I love Fred’s! My favorite sandwich is the Super California on wheat and I’m crazy about it! I could eat here everyday and sometimes I do lol. Super nice guy Fred is and his food is always made perfectly. Soup is to die for too I’m telling you. Go here and fall in love. Thanks Fred ! :)

I work in the same building as Fred and have ordered here MANY times over the years. First of all, it is amazing! Every day he has a special sandwich and soup of the day. The most special day for me is Thursday. Thursdays he has homemade chicken fajita soup that is the BEST SOUP YOU WILL EAT IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE… LITERALLY. Some other very yummy items include: The chicken breast sandwich (I ask too add avocado), the chicken salad sandwich (amazing on the kaiser bun), and the manoush which is like a flat pita bread with Fred’s special herb spread and tons of veggies (also add avocado). Also, the chicken fajita sub sandwich is to die for, it is very juicy and tasty you will love it.

Breakfast items are not served after 11am.
Prices are good for what you’re getting (fresh made sandwiches that are deeelicious!)
The soups aren’t really all that great except for the Chili… that stuff is amaze-​balls.
Also, speak up and don’t dally, Fred is a busy man!

Ahhhh, finally found my quick-​lunch place downtown.
$ 6.49 gets you a tasty hot sandwich AND a complimentary cup of delicious, homemade soup. They also carry salads and cold sandwiches and have lots of snack items such as fruit bowls, chips and mixed nut bags.
There is no seating and they only accept cash (ATM machine on site charges a $ 2 fee), but it’s the perfect place to pick up something good on the go.
Enter through the Jewelry building on 6th, turn left in the foyer and walk all the way down the hall.

this small deli only to go sandwiches you can taste the best sandwiches with fred and sue they really make your sandwich before your eyes and they add plenty of love to it as if they want to eat it. all there ingredients are fresh always. and the best thing about this deli they make their soup fresh daily not from cans no way, and they give it free with any sandwich no charge what so ever, can you blieve that?
on top of that the prices are very very good, just go on their website

Homemade soup… need I say more-​Ok, I will… FREE soup with purchase of a sandwich! that makes me a happy girl.
This little deli is tucked away in the Jewlery Building on 6th (enter go left and make a quick right and it’s straight ahead.) Don’t expect a Subway or Quiznos here. It’s small and bare bones and gets the job done!
