Horton 4th Avenue

I have been living here for a month now and I am definitely a fan. You really can’t beat the location location location! It is right in the heart of the gaslamp within walking distance of all that downtown has to offer. The management is super nice and helpful and all of the residents are too. I always meet my neighbors in the elevator with smiles on their faces and with friendly greetings.
The building and parking garage feel very safe and secure with only residents being able to access the building. If you have guests coming over they can park in the Horton Plaza parking garage for free up to 3 hours with validation. Not a bad deal considering the mall is attached to the complex. The street noise is overall not that bad, I do enjoy watching the drunk passerby and the walk of shamers early the next morning from the comfort of my balcony. overall this place supplements my wanna be flossy lifestyle and is in the heart of the action!

Nice place and run very well. I lived here years ago and loved it. A lady named Deborah managed it at the time. Great location. Can be a bit loud late night, as is everywhere in the Gaslamp when the bars let out.

I have found that living here is nice. The manager is helpful and polite. As for the «Street-​Noise» …It’s downtown in the Gaslamp. You should know it will be louder than average on the weekends, and if you don’t like it try somewhere else. The apartment was very clean when I moved in. I have never seen any sign of bugs of any kind here either. The maintenance man is quick and efficient and responds right away to trouble calls. I like the view of the downtown area and the easy parking access.

I just moved out from this apartment.
because the maintenance was so bad (my room was dirty and I saw small bags) And the maneger was not helpful when I asked her to clean my room again!
Very loud after midnight! I couldn’t sleep!
The maneger (old lady) and her boy friend (maintenance guy) was living same building. They are also very loud every Thursday.
I think they have party every Thursday because they are off every Fryday.
I didn’t feel comfortable.
