer service is always on point! Especially when Ashley and Michelle are there!

I loved going here, the food is good and fresh. They also have free yoga i moved away and now order online. They ship in 2 days. Its portioned out, individually wrapped, and yummy. Different menu each week. They (michele) wAs also very helpful when my first delivery went wrong.

The perfect fit for my life. Healthy, wholesome, tasty food at reasonable prices without the hassle of cooking at home. The cost is comparable to eating out or eating fast food and the time savings totally is worth it! I L.O.V.E. Fitzee!!!

Used to come here a lot. Its honestly over priced for what you get. Quality control is a little hit or miss. Haven’t been back in months. Maybe if they had a sale on the meals once in awhile I would lol. The salads are good but wow they are expensive!

I love this food! Nothing feels better than to know you’re eating healthy and with ZERO thinking involved! Calories are counted, nutrition is calculated, so all you have to do is heat it up! Thanks to Fitzee Foods for making healthy nutrition easy and SUPER YUMMY!!!

I just ate my first Fitzee foods meal and it was SOOOOO good! I ate the turkey and green chili quesadilla (small) and I totally feel like I just massively cheated on my diet. It was completely amazing! I am so excited to have found a company that makes healthy, non-​processed, low calorie food that actually tastes wonderful! I did a lot of research before I picked Fitzee and most of the companies I found either make food that is so boring it seemed like a punishment to eat (dry chicken breast with side of dry veggies) or they send ingredients and make you do the cooking (which would just never happen in our house… we are way too busy). When I found Fitzee and looked at their meal options, they actually looked appetizing (red chili chicken enchiladas, chicken mac & cheese, etc). I have to admit I was a little nervous heating up and taking my first bite of my first entrée today. I definitely half-​expected it to taste like a Lean Cuisine entrée… edible, but not very exciting. But it tastes like something from a fabulous restaurant and it doesn’t taste like it is low calorie at all.
Also, I am going to the store in Liberty Station for FREE yoga tonight, I am so excited that they offer that! Between the amazing food, the free yoga, the san diego local business and woman owned business (I also own a business so I want to support other women who start businesses) I feel so good about having chosen this company for our food this year! I definitely recommend it to anyone else out there who is searching as I was just last week.

My wife and I run the #1 visited website for ‘Fit Over 40′ information (
) and are constantly offered samples of protein bars and healthy/​fitness conscious foods. We were introduced to FITzee’s products recently while on business in San Diego.
Their food is DELICIOUS. Their bars are to DIE FOR. Seriously. I’ve tasted them all-​from Quest to Pure Foods etc. The FITzee Chocolate Chip Cookie bar is amazing.
Moist-​chewy and best of all only 1 gram of sugar. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for a bar that is nutritious, but most importantly tastes great-​look no further. I would love to see them in Costco as a better option to the Pure Food Bars.

Easy, simple, and convenient are the 3 words that come to mind. Oh yeah, and YUMMMY! Definitely a repeat customer here :-)

Got my first order of Fitzee Foods yesterday. Very happy! Store front is beautiful. They have coolers in the front where you can just stop in and pick up your items (@ the Liberty Station location). Salad was amazing. Green chili enchiladas were soo yummy. Trying my others tomorrow. So excited to make them my meal source. Thanks guys!

I love Fitzee meals! They are a lifesaver on those days when you just don’t know what to make, or don’t have time to make something healthy. I feel so much better feeding a delicious Fitzee meal to my family, as opposed to getting fast food or take out. I love that all the ingredients and nutritional breakdown are readily available online.
I usually order 3 – 5 meals per week and we use them for dinners & lunches. Most of the time, the XL size feeds me, my husband and our 5 year old… I sometimes add a salad or other veggie side depending on the meal.
I recommend Fitzee to anyone looking for a healthy, tasty, fresh, and fast meal.

I seriously cannot live without FITzee Foods! I eat their meals everyday for lunch and it not only saves me money from buying all the greasy and more expensive food outside, but I love knowing that I am eating something healthier and delicious! I am a full-​time working mom and I just don’t have the time to cook very much anymore. Thanks to Fitzee, I finally understand what it means to control my diet and how to portion out my food. My goal three months ago was to get toned up and go back to my pre-​pregnacy weight, which meant losing about 10 pounds. I’ve been eating all of their small meals, specifically only the low-​carb ones and so far, I’ve lost 6 pounds! Yay! I’m continuing to lose weight still! Keep it up, Fitzee! You guys are awesome!

The food is pretty good. The location in point loma is nice and the staff is friendly.
I did have an issue with paying $ 8 for trail mix.
Come on, $ 8 for trail mix. Maybe I dont have disposable income and am not their target customer. The food was pretty good no complaints there but over priced.

I had high hopes for this place, and after seeing the pricing, I was really excited to not have to worry about lunch at work anymore.
I hate people that complain when they get a deal, but I wouldn’t have found this place otherwise. I am MORE than happy to pay for meals (they really do have reasonable pricing), but the customer service and quality will not allow me to return.
I ordered my food and received a confirmation email letting me know the date of my food arrival. Two days after arrival date and… nothing. I tried to call — THEY ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS.
I called the next Monday and they put me on hold forever, hung up on me, and then said, «we spelled your name wrong so the order never was shipped.»
I’m sorry… what? I could care less how you spell my name, if the address and email are correct, you send the package! All the guy did was tell me he’d throw in some extra meals and it would be shipped out the next day.
This brings me to today. The arrival of my package. The photo can tell you more than enough about the quality that was received… also, there were only the 14 meals I ordered… no additional. I’ll not be returning and I will help people avoid this place at all costs.
I can’t speak for the food as of yet, but we’ll see if it makes up for the incompetence they have working for their establishment.

I have no idea how I’m going to start cooking again when companies like fitzee foods make it so easy.
You start by going online and determining what size meals you should eat depending on your size and goals.
The fridges are easily split up by meals and dietary requirements. I love that you can choose what you want to eat from a variety of meals without feeling forced to eat something you don’t like.
The food resembles frozen dinners, but they’re fresh. You must freeze them within a week if you want to prolong their storage.
The prices are reasonable. Where blue apron might cost you $ 12/​meal, fitzee runs about $ 7. This is cheaper than when I go grocery shopping.
Keep in mind you must bring your own grocery bag. It’s really nice to have all of your weeks meals fit into one bag.
