You generally wanna get a pizza here if you’re drunk and have no other options. In normal conditions there are plenty of places serving better pizza. Prices are not bad but the guys working there aren’t very nice.

They were out of 16 inch pizzas they only had 18 inches fine. $ 18.99 It was $ 1.50 pizza per topping fine. With tax it should of came 23 and change. The guy charged me an extra 3 bucks. The pizza was not that great and I was annoyed that they charged me an extra three bucks. I came back to L.A. and here I am. The only thing they they had ready made pizzas. Still wasn’t all that great. I could of went to Little Ceasers for cheaper price and a crappy pizza. notes: double check the prices before you leave. open parking because after hours. verdict: Go here if you want but be cautious.

Gross. Cold. Rude. Never go here. The service was horrible. Pizza was cold. The only thing this pace has going for it is night time drunk traffic. So gross. Never go here

Decent pizza at 2am but not my first(or second or third) choice Lots of homeless and/or drunks lurking. We waited for our pizza inside even though it is super cramped.

As a local you get accustomed to the gas lamp scene but one can never be 100% ready for the idiots and thieves that work at this place. I have eaten at this establishment at all times of the day and night and last night was shocking and disturbing. To the owner of this restaurant… YOUREMPLOYEESAREROBBINGYOUBLIND!!! Every single person working the late shift on May 6, 2016 should be FIRED!!! I watched the guy taking the orders put the money from 15 separate orders directly in his pocket. Not only that but a slice of pizza went from $ 2.00 at any other time to $ 6.00 last night. WTF? Don’t waste your time or hard earned money to line the employees pockets of this establishment.

Located in the center of the bustling Gaslamp, this place serves, what I would consider, average pizza for about $ 3.50(cheese) or $ 4.00(all others) per slice. It is a small location, with only a few bistro tables for 2 both indoors and outside. I’m guessing their target audience are drunks with big appetites, low expectations, and little desire to dine-in. A variety of pizza slices are displayed in a glass case, ready to be warmed to your liking. Whole pies, breadsticks, salads, sandwiches, and the usual fried appetizers are also available to order. Delivery is available. The only thing I have tried here is pizza by the slice. I was pleased with the cheese, which was fresh enough not to be warmed. The other slices I’ve tried were worthy of just 2 stars. I’m sure ordering a fresh pie is always better than selecting a pre-made slice from the case. Prior to 4pm, there are pizza and soda combos available. When comparing to the nearby pizza joints, this pizza tastes better than The New Yorker on 4th, but is not as good/gourmet as Berkley’s on Island.

FRAUDALERT!!! I ordered pizza from these guys in January 2016. A few months later they starts charging my card fraudulently. At least five times! Now I have to deal with getting a new credit card. What a pain. Warning, thieves work here.

Gaslamp Pizza must be a fan of House Targaryen… Just feast your crows on these fresh Charcoal Briquettes! Oh yeah! Great Job, you super thoughtful, intelligent folks at Gaslamp Pizza! Can you believe this? I have been coming to these idiots for years and they serve me this today. I mean, leaving a pizza in too long or having an oven misadjusted is an easy thing to accidentally do. BUTTOKNOWINGLYANDINTENTIONALLYSERVEYOURMISTAKETO A LONGTIMECUSTOMER? It takes real class. And by class, I mean callousness, and a cheap son of a bitch who would make their long time customers pay for Gaslamp Pizza’s mistakes. On top of this, burned meat is fulled with carcinogens, which can cause cancer. So I’m pretty sure this is attempted murder of my personage here. In addition they charged me extra from the lunch special price, I guess the guy behind the counter needed some extra money. WOW. !@#$ YOU, Gaslamp Pizza. Don’t go to these twits ever again unless you want to be murdered by their cancer pizza.

Great location. I can imagine this place being the best thing I’ve ever eaten after a drunk fest of going to every bar in the GasLamp district. But, I was sober and with my husband and 2 year old; the food was fine. It was $ 3.50 for cheese and I think every other slice is the same price. The counter has maybe 9 – 10 different pizzas and breadsticks and you just choose and they warm it up for you. My son loved the pizza, so for him liking this place, I’d keep going back for a slice. But, I, myself, had the white pizza and it was nothing to write home about. It was fine. Not good and not bad. My husband had a slice of pepperoni and he said it was«ok.» I liked how on a Friday night at 9, it wasn’t crazy packed. It was the 3 of us and another couple who were there at the time. We were able to sit at the high top counter. I bet at 2 am there’s probably a line out the door.

