We always stop in this shop when in old Town. I love the book selection as well as toy selection. My daughter loves calico critters so we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice variety of critters. They also carry jellycat animals and green toys among other fun products. The hand puppets are also pretty awesome. It’s a fun shop for a random toy stop. Tons of knick knacks to look at.

My girlfriend adores bees, so when we visited tonight and I saw a fuzzy bumblebee toy, I couldn’t resist surprising her. I quickly hid it behind my back. One of the clerks, a clever gentleman named Joey, saw me and immediately knew my intent. We locked eyes for a brief moment and nodded to one another, communicating in a way that only men with a purpose can understand.
He approached under the guise of checking inventory, smoothly snatched the bumblebee undetected and slinked away behind the counter. Later, when I brought my girlfriend to the counter and asked if he had a surprise for me, he gave a big smile and a grand flourish as he presented my gift. It was a great visit and Joey needs a promotion. Thanks!

Small store, but they carry all sorts of adorable and unique toys, books, and stuffed animals for kids. It can get crowded during the weekends, but the items here are great if you need a gift for a kid.