Great pizza, a thinner crust always the right crispness, just the right amount of sauce and spices. Located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter on 5tjh. They usually have a special going for a slice or two with a drink. On this trip in I ordered a whole pizza. By checking in on Unilocal,I was treated to a $ 4 off coupon, that was a nice surprise. There is some seating inside and out. The place is small but it works. I usually get my order to go. During(S.D.) convention days the place can get busy. The service is good. The guys behind the counter are friendly enough. I will keep going back for the good of good pizza!

Came here after clubbing because it was the only place open within walking distance open past 2:30am. Received 1 free breadstick upon checking in on Unilocal. They’ll toast it up for you on the spot. Pizza was pretty standard and does the job if you gotta eat after a long night!

This is a awesome place for late night delivery. I got a couple pizza’s after midnight and I was pleasantly surprised. Their dough is uniquely soft and I didn’t expect that. Everyone that had a slice liked it, and it went over well. I didn’t expect much when I ordered a pizza but it definitely did better than my expectations! I didn’t try anything but the pizza, next time I’ll try some other options and comment on those soon. I also haven’t been inside for awhile but I remember its a small little place. Probably best for delivery or takeout. Located in the heart of the gas lamp area in San Diego, if you are near by and have those late night cravings you better check this place out! Happy eating!

False Advertisement: Was looking forward to some pie after a night of hookah with 5 friends. Came in and saw the sign«Check in on Unilocal or Like on FB for FREE Breadstick». As I was checking in on Unilocal we placed an order for a whole pie and my friend just handed the guy the money. Upon check in I got a coupon that says«$ 4 off a whole pizza». I immediately went to show the guy and he said«we I can’t honor that now. I already gave you your breadstick.» The guy didn’t even ring it up on the register yet. This was the first disappointment… So since the guy wouldn’t give us the $ 4 off our whole pie, two of my friends who DONOT have Unilocal was going on FB to «LIKE» their page for their«FREE Breadstick». The other guy proceeded to say«no we do not honor that. No one goes on FB». Second disappointment. Pizza: Pizza was ok, but I’ve had better. But since it was the only thing around, it had to do.

Eh. Not quite sure what the hype is about this pizza? I’ll go out in a lim and think that the people who left 5-Star reviews where the ones who ordered this after being drunk from the bar next door. There was nothing spectacular about the pizza that would make me want to run back and order more. Is it convenient? Absolutely because not much food choices you can find up until 3AM and this pizza joint is your best bet to kill that hunger and soak up all the alcohol. I came here last night and I promise every person in front of me was drunk off their ass! Great people watching after hours. Do yourself a favor and check in so you get the $ 4 off. Even with that I don’t feel my large pepperoni was worth $ 13.76? Can’t say I’ll be back but never say never right?

I’m never in the Gaslamp District passed 1am but some friends and my boyfriend were staying at an apartment in the area… soooOo… I was wandering the streets of Gaslamp hungry af at 2:30am and OK I’m gonna be completely honest here. I was a starving drunk girl and I felt SOOOOSAD because no one would feed me!!! Mostly because I remember they were all closing up shop and I was the annoying crazy lady that was bothering them with the«please serve me your last plate» lines. Anyway Gaslamp Pizzaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa you saved our lives!!! A little less than $ 20 for a whole pizza. So clutch.

Pizza and service is not that great but its open late and its cheap. Good spot for post drinking munchies! Walking back to our hotel at around 2am, munching on our slices of pizza we had several people asking for a bite or stopping us to ask where we bought it. .. so if you’re walking around eating, be prepared to not eat in peace!

Ordered pizza and wings about a week ago and it was delivered to our place downtown on a bicycle. Delivery time was actually pretty fast. That bike must’ve had a secret motor on it unless the pizza was cooked in the Back to the Future Delorean from a psychic who knew we were going to order pizza before we did. I was stunned how quickly it came. The wings were pretty good. They were massive. They looked like little chicken breasts stuck on a wing. I felt like I ordered a 12 piece of rotisserie chicken… Pizza wasn’t anything to write home about but it wasn’t terrible. I was hoping for something a bit crispier and flavorful but it was a basic tasting pizza. The thing that kinda threw us off was the crust looked like it’d be crunchy but it was a bit soft/doughy tasting. Maybe they just took it out too early. Might give them another try down the road but not anytime in the near future.

Perfect for late nights after drinking of course. Good location because it was on the way back to the Hilton. Didn’t eat it there just took it to go. They put it in a small pizza box which was convenient. Be prepared for the drunk people yelling«pizza!» at you while walking to your destination. Some people asked me where I got pizza and they wouldn’t believe me when I said it was from gaslamp. LOL. The pizza itself was ok for being drunk. The slices were big and the line went by quickly.
